Claims (11)

  1. Verschlussvorrichtung (5) einer Behälterhülle (2), wobei die Behälterhülle (2) dafür ausgelegt ist, in sich einen Behälter (C) aufzunehmen, der dazu bestimmt ist, eine Trinkflüssigkeit zu enthalten, und der ein Teil (P) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, in den Mund genommen zu werden, um die Trinkflüssigkeit zu konsumieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (5) Folgendes umfasst:
    - wenigstens ein Mittel (6) zum Schützen und dichten Wiederverschließen des Teils (P) des Behälters (C), das dazu bestimmt ist, in den Mund genommen zu werden;
    - wenigstens ein Mittel (7), um die Behälterhülle (2) zumindest teilweise abzudecken;
    - Mittel (8; 8'), um die Vorrichtung (5) an der Behälterhülle (2) anzubringen.

Verschlussvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Mittel (7) zum wenigstens teilweisen Abdecken der Behälterhülle (2) die Form einer Lasche annehmen, die sich seitlich in Bezug zum Mittel (6) zum Schutz und dichten Wiederverschluss des Teils (P) des Behälters (C) erstrecken, wobei das Teil (P) dafür bestimmt ist, in den Mund genommen zu werden.

Verschlussvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (8; 8') zum Anbringen in das oder die Mittel (7) zum wenigstens teilweisen Abdecken der Behälterhülle (2) integriert sind, insbesondere in die Innenseite, wobei sie dafür bestimmt ist, in Richtung der Behälterhülle (2) geklappt zu werden, wobei das Mittel (7) zum wenigstens teilweisen Abdecken der Behälterhülle (2) dient.
  6. Verschlussvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (8; 8') zum Anbringen wenigstens ein Mittel (8') zum beweglichen Anbringen der Verschlussvorrichtung (5) an der Behälterhülle (2) und sogar ein Mittel (8) zum festen Anbringen der Verschlussvorrichtung (5) an der Behälterhülle (2) umfassen.
  7. Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) eines Behälters (C), der dafür bestimmt ist, eine Trinkflüssigkeit zu enthalten, und ein Teil (P) aufweist, das dafür bestimmt ist, zwecks Konsumierung dieser Trinkflüssigkeit in den Mund genommen zu werden, wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) einerseits eine Behälterhülle (2) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, innen einen Behälter (C) aufzunehmen, und andererseits eine Verschlussvorrichtung (5) der Behälterhülle (2) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (5) mit einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche übereinstimmt.
  8. Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einerseits die Behälterhülle (2) eine Hülse (20) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, in ihrem Inneren den Behälter (C) aufzunehmen, und andererseits das oder die Mittel (7) zum wenigstens teilweisen Abdecken der Behälterhülle (2) umfasst, die die Verschlussvorrichtung (5) umfasst, wenigstens teilweise die Hülse (20) bedecken, insbesondere die Seitenteile (21), die die Hülse (20) umfassen.
  9. Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälterhülle (2) eine Öffnung (31) umfasst, die einerseits dafür bestimmt ist, dass eine Portion aus dem Behälter (C), der das Teil (P) des Behälters (C) umfasst, der dafür bestimmt ist, in den Mund genommen zu werden, durch sie hindurch fließt und andererseits in Bezug auf sie das oder die Mittel (6) positioniert sind, um das Teil (P) des Behälters (C), der dafür bestimmt ist, in den Mund genommen zu werden, zu schützen und dicht zu verschließen.
  10. Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälterhülle (2) zusätzliche Mittel (10; 10') umfasst, um die Verschlussvorrichtung (5) an der Behälterhülle (2) anzubringen, wobei die zusätzlichen Mittel (10; 10') dafür ausgelegt sind, mit den Mitteln (8; 8') zu wirken, um das, was die Verschlussvorrichtung (5) umfasst, anzubringen.
  11. Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) einerseits eine Rückhalte- und Haltevorrichtung (3) des Behälters (C) im Inneren der Behälterhülle (2) umfasst und andererseits Haltemittel (4; 4') der Rückhalte- und Haltevorrichtung (3) gegen die Behälterhülle (2) umfasst und dass einerseits wenigstens die Mittel (8; 8') zum Anbringen der Verschlussvorrichtung (5) an der Behälterhülle (2) und andererseits die Haltemittel (4; 4') der Rückhalte- und Haltevorrichtung (3) gegen die Behälterhülle (2)dafür ausgelegt sind, dass die Haltemittel (4; 4') eine wesentlich höhere Kraft erfordern, um die Rückhalte- und Haltevorrichtung (3) zu lösen, als zum Lösen der Verschlussvorrichtung (5).
