Dem Prüfstand 9 ist ein erster Schaltschrank zugeordnet, in dem mit den Prüfmitteln verbundene Steuer- und Rechenmittel 10 zur automatisierten Ausführung von Funktionstüchtigkeitsprüfungen gemäß vorgebbarer Prüfanweisungen angeordnet sind. In einem neben dem ersten angeordneten, zweiten Schaltschrank ist ein Spannungsanpassungsmodul 11 zur Bereitstellung der Betriebsspannung des Weichenantriebs angeordnet. Zur Bedienung des Prüfstandes 9 ist ein Bedienpaneel 12 vorgesehen, auf dem eine Tastatur und ein Bildschirm als Ein- und Ausgabemittel angeordnet sind. Um die in unterschiedlichen Ländern und auch Jahreszeiten herrschenden klimatischen Bedingungen zu kompensieren und einheitliche Referenzbedingungen für die Prüfumgebung herzustellen, weist der Großraumbehälter 1 wärmeisolierte Wände und eine beispielsweise an der Decke hängende Klimaanlage 13 zur Kühlung oder Heizung des Prüfbereichs 3 und des Werkstattbereichs 4 auf. Ferner ist hierzu die Behälteröffnung im Bereich der Doppeldrehtüren 6 durch einen durchsichtigen Vorhang 14 verschlossen.In the
Der Werkstattbereich 4 ist von außen durch eine stirnseitig angeordnete Drehtür 15 zugänglich. Um einen beispielsweise auf einer Europalette angelieferten Weichenantrieb auf das Niveau einer Montagebühne 16 zu transferieren, steht im Werkstattbereich 4 ein Gabelhubwagen 17 bereit. Für zwei Arbeitsteams stehen je eine Montagebühne 16 und je ein Werkzeugwagen 18 mit allen Handwerkzeugen für die durchzuführenden Arbeiten zur Verfügung. Ein dritter Wagen 19 beinhaltet sämtliche Spezialwerkzeuge, etwa einen Satz von Drehmomentschlüsseln, sowie dazugehörige Prüfeinrichtungen zur täglichen Kontrolle. Eine Werkbank 20 dient der mechanischen Bearbeitung von Teilen des Weichenantriebs oder der Durchführung von Reparaturen. Für Reinigungsarbeiten nach einem Entrosten oder einem Nachschneiden von Gewinden ist im Werkstattbereich 4 ein Kompressor 21 zur Bereitstellung von Druckluft vorgesehen. In einem Kleinteileregal 24 mit Arbeitsplatte, Fächern und Schubläden sind für einen Weichenantrieb benötigte Klein- und Normteile aufbewahrt sowie sämtliche Vorrichtungen und Hilfsmittel für einen Teileaustausch. Außerdem ist im Werkstattbereich 4 ein mobiles Büro mit Schreibtisch 23, Pinwand 24 und einem Schrank 25 eingerichtet, das zur Erstellung und Aufbewahrung von Prüfprotokollen, zur Herstellung von Prüfabzeichen und sowie von zugehöriger Dokumentation, Zeichnungen und dergleichen vorgesehen ist.The

Zu Beginn einer Prüfung findet eine visuelle Bestückungsprüfung des Weichenantriebs 26 gemäß einer zugehörigen Stückliste statt. Anschließend wird elektrische Prüfung der Verdrahtung im Weichenantrieb 26 inklusive einer Hochspannungsprüfung durchgeführt. Anschließend findet auf dem Prüfstand 9 die Funktionsprüfung statt, bei der Stellhub, verschiedene Kräfte - etwa Festhaltekraft, Auffahrwiderstand, Auffahrsperrkraft, Stellkräfte, Auslöse- und Rutschkraft - und die Stellzeit des Weichenantriebs 26 ermittelt und protokolliert werden. In einer anschließenden mechanischen Prüfung wird die Funktion von Prüfschiebern überprüft.
