Claims (4)
- Dispositif modulaire de découpe et soudure de film électrique dans des machines d'emballage, du type dans lesquelles une palette est statique et la bobine effectue un mouvement orbital autour de la palette supportant un chariot de support de bobine à l'aide d'un cycle, dans lequel le film est attaché au paquet, retenir le film dans les premiers tours, emballer, souder le film contre une plaque de contraste (9) et découper le film ; dans lequel le dispositif comprend :- un réducteur de largeur de film électrique (15) placé dans le chariot de support de bobine, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend en outre :• Une plaque de montage (1) et, fixé à la plaque de montage (1) ;• Une pince à actionnement automatique (8) pour retenir le film,• un groupe de fixation et soudure électrique comprenant un élément de fixation de pression (5) qui maintient le film attaché à la plaque de contraste (9), un élément de soudure (6), un moyen de déplacement vers l'avant du groupe de fixation et soudure, d'une position initiale vers une position de contact avec la plaque de contraste, dans lequel ledit moyen de déplacement du groupe de fixation et soudure comprend des guides à crémaillère (3) fixés à la plaque de montage (1) et un moteur électrique ;• Un groupe de plaque de contraste électrique comprenant une plaque de contraste et un moyen électrique destiné à intercaler la plaque de contraste entre le film et le paquet à emballer, dans lequel ledit moyen comprend un moteur électrique, un mécanisme de verrouillage à trois points (10), mécanisme qui supporte la plaque de contraste ; dans lequel le dispositif de verrouillage à trois points (10) est actionné par un axe qui tourne sous l'action d'un moteur électrique (11) ;• Un élément de découpe.• Un dispositif de commande qui synchronise l'action de chacun des éléments.
- Dispositif modulaire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur de largeur de film comprend une tige qui comprime le film depuis sa partie supérieure, un élément qui permet son déplacement dans une direction verticale vers le haut et vers le bas d'une manière synchronisée avec la situation de cycle à chaque fois et un support.
- Dispositif modulaire selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément qui permet à la tige de se déplacer est un axe.
- Dispositif modulaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige comprend un rouleau avec une partie centrale qui est plus étroite que les extrémités, définissant ainsi une forme d'axe.
