Similarly, for release, the drive shaft 5 is overextended by making the cylinder 54 advance, and then the release of the snap-action device 61 is controlled, as explained below.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de transmission du mouvement à un cylindre (1) d'une cage de laminage (100) comprenant :un arbre d'entraînement télescopique (5) ayant des premier et second organes télescopiques (54, 55) adaptés pour coulisser l'un dans l'autre selon une course de coulissement prédéfinie,un support d'arbre d'entraînement (50, 59) incorporant un dispositif d'extension et de raccourcissement d'arbre d'entraînement (60), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outreun mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61) pour bloquer les premier et second organes télescopiques (54, 55) à une longueur de travail prédéfinie,un dispositif élastique (69) exerçant une force de précharge dirigée axialement le long des deux organes télescopiques (54, 55), dans la partie de bout de la course de coulissement,et un mécanisme de libération (66', 66"), adapté pour être commandé à distance, pour libérer le mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier organe télescopique (54) a une cavité interne et un premier bout incorporant un dispositif d'ajustement (12) adapté pour être attaché au cylindre (1), et le second organe télescopique (55) est coaxial au premier organe télescopique (54), a un premier bout logé au sein de la cavité interne du premier organe télescopique (54), a un second bout incorporant un joint de cardan ou universel (56) adapté pour être ajusté sur un arbre de transmission de mouvement de façon à permettre une rotation angulaire de l'arbre d'entraînement (5) par rapport à la cage de laminage (100).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le support d'arbre d'entraînement comprend :un coulisseau (50) ayant au moins une ou plusieurs charnières (70', 70") à un premier bout définissant un premier axe de rotation (X1), de façon à permettre une rotation angulaire du coulisseau (50) par rapport à la cage de laminage (100) autour du premier axe de rotation (X1), etun chariot (59) adapté pour coulisser longitudinalement le long dudit coulisseau (50), incorporant des moyens d'attache (68) séparables du premier organe télescopique (54), des premiers moyens d'actionnement (57) adaptés pour faire tourner le coulisseau (50) autour des une ou plusieurs charnières (70', 70"), et dans lequel le dispositif d'extension et de raccourcissement d'arbre d'entraînement (60) est adapté pour faire coulisser le chariot (59) par rapport au coulisseau (50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le premier axe de rotation (X1) est agencé parallèle à l'axe de laminage (X) lorsqu'il est monté sur la cage de laminage (100).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le joint de cardan ou universel (56) a le centre de jonction de l'arbre d'entraînement (5) et de l'axe de transmission de mouvement coïncidant avec le premier axe de rotation (X1) des une ou plusieurs charnières (70', 70").
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les moyens d'attache (68) sont pourvus d'une gorge (68) réalisée sur le chariot (59) et d'une bague périphérique (67) fixée d'un seul tenant à la surface du premier organe télescopique (54).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant une base de support (53) sur laquelle les une ou plusieurs charnières (70', 70") sont attachées.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le dispositif de libération du mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61) comprend deux vérins hydrauliques (66', 66") adaptés pour exercer une force de compression sur des extrémités d'un ressort (63) qui garde le mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61) bloqué.
- Procédé de retrait d'un dispositif selon la revendication 8 d'une cage de laminage (100), comprenant les étapes suivantes :la rotation du coulisseau de support d'arbre d'entraînement (50) vers le haut autour du premier axe (X1) de façon à le déplacer d'une position d'attente, angulairement loin de l'arbre d'entraînement (5), à une position accrochée avec l'arbre d'entraînement (5), le chariot (59) étant agencé dans une position axiale moyennant quoi la gorge (68) s'ajuste sur la bague (67),la rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (5) autour de son axe longitudinal de façon à aligner les deux vérins hydrauliques (66', 66") avec l'axe du ressort (63) du mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61),le décalage du premier organe télescopique (54) au moyen du chariot (59) d'une courte section dirigée vers le cylindre (1), suffisante pour opposer la force du dispositif élastique (69) pour libérer le mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61) de l'ajustement,le fait d'exercer une force de compression sur le ressort (63) au moyen des deux vérins hydrauliques (66', 66"), libérant ainsi le mécanisme de blocage à détente brusque (61),le coulissement télescopique du premier organe télescopique (54) en direction loin du cylindre (1) d'une longueur prédéterminée au moyen du chariot (59),la rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (5) vers le bas autour du premier axe de rotation (X1).
- Cage de laminage (100) pour laminer des organes en métal comprenant un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
