Definitions
- the invention relates to a swimming pool, in particular a swimming pool that can be at least partially in the ground, and a support set for a bathing pool or a swimming pool.
- swimming pools of this type are usually provided with a concrete foundation that supports it against the ground.
- a foundation that is either at ground level or lowered into the ground is required.
- This in turn requires special equipment, such as a concrete mixer to prepare the concrete, which under certain circumstances cannot be brought close enough to the later installation location of the swimming pool in confined spaces.
- a concrete mixer to prepare the concrete, which under certain circumstances cannot be brought close enough to the later installation location of the swimming pool in confined spaces.
- longer distances have to be accepted in order to lay the foundation for such a swimming pool.
- Due to the setting time of the concrete rapid work is also required, which usually requires several people to work. After all, it took a few days for the freshly laid foundation to reach a strength that would allow the swimming pool to be set up.
- a swimming pool which can be at least partially in the ground which comprises a circumferential edge with a supporting wall. Down is the circumferential edge completed by a foundation. At the edge of the swimming pool there is a supporting wall made of steel plates screwed together for stabilization.
- the foundation includes a foundation insulation layer.
- a swimming pool with the features of claim 1, in particular a swimming pool that can be at least partially in the ground, with a circumferential edge which comprises a supporting wall, and a foundation which closes this circumferential edge at the bottom and which is made of bulk material such as gravel, Comprises split and / or sand existing leveling layer for leveling a soil that can be provided below the foundation, as well as a stabilizing layer extending over it, which consists of individual, interconnectable, in particular pluggable and / or glued stabilizing elements.
- This swimming pool completely dispenses with a concrete foundation, which is usually provided, and can therefore be set up much easier, faster and more cost-effectively.
- a swimming pool can be used very flexibly, since it can be set up both at ground level and at least partially housed in the ground. It doesn’t miss the normally expected and necessary stability of well-known swimming pools.
- additional units, inflows and outflows as well as lighting devices can be attached to this swimming pool much more easily than would be possible with a conventional swimming pool with a corresponding concrete casing. Since the setting or hardening time of the concrete is no longer relevant, the swimming pool can be set up much faster.
- the proposal according to the invention combines the rapid and rapid construction of such a swimming pool with the easy handling of the individual elements required for this purpose, which can be easily transported by one person and easily assembled by one person can be. It is an essential advantage of the invention that such swimming pools of the usual size according to the invention are usually created by one person within one working day.
- the circumferential edge comprises an edge insulation layer, which consists of individual edge insulation elements that can be connected to one another, in particular that can be plugged together and / or glued together, and that the edge insulation layer is provided on the outside of the supporting wall.
- a leveling layer is cleverly provided on the foundation, which consists of bulk material such as gravel, grit and / or sand.
- the same material can, however, be used as a support layer in the area of the edge, which considerably simplifies the picking of this material held in bags.
- the leveling layer has the task of simply pulling off the bulk material heap on the ground to achieve a smooth, level surface and thereby compensating for any inaccuracies in the excavated soil; the leveling layer also has the task of distributing the load of the swimming pool evenly into the ground transfer.
- the support layer in the area of the edge also has a similar task. There it is a matter of skillfully absorbing the force of the soil surrounding the swimming pool and diverting it around the swimming pool.
- the foundation further comprises a foundation insulation layer which consists of individual foundation insulation elements which can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged into one another and / or glued together.
- a foundation insulation layer which consists of individual foundation insulation elements which can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged into one another and / or glued together.
- the foundation insulation elements can be made of a correspondingly elastic or soft material so that any unevenness, for example in the leveling layer, can be cushioned without this having a direct effect on the stabilizing layer. Since the foundation insulation layer can be built up from individual foundation insulation elements, the production of the foundation insulation layer requires only a few personnel and can, if necessary, be carried out by just one person.
- the individual foundation insulation elements can also be easily transported, stored and finally connected to one another, so that their overall simple and inexpensive handling is possible.
- the foundation insulation layer extends below the stabilization layer and consists of a softer material than the stabilization layer.
- another layer is available in order to achieve a corresponding leveling and alignment of the swimming pool. Because the softer material of the foundation insulation layer absorbs potential unevenness of the leveling layer and also ensures that the stabilization layer is not damaged.
