Claims (18)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité (12) pour papiers de sécurité, documents de valeur ou autres supports de données, dans lequel- un substrat (20, 54, 64) est pourvu, au moyen d'un premier cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31), d'au moins deux zones d'encre (12A) visuellement différenciables, caractérisé en ce que- le substrat (20, 54, 64) est pourvu, au moyen d'un deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31, 32), d'au moins une troisième zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D) visuellement différenciable des au moins deux autres zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A),- les zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) étant appliquées sur le substrat (20, 54, 64) au moyen du premier et du deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (32) en un passage d'impression et avec une précision positionnelle inférieure à 0,3 mm les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (20, 54, 64) est pourvu, au moyen du premier cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31), de deux zones d'encre (12A) visuellement différenciables, et, au moyen du deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31, 32), de deux zones d'encre (12A) supplémentaires visuellement différenciables des deux premières zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) visuellement différenciables sont appliquées sur le substrat (20, 54, 64) de manière à être adjacentes les unes aux autres avec précision positionnelle.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D) est appliquée avec précision positionnelle et au moins partiellement par-dessus une autre zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D).
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D) est appliquée sur le substrat (20, 54, 64) en une épaisseur de couche qui se différencie de l'épaisseur de couche des autres zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D).
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) sont, les unes par rapport aux autres, appliquées sur le substrat (20, 54, 64) avec une précision positionnelle inférieure à 0,2 mm, de préférence inférieure à 0,1 mm.
- Élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) destiné à la sécurisation de papiers de sécurité, documents de valeur ou autres supports de données, fabriqué selon une des revendications de 1 à 6, comprenant- un substrat (20, 54, 64) pourvu d'au moins trois zones d'encre (12A) visuellement différenciables, caractérisé en ce que- sur le substrat (20, 54, 64), en un passage d'impression et avec une précision positionnelle inférieure à 0,3 mm les unes par rapport aux autres, au moins deux zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) sont appliquées au moyen d'un premier cylindre d'impression sérigraphique et une troisième zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D) est appliquée au moyen d'un deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31, 32).
- Élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte quatre zones d'encre (12A) visuellement différenciables.
- Élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) visuellement différenciables sont agencées sur le substrat (20, 54, 64) de manière à être adjacentes les unes aux autres avec précision positionnelle.
- Élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) selon au moins une des revendications de 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D) est agencée avec précision positionnelle et au moins partiellement par-dessus une autre zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D).
- Élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) selon au moins une des revendications de 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52D) présente une épaisseur de couche qui se différencie de l'épaisseur de couche des autres zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D).
- Élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) selon au moins une des revendications de 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) sont agencées les unes par rapport aux autres sur le substrat (20, 54, 64) avec une précision positionnelle inférieure à 0,2 mm, de préférence inférieure à 0,1 mm.
- Support de données, en particulier papier de sécurité ou document de valeur, comportant un élément de sécurité (12, 50, 60) selon une des revendications de 1 à 12.
- Dispositif d'exécution du procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 6, comprenant- un premier cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31, 32, 70) comportant au moins deux zones de tamisage (2A, 2C, 33A, 71A) séparées par une zone de séparation (16, 17) pour l'application, sur un substrat (20, 54, 64), de deux zones d'encre (12A, 12C, 52A, 52C, 52D, 62A, 62D) visuellement différenciables,- un deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31, 32) comportant au moins une zone de tamisage (28) pour l'application, sur le substrat (20, 54, 64), d'au moins une troisième zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52D),- un cylindre de contre-pression (38), et caractérisé par- des moyens de positionnement du premier et du deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31, 32) l'un par rapport à l'autre avec une précision positionnelle inférieure à 0,3 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la zone de séparation (16, 17) du premier cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31) comporte une bague de séparation agencée à l'intérieur du cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31), en particulier une bague élastique de séparation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la bague de séparation a une largeur inférieure à 20 mm, de préférence inférieure à 15 mm.
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications de 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou le deuxième cylindre d'impression sérigraphique (31) comporte un tamis (33, 36) ayant au moins deux dimensions de maillage (180) différentes.
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications de 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un équipement de séchage pour le séchage au moins partiel d'au moins une zone d'encre (12A, 12C, 52D) est prévu.
