Definitions
- the invention relates to a vehicle body, in particular a rail vehicle car body, with at least one attached to a shell of the car body or belonging to the shell fastener to which an interior component of the vehicle is attached.
- the invention is accordingly based on the object of specifying a car box, which can be easily assembled.
- the fastening element has on its side facing away from the shell at least two differently configured fastening sections, which allow mounting of different interior components, and on the at least two differently configured fastening sections
- a significant advantage of the carbody according to the invention is the fact that the inventively provided fastener allows the mounting of several, at least two different interior components.
- the purpose of the fastening element provided according to the invention is to have at least two differently configured fastening sections which, due to their different design, make it possible to attach different interior components.
- the fastening element is an extruded profile component and the at least two differently configured fastening sections of the fastening element are formed by extruded profile sections of the extruded profile component.
- the different fastening sections for mounting the different interior components are formed by the shaping of the extruded profile component, which in other words forms an integrated combination profile for fastening differently designed interior components.
- the fastening element or the extruded profile component is aligned such that the longitudinal direction (extrusion direction) of the extruded profile component extends along the longitudinal direction (direction of travel) of the car body.
- the advantage of the described alignment of the extruded profile component is that this guarantees a free positioning capability of the interior components along the interior longitudinal direction of the carbody, so that customer wishes regarding the placement of the interior components can be accommodated flexibly.
- the car body is provided that at one of the at least two differently designed mounting portions a side wall paneling, a seat console, a table, a seat, a luggage rack, a cable or a carpet feed profile is attached and on the other of the at least two differently designed mounting portions another of said interior components is attached.
- the fastening element in particular in the case of an extruded profile component, consists of aluminum.
- the fastener has a support portion which rests directly on a shell wall, preferably a shell inner wall of the shell.
- the support section is dimensioned so large that it faces the at least two differently configured fastening sections, which respectively are located on the side of the fastening element facing away from the shell and this spatially separates from the shell. A bending of the fastener in case of high mechanical stress is avoided in this embodiment in an advantageous manner.
- a simple attachment of the fastener to the shell is achieved when the fastener has at least two through holes and the fastener is bolted to the shell at least two spaced-apart locations.
- the fastening element or the extruded profile component for example, form a shell profile of the shell of the car body.
- the fastener can perform a dual function: First, it can - as already explained - serve to attach at least two different interior components on the inside wall side, and on the other hand, the fastening element can form an integral and bearing element of the shell of the car body.
- the at least two differently configured fastening sections each have at least one wall section which extends perpendicularly away from the shell.
- one of the attachment portions comprises a receiving portion for a side wall panel of the car body, a mounting portion a seat bracket receiving portion for receiving a seat console, a mounting portion a Nutenstein- receiving portion for receiving a sliding block, a mounting portion a receiving chamber for receiving one or more cables or hoses and / or a fastening portion forms a fastening nose for carrying a carpet guide profile.
- the invention further relates to a fastening element for a car body, in particular a rail vehicle car body, as described above, for fastening at least one vehicle interior component.
- the fastening element is an extruded profile component and has at least two differently configured fastening sections on one side, which allow mounting of different interior components.
- the invention further relates to a method for mounting a car body, in particular a rail car body, wherein in the method at least one interior component is attached.
- at least two different interior components are fastened to differently configured fastening sections of the fastening element on a side of a fastening element facing away from a body shell of the car body.
- Figure 1 shows an embodiment of an inventive
- Fastening element which is suitable for attachment to a shell wall
- Figure 2 shows a portion of a car body in which the fastener is mounted in accordance with Figure 1.
- Figure 1 shows a portion of a car body in which the fastener is mounted in accordance with Figure 1.
- Figure 2 shows a portion of a car body in which the fastener is mounted in accordance with Figure 1.
- the same reference numbers are always used in the figures for identical or comparable components.
- FIG. 1 shows a fastener 10 in the form of an extruded profile component, which preferably consists of aluminum and has been formed by extrusion along an extrusion direction.
- the fastening element 10 has five fastening sections 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60.
- the uppermost attachment section 20 in FIG. 1 is used, for example, to receive a side wall cladding (not further shown) of a car body of a railway vehicle and can thus be referred to as a side wall cladding receiving section.
- the attachment portion 30 is formed by a seat bracket receiving portion, which allows the mounting of a seat bracket on the fastener 10.
- the mounting portion 40 forms a Nutensteinageabrough in which a sliding block can be slidably guided and then jammed. After inserting a sliding block in the Nutensteiningabterrorism, it is possible to move the sliding block perpendicular to the image plane of Figure 1 and thus to achieve an optimal position of the sliding block in the Nutenstein arrangementabites.
- the attachment portion 50 forms a receiving chamber for receiving one or more conduits or hoses.
- the fastening section 60 is preferably formed by a fastening nose, into which an interior component to be fastened can be inserted or clamped.
- a carpet guide profile 70 into the fastening lug 60 in order to secure it to the fastening element 10.
- the fastener 10 is shown after it has been mounted on a shell wall 80 of a shell 81, not shown, of the car body.
- the assembly can for example be done by means of at least two screw 90, with which the fastener 10 is bolted to the shell wall 80.
- the bearing is Gage section 100, with which the fastener 10 rests on the shell wall 80, dimensioned relatively large. It can be seen that the support section 100 is so large that the five fastening sections 20 to 60 are separated from the shell wall 80 by the support section 100. In other words, there is no area in which one of the mounting portions of the shell wall 80 is opposite, without the support portion 100 is therebetween and the respective attachment portion of the shell wall 80 separates.
- the fastening element 10 is screwed onto the shell wall 80 by means of the screw connections 90.
- the fastening element 10 is designed as a shell profile and forms an integral part of the shell 81 of the car body 10. In such a case, the screw 90 can be omitted.
- the fastening element 10 according to FIG. 1 is an extruded profile component which extends in the longitudinal direction of the car body or in the direction of travel of the car body.
- the length of the extruded profile component seen in the extrusion direction at least approximately the length of the car body in L Lucasspp. Direction of travel corresponds to allow any positioning of interior components in the interior of the vehicle body.
- FIG. 1 shows by way of example that some of the differently configured fastening sections each have one or more wall sections 120 extending perpendicularly from the support section 100 and thus perpendicularly away from the shell wall 80 in order to simplify attachment of interior components to the shell 81 of the carbody
- FIG. 2 again shows the fastening element 10 according to FIG. 1 in another illustration after being mounted on the shell wall 80 of the shell 81 of a body box 200 shown only in sections. It can be seen that a seat bracket 210 is fastened to the fastening section 30 designed as a seat console receiving section ,
- the carpet guide profile 70 can be seen, with which an attachment of a carpet to the shell wall 80 or on the extruded profile component 10 is made possible.
