Claims (14)
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner (1), umfassend ein äußeres Gehäuse (2), das eine vordere Wand (2a) und eine hintere Wand (2b) aufweist, eine Drehtrommel (3), die zum Aufnehmen der zu trocknenden Wäsche ausgelegt und auf axial drehende Weise in dem Gehäuse (2) befestigt ist, und einen Heißlufterzeuger (6), der zum Zirkulieren eines Stroms heißer Luft durch die Drehtrommel (3) ausgelegt ist, wobei die Drehtrommel (3) einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen röhrenförmigen Körper (3) umfasst, dessen Vorderkante (3f) auf axial drehende Weise an eine vordere Trennwand (13) gekoppelt ist und dessen Hinterkante (3r) auf im Wesentlichen luftdichte und axial drehende Weise an der hinteren Wand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) unter Zwischenschaltung eines hinteren kreisförmigen Dichtungsrings (10) gekoppelt ist,
wobei in dem Drehtrommelwäschetrockner (1) der im Wesentlichen zylindrische röhrenförmige Körper (3) so ausgelegt ist, dass er an einer Anzahl von nicht angetriebenen Stützrollen (8) anliegt, die annähernd an den beiden axialen Enden des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) angeordnet sind, um es dem röhrenförmigen Körper (3) zu ermöglichen, sich um seine Bezugslängsachse (L) in dem Gehäuse (2) zu drehen,
und die hintere Wand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) Folgendes umfasst:- eine im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Stütztrennwand (14), die einen luftdurchlässigen mittleren Abschnitt (14c) aufweist, der in einer Linie mit einer hinteren Öffnung des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3), der durch die Hinterkante (3r) begrenzt ist, ausgerichtet beziehungsweise dieser zugewandt ist, und einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen, den Dichtungsring tragenden Kragen (16), der von der Innenfläche der Stütztrennwand (14) zu dem röhrenförmigen Körper (3) vorsteht, während er im Wesentlichen koaxial zu der Hinterkante (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) bleibt, und der einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer als der der Hinterkante (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) ist, wobei der hintere kreisförmige Dichtungsring (10) in Anlage an dem den Dichtungsring tragenden Kragen (16) eingepasst ist und der den Dichtungsring tragende Kragen (16) einstückig mit der Stütztrennwand (14) ausgeführt ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stütztrennwand (14) auf dem unteren stützenden Boden oder Sockel (11) des äußeren Gehäuses (2) ruht und dass die Wand (2b) des Gehäuses ferner einen Deckel oder eine Abdeckung (11) umfasst, der bzw. die auf einer äußeren Rückseite des Gehäuses (2) platziert und auf im Wesentlichen luftdichte Weise an der Außenseite der Stütztrennwand (14) über dem luftdurchlässigen mittleren Abschnitt (14c) der Stütztrennwand (14) befestigt ist, und so geformt ist, dass er bzw. sie zusammen mit der Stütztrennwand (14) einen inneren Hohlraum (19) bildet, der in Flüssigkeitsverbindung mit dem Heißlufterzeuger (6) und der Innenseite des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) steht, und dass
die nicht angetriebenen Stützrollen (8) auf frei drehende Weise mit dem kastenartigen Gehäuse (2) oder mit der Oberseite des stützenden Bodens oder Sockels (19) befestigt sind. - Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Stütztrennwand (14) aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt it.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Dichtungsring tragende Kragen (16) über einen Spritzgießprozess einstückig mit der Stütztrennwand (14) ausgeführt ist.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütztrennwand (14) ferner mit einer nach innen vorstehenden, im Wesentlichen beckenförmigen Ausbuchtung (15) versehen ist, die in einer Linie mit der hinteren Öffnung des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) ausgerichtet beziehungsweise dieser zugewandt ist, dass der luftdurchlässige mittlere Abschnitt (14c) der Stütztrennwand (14) auf dem Boden der beckenförmigen Ausbuchtung (15) gelegen ist und dass der Deckel oder die Abdeckung (18) so geformt ist, dass er bzw. sie die beckenförmige Ausbuchtung (15) abdeckt, um den inneren Hohlraum (19) der hinteren Wand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) zu bilden.