Claims (15)
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner (1), umfassend ein Außengehäuse (2) mit einer Vorderwand (2a) und einer Rückwand (2b), eine drehbare Trommel (3), die so strukturiert ist, dass sie die zu trocknende Wäsche aufnehmen kann und in axial drehender Weise im Inneren des Gehäuses (2) angebracht ist, und einen Heißlufterzeuger (6), der so strukturiert ist, dass ein Heißluftstrom durch die drehbare Trommel (3) zirkuliert; wobei die drehbare Trommel (3) einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen, röhrenförmigen Körper (3) umfasst, dessen vordere Randlippe (3f) in axial rotierender Weise mit einer Stirnwand (11) verbunden ist und dessen hintere Randlippe (3r) im Wesentlichen luftdicht und axial rotierend mit der Rückwand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) verbunden ist, wobei eine hintere kreisförmige Dichtung (10) dazwischen angeordnet ist;
Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner (1), wobei die Rückwand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) Folgendes umfasst:- eine im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Stützwand (12);- eine Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) aus Kunststoff, die an der Stützwand (12) befestigt ist, damit, zusammen mit der Stützwand (12), ein innerer Hohlraum (15) gebildet wird, der fluidisch mit dem Heißlufterzeuger (6) verbunden ist, um den Heißluftstrom zu empfangen; wobei ein zentraler Teil (13c) der Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) luftdurchlässig ist, so dass der Heißluftstrom die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) durchqueren und von der Innenseite des röhrenförmigen 20 Körpers (3) in den inneren Hohlraum (15) oder umgekehrt fließen kann; und- einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen dichtungsunterstützenden Kranz (16), der einen nominalen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer als der der hinteren Randlippe (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) ist und der in einem Stück mit besagter Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) ausgeführt und so an der Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) angeordnet ist, dass er im Wesentlichen koaxial zur hinteren Randlippe (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) verläuft;
wobei die hintere kreisförmige Dichtung (10) i vom dichtungsunterstützenden Kranz (16) umgeben und fest in diesen eingepasst ist. - Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dichtungsunterstützende Kranz (16) einstückig mit der Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) über ein Spritzgussverfahren ausgeführt ist.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) an der Innenfläche der Stützwand (12) in im Wesentlichen luftdichter Weise befestigt ist.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auch eine Verhedderungsschutz-Nase (19) umfasst, die aus der Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) herausragt, sich in den röhrenförmigen Körper (3) hinein erstreckt und entsprechend geformt/dimensioniert ist, um zu verhindern, wenn sich der röhrenförmige Körper (3) dreht, dass sich die feuchte Wäsche in der drehbaren Trommel (3) verheddert.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) im Wesentlichen eine Kreisform aufweist, mit einem Außendurchmesser, der größer ist als die hintere Randlippe (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3), und an der Stützwand (12) im Wesentlichen koaxial zur Längsachse (L) des röhrenförmigen Körpers angebracht ist.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der periphere Rand (13a) der Kappe oder der Abdeckung (13) darüber hinaus L-förmig nach oben gebogen ist, um den zylindrischen dichtungsunterstützenden Kranz (16) zu bilden.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) im Wesentlichen eine Schalen- oder Beckenform aufweist und an der Innenfläche der Stützwand (12) befestigt ist, wobei die Innenwölbung direkt zur Stützwand (12) zeigt, um zusammen mit dem dichtungsunterstützenden Kranz (16) eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Ring-Auflagefläche oder Furche (10a) zu bilden, die so geformt/dimensioniert ist, dass sie die hintere kreisförmige Dichtung (10) aufnehmen kann.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützwand (12) mit einer im Wesentlichen trichterförmigen Einbuchtung oder Vertiefung (12a) ausgestattet ist, die an der hinteren Öffnung des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) ausgerichtet ist/ihr gegenüberliegt, durch die hintere Randlippe (3r) abgegrenzt ist und aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausragt und mit dem Heißlufterzeuger (6) verbunden ist; wobei die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) dabei an die Stützwand (12) über der nach außen ragenden Ausbuchtung oder Vertiefung (12a) angebracht und so geformt/dimensioniert ist, dass die nach außen ragende Ausbuchtung oder Vertiefung (12a) abgedeckt wird, um den inneren Hohlraum (15) an der Rückwand (2b) des Gehäuses (2) zu bilden.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach außen ragende, trichterförmige Ausbuchtung oder Vertiefung (12a) im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ist und einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der geringer ist als der der hinteren kreisförmigen Dichtung (10) und der hinteren Randlippe (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3), so dass er innerhalb des Umfangs der hinteren Randlippe (3r) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) positioniert ist.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe oder die Abdeckung (13) fest mit der Stützwand (12) verbunden ist, wobei eine zusätzliche Ringdichtung (14) dazwischen angeordnet ist.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) fest mit der Stützwand (12) verbunden ist, anhand einer Anzahl von Befestigungselementen (17), die der Reihe nach die Stützwand (12) und die Kappe oder Abdeckung (13) verbinden.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dichtungsunterstützende Kranz (16) mit einer Anzahl von Verankerungsflächen (17a) versehen ist, die entlang des Umfangs des Kranzes in regelmäßigen Abständen verteilt sind, und von denen jede so strukturiert ist, dass sie die entsprechenden Befestigungselemente (17) aufnehmen kann.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützwand (12) aus einem Metall besteht.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heißlufterzeuger (6) eine Wärmepumpeneinheit (23, 24) umfasst, die für das kontinuierliche Kühlen und nachfolgende Erhitzen der in der drehbaren Trommel (3) zirkulierenden Luft strukturiert ist.
- Drehtrommel-Wäschetrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Wesentlichen zylinderförmige, röhrenförmige Körper (3) so strukturiert ist, dass er auf einer Anzahl stillstehender Auflagerollen (8) ruht, die ungefähr an den beiden axialen Enden des röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) angeordnet sind, damit sich der röhrenförmige Körper (3) frei um seine längsgerichtete Referenzachse (L) innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) drehen kann.
