Claims (4)
- Eine Garnzuführung, die Folgendes umfasst:- eine Drehtrommel (12) mit einer Vielzahl darauf gewickelter Garnschlaufen (Y), die ausgebildet sind, um bei Anforderung durch eine stromabwärts gelegene Maschine (L) von einem Abgabeende (12r) der Trommel (12) abgewickelt zu werden, und- ein dünnwandiges, hohles Bruchglied (18) mit einem im Wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmigen Profil, das elastisch in eine radiale Richtung nachgibt und von elastischen Mitteln (20) unter Spannung zwischen einer stationären Halterung (22) und dem Bruchglied (18) vorgespannt ist, um mit seiner Innenfläche koaxial in Eingriff mit dem Abgabeende (12r) der Trommel (12) zu stehen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trommel (12) eine motorisierte Drehtrommel ist und das Bruchglied (18) durch ein Rollenlager (26), das operativ zwischen dem Bruchglied (18) und den elastischen Mitteln (20) angeordnet ist und eine geringe Rollreibung und geringe Trägheit hat, drehbar um seine eigene Achse mit Bezug auf die stationäre Halterung (22) gelagert ist, und dadurch, dass das Bruchglied (18) aus einem Material besteht, das einen Elastizitätsmodul im Bereich von 1 bis 4 Gpa hat, und ein Trägheitsmoment im Bereich von 200 bis 2000 g·mm2 hat. - Die Garnzuführung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bruchglied (18) über einen hohlen Träger (28), an welchen das Bruchglied (18) axial über einen Ring (34) aus elastisch nachgebendem Material anstößt, mit einem inneren Ring (26a) des Rollenlagers (26) verbunden ist.
- Die Garnzuführung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bruchglied (18) einen hohlen, zylindrischen Vorsprung (18c) hat, der axial aus seinem Ende (18a) mit kleinerem Durchmesser herausragt und verschiebbar auf einer axialen, zylindrischen Oberfläche (30a) des hohlen Trägers (28) montiert ist, wobei das Bruchglied (18) axial zwischen dem Ring (34) aus elastisch nachgebendem Material und einem ringförmigen Grat geklemmt ist, welcher aus der axialen, zylindrischen Oberfläche (30a) herausragt und in die Innenfläche des Bruchglieds (18) eingreift.
- Die Garnzuführung gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bruchglied (18) aus einer Schicht von synthetischem Material besteht, die eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,1 bis 0,5 mm hat.
