Claims (8)

  1. Türschließmechanismus, bestehend aus einem Befestigungskörper (1), wobei der Befestigungskörper auch als ein Klemmmechanismus zum Klemmen einer Tür in Kombination mit einem Kolben (2) verwendet werden kann, der eine hin-und hergehende Bewegung in einem Kolbenzylinder (18) ausführt, der eine Spule trägt mit innerer Rückstellfeder (7) und mit einer länglichen Nut (4) zur Türschwenkdrehbewegung, wobei der Kolben (2) zusätzlich ein Gehäuse (5) zur Abstützung eines vorderen Lagerteiles (10) und ein Gehäuse (6) zur Abstützung eines hinteren Paares von Lagerteilen (12) trägt, die an Haltestiften (11) angeordnet sind, wobei die Lagerteile (11, 12) die exzentrische Bewegung des Nockensystems (15) prüfen, das an einer sechszahnigen Keilwelle (3) durch ein Wellenfestspannsystem befestigt ist, wobei der Befestigungskörper (1) Bohrungen (19) zur Befestigung einer vorderen Abdeckung (28) um den Kolbenzylinder (18) aufweist, wobei der Kolben (2) einen Dichtungs-O-Ring (26) trägt, ein Türgeschwindigkeits-Rotationsregulierventil (22), ein Rückschlagventil (27), eine erste Ölkammer (29) und ein zweites Ölabteil (30), einen Öleinlaß (35) und eine Öleinlassdichtung (36), eine vordere Abdeckung (28) und eine hintere Abdeckung (21) mit flexiblen Dichtungsringen (37) aufweist, wobei der Türschließmechanismus ferner ein Einraststeuersystem umfasst, das in der Lage ist, eine Einrastaktivierung in jedem geeigneten Grad zu definieren, innerhalb eines Bogens im Bereich von 12° bis 0°, wobei das Verriegelungssteuersystem aus einer runden Platte (38) besteht, die an eine speziell geformte kreisförmige Nut (39) mit einer in ihrer Innenfläche eingravierten unebenen Nische, die in der hinteren Abdeckung (21) befestigt ist und mit Schrauben (8) am Kolbenzylinder (18) befestigt ist, wobei die kreisförmige Nut (39) mittels ihrer unebenen Nische in der Lage ist, eine Einrastaktivierung in einem beliebigen Grad innerhalb des Bogens von 12° bis zu 0° zu definieren, durch Ausübung des für jede einzelne Tür erforderlichen Stoßes, was zu einem effektiven Schließen der Tür führt, während mittels eines Sicherheitsventils (52), das eine Spannungsregulierschraube (43) trägt, eine Feder (42), eine Ölsicherheit, eine Ölsicherheitskugel (41) trägt, eine Druckentlastungsachse (40) und ein Federsicherheitsstift (47) zum Verhindern der Verlagerung der runden Platte (38) in Richtung der Ölkammer während der Einrastgeschwindigkeitsregulierung, wobei, wenn die Tür den geeigneten Einrastaktivierungsgrad erreicht, die Ölsicherheitskugel (41) durch die Druckentlastungsachse (40) gedrückt wird und die Sicherheitsventilfeder (42) zusammengedrückt wird, so wird ein Öldurchgang durch die zweite Ölkammer (30) in Richtung der ersten Ölkammer (29) geöffnet, die Drehbewegung des Mechanismus wird mit der in Richtung auf die Position 0° beschleunigt, d.h. die Position der geschlossenen Tür, was zur Neutralisierung des Hindernisses der Schlosszunge und zum Erreichen des gleichmäßigen Schließens der Tür führt.
  2. Türschließmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannsystem aus einem Wellenträger (9) in Kombination mit einem konischen Stift (45), einer Spannschraube (46), einer sechskantverzahnten Keilwelle (3) und ein Nockensystem (15) besteht, ein Eckkontaktlager (31) zur Befestigung des oberen Teils des Wellenträgers (9) und eine Ringplatte (32) zur Befestigung des Wellenträgers (9) im Boden des Mechanismushauptkörpers, ein Radiallastaufnehmerlager (33) an dem Wellenträger (9) und einen Dichtungs-O-Ring (34) um sein oberes Ende.
  3. Türschließmechanismus nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Einsetzen des konischen Stifts (45) und Festziehen der Schraube (46), ein festes Anziehen und Verriegeln des zentralen Wellenträgers (9) auf dem Nocken (15) erreicht wird.
  4. Türschließmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere integrierte Nocken (15), eine untere herzförmige Konfiguration (14) sowie eine spezielle periphere Konfiguration aufweist, die die lineare Gitarren-Kolben-Bewegung (2) im Bereich von -90° - 0° - + 90°, sowie die Tür-Öffnungspositionen an verschiedenen Lagen (A, B, C, D) ermöglicht.
  5. Türschließmechanismus nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2, 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der peripheren speziellen Konfiguration des Nockens (15) ermöglicht wird, dass die Lagen (B, C, D) aktiviert werden, der Türmechanismus um ±90° und insbesondere um ±135° (B), ±165° (C) und ±180° (D) und darüber hinaus bis zu 360° gedreht werden kann, ohne Schaden zu erleiden.
  6. Türschließmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle einer ausgeübten Kraft während der einer Drehung der Tür von 90° bis 0°, der Mechanismus einen Überdruck der größer ist als der durch den Mechanismus tolerierbare abbauen kann, und genauer gesagt wird die Sicherheitsventilfeder (42) zusammengedrückt, indem diese Kraft auf die Ölsicherheitskugel (41) durch die 10 Druckentlastungsachse (40) ausgeübt wird, so dass jeglicher Überdruck innerhalb erzeugt wird und die zweite Ölkammer (30) freigegeben wird, wodurch das Risiko eines Mechanismusschadens beseitigt und ein reibungsloser und sicherer Betrieb sichergestellt wird.
  7. Türschließmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der für das Sicherheitsventil (52) erwünschte Druck durch die Spannungsregulierschraube (43) reguliert werden kann.
  8. Türschließmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 und 20 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wie folgt funktioniert: indem die Tür in Richtung 90° gedreht wird, folgt das vordere Lagerteil (10) die Nockenbewegung (15), während die Spulenrückstellfeder (7) mittels des Kolbens (2) zusammengedrückt wird und wenn die 90°-Tür-Drehposition erreicht ist, und die Nockenstation A die geöffnete Türstellung erzielt hat, wobei durch weiteres Drücken das in der ersten Ölkammer (29) befindliche Öl zur zweiten Ölkammer (30) gelangt, mittels des genannten Rückschlagventils (27), wird die Tür von der Nockenstation A gelöst, der Kolben (2) wird ebenfalls mittels der Spulenrückstellfeder (7) gedrückt, während gleichzeitig das Lagerteil (10) fortbewegt wird, was dazu führt, dass der Mechanismus zu einer 90° bis 0° Position gedreht wird - geschlossene Türposition; während dieser Phase darf das in der zweiten Ölkammer (30) befindliche Öl nicht durch das Rückschlagventil (27) zu der ersten Ölkammer (29) entweichen; der Durchgang wird in den Öleinlass (49) durch die Sicherheitsölkugel (41) blockiert, und ausschließlich entweicht dieser in das Ölzirkulationsrohr (50), wobei die Strömungsrate mit Hilfe des Türgeschwindigkeits- Rotationsregulierventil (22) reguliert wird, um ein sanftes Schließen zu erreichen und über die Ölpforte (51) zu der ersten Ölkammer (29) zurückzukehren.