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Wesentlichen beckenförmige Ausbuchtung (15) der Stütztrennwand (14) im Wesentlichen eine runde Form aufweist und so an der Stütztrennwand (14) angeordnet ist, dass sie im Wesentlichen koaxial zu der Hinterkante (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) ist, und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner sowohl als der der Hinterkante (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) als auch des kreisförmigen Dichtungsrings (10) ist.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Wesentlichen beckenförmige Ausbuchtung (15) der Stütztrennwand (14) so geformt bzw. dimensioniert ist, dass sie zusammen mit dem den Dichtungsring tragenden Kragen (16) einen im Wesentlichen kreis- und ringförmigen Sitz oder Schlitz (10a) bildet, der koaxial zu der hinteren Öffnung des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) angeordnet und so geformt bzw. dimensioniert ist, dass er den hinteren kreisförmigen Dichtungsring (10) aufnimmt.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner eine verwickelungsfeste Nase (17) umfasst, die von der Innenfläche der Stütztrennwand (14) vorsteht, sich innerhalb des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) erstreckt und so passend geformt bzw. dimensioniert ist, dass sie verhindert, dass sich die in der Drehtrommel (3) befindliche feuchte Wäsche verwickelt, wenn sich der röhrenförmige Körper (3) dreht.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heißlufterzeuger (6) Folgendes umfasst: eine Luft umwälzende Leitung (21), die ein erstes Ende, das in Flüssigkeitsverbindung mit dem inneren Hohlraum (19) steht, der innerhalb der hinteren Wand (2b) des Gehäuses ausgebildet ist, und ein zweites Ende, das in Flüssigkeitsverbindung mit der vorderen Öffnung des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) steht, der durch die Vorderkante (3f) begrenzt ist, und ein Kreiselgebläse (22) aufweist, das entlang der Luft umwälzenden Leitung (21) gelegen und so ausgelegt ist, dass es einen Luftstrom (f) erzeugt, der durch die Luft umwälzende Leitung (21) und die Drehtrommel (3) strömt.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kreiselgebläse (22) wenigstens zum Teil in dem unteren stützenden Boden oder Sockel (11) des äußeren Gehäuses (2) aufgenommen bzw. eingelassen ist und in Flüssigkeitsverbindung mit dem inneren Hohlraum (19) steht, der innerhalb der hinteren Wand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kreiselgebläse (22) ein Gebläseradgehäuse (25), das so geformt bzw. ausgelegt ist, dass es in Flüssigkeitsverbindung mit dem inneren Hohlraum (19) steht, der innerhalb der hinteren Wand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) gelegen ist, und ein Gebläserad (26) umfasst, das auf axial drehende Weise innerhalb des Gebläseradgehäuses (25) aufgenommen ist, um bei Drehung um seine Bezugslängsachse (A) einen Luftstrom (f) zu erzeugen, der durch den inneren Hohlraum (19) oder umgekehrt strömt.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein unterer Seitenrand (14a) der Stütztrennwand (14) so geformt ist, dass er zu einem Abschnitt (25a) des Gebläseradgehäuses (25) passt, der in einem unteren stützenden Boden oder Sockel (11) integriert ist.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Abschnitt (25b) des Gebläseradgehäuses (25) des Kreiselgebläses (22) einstückig mit dem Deckel oder der Abdeckung (18) ausgeführt ist.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel oder die Abdeckung (18) aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist.
- Drehtrommelwäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heißlufterzeuger (6) ferner eine Wärmepumpenanordnung (23, 24) umfasst, die zum kontinuierlichen Kühlen und anschließendem Erwärmen der Luft ausgelegt ist, die innerhalb der Drehtrommel (3) zirkuliert.
