Die Schneidvorrichtung 1 gemäß Fig. 1 umfasst zwei Schneideinrichtungen 2, 4, die im Ausführungsbeispiel beispielhaft als Schneidzylinderpaare ausgeführt sind. Diese Schneidzylinderpaare sind in Bahnlaufrichtung x hinter einander angeordnet sind. Das Schneidmesser des Schneidzylinders ist dabei als Perforationsmesser ausgeführt, das bedeutet, dass die Schneidfläche nicht über die gesamte Breite der Bedruckstoffbahn verläuft, sondern das Schneidmesser abschnittsweise unterbrochen ist. Die beiden Zylinderwalzen des ersten Schneidzylinderpaares 2 wirken derart zusammen, dass die zwischen den beiden Zylinderwalzen geführte Bedruckstoffbahn 6 quer zu ihrer Bahnlaufrichtung x perforiert bzw. abschnittsweise geschnitten wird. Sowohl die Perforationslöcher als auch die Perforationsstege haben im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel bezogen auf die Bahnbreite eine typische Länge von ein paar Zentimetern, vorzugsweise sind die Perforationslöcher etwa 2 Zentimeter lang. Für einen späteren sauberen Schnitt sind die Perforationslöcher dabei etwas länger ausgeführt als die Perforationsstege. Als Gegenstück zum Schneidmesser des ersten Schneidzylinderpaares 2, ist die Schneidfläche des Schneidmessers des zweiten Schneidzylinderpaares 4 allerdings versetzt angeordnet. Das bedeutet, dass in den Bereichen, in denen das erste Schneidzylinderpaar einen Perforationssteg hinterlassen hat, nun eine Schneidfläche vorgesehen ist, die die Bedruckstoffbahn 6 schneidet. Die beiden Schneidzylinderpaare 2, 4 werden über eine Steuerung synchronisiert, so dass das zweite Schneidzylinderpaar 4 exakt entlang der Perforationslinie 8 schneidet. Da auch beim zweiten Schneidmesser die Schneidflächen eine Länge von ein paar Zentimetern aufweisen, vorzugsweise sind auch hier die Schneidflächen etwa 2 Zentimeter lang, und ein wenig größer als des unterbrochenen Bereiche des Schneidmessers sind, wird die Bedruckstoffbahn 6 sauber und zuverlässig über die komplette Breite getrennt.The printing material web 6 which is thus perforated or cut in sections is then fed to the second cutting cylinder pair 4. Zwischen den beiden Schneidzylinderpaaren 2, 4 ist eine Klebevorrichtung 10 angeordnet, die über einen Klebekopf 12 Klebstoff auf die Bedruckstoffbahn aufträgt. Claims (7)

  1. A method for processing a substrate web (6) with a cutting device (1) for cutting off the substrate web (6) transversely to the web running direction (x) and a gluing device (10), wherein the adhesive in web running direction (x) is applied to the substrate web (6) before cutting off the same, characterized in that the cutting device (1) comprises a first and a second cutting device (2, 4) and a perforation line (8) is introduced into the substrate web (6) by the first cutting device (2) transversely to the web running direction (x) and the substrate web (6) is cut along the perforation line (8) by the second cutting device (4), wherein the adhesive is applied to the substrate web (6) in web running direction (x) in front of the second cutting device (4) in the regions of the perforation holes and/or in the alignment of the perforation holes.