- there is better load dissipation due to a particularly good adaptation of the foundation to the subsurface which leads to significantly better stabilization and, as a result, durability of the swimming pool.
- the foundation insulation layer is designed as a leveling layer. This means that, for example, through different material thicknesses, elasticities and shapes of the foundation insulation layer or its foundation insulation elements, any adjustments can be made to the respective subsurface, so that particularly good compensation is possible. which on the one hand allows perfect leveling and alignment of the foundation and on the other hand ensures its particularly high stability.
- the compensating layer consists of a plurality of compensating elements that interact, in particular can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged into one another and / or glued together.
- the compensating layer can thus also be produced in a particularly simple and flexible manner and, if necessary, can be laid by a single person.
- the individual compensation elements can be easily transported, stored and handled, since they can be connected to one another in a simple and stable manner.
- the foundation further comprises a fleece layer which extends below the foundation insulation layer and / or above the leveling layer.
- a fleece layer which extends below the foundation insulation layer and / or above the leveling layer.
- the support wall is designed as a large-area metal ring or sheet metal strip (as a separate, separate component). This ensures stable support of the swimming pool against the ground as well as its reliable shape retention.
- a correspondingly large metal ring or sheet metal strip can form the entire surface area of the swimming pool. However, this can also consist of several individual rings (vertically) arranged one above the other.
- edge insulation layer on the outside of the support wall, a lateral thermal insulation of the edge is possible, which significantly reduces the heating costs of the swimming pool.
- both support and protection of the supporting wall against the surrounding soil are created, which is also easy to transport, is storable and manageable.
- Their supporting effect is provided by the edge insulation layer, which can be 8 cm, 10 cm or 15 cm thick, for example. At the same time, a particularly simple and quick assembly of the swimming pool is guaranteed.
- the prescribed edge insulation layer or the edge insulation element also has formwork tasks, it can also be referred to as edge insulation formwork element, as it serves to introduce or dissipate the force of the water pressure into the ground and fulfills a force transmission task between the supporting wall and the supporting layer made of bulk material.
- the edge insulation layer is tensioned via at least one circumferential tension band. This ensures, on the one hand, that the edge insulation elements are connected to one another and thus their better stabilization against the supporting wall; on the other hand, the surrounding edge of the swimming pool is more stable overall against the surrounding soil.
- the circumferential edge comprises a support layer, in particular a gravel and / or sand layer, for leveling out a surrounding soil and the support layer is provided on the outside of the support wall. This enables significantly better support and thus stabilization of the edge, especially when the swimming pool is full.
- the space formed by the circumferential edge or the inside of the supporting wall and the foundation or the top of the stabilizing layer is lined with a waterproof film.
- a waterproof film This allows in particular a simple sealing of the swimming pool without further, additional sealing elements, in particular between its peripheral edge and its foundation.
- such a film represents a particularly inexpensive and easy-to-install seal for a swimming pool.
- the foundation is flush with the circumferential edge in order to prevent the foundation from settling against the edge through loading with the support layer or during the later use of the swimming pool. In this way, in particular, its tightness is guaranteed, which cannot be impaired by any potential displacement between the circumferential edge and the foundation.
- At least one profile rail is provided to which an upper end of the waterproof film can be fastened.
- the profile rail comprises a clamping element in which the upper end of the waterproof film can be clamped. This provides a particularly simple fastening of the film, which significantly accelerates its application.
- the profile rail has an H-shaped cross-section and the upper end of the waterproof film has a reinforcement. This creates a stable closure of the film with an additional and good clamping effect in the cross-section of the profile rail.
- the film can have an upper extension piece or a piping that has a wedge-shaped or hook-shaped cross-sectional profile.
- a particularly good fit of the film in the profile rail is ensured if its H-shaped cross section has an undercut to hold the reinforcement of the upper end of the waterproof film. Storing the film in the undercut ensures that it is stable and, in particular, prevents the film from slipping out afterwards.
- the at least one profile rail has at least one fastening element protruding therefrom for insertion into a receptacle on the upper edge of the support wall and / or the edge insulating layer. This means that the profile rail can also be attached particularly easily and quickly, which results in a reduction in the construction time for the swimming pool.
- the fastening element and the receptacle preferably form a tongue and groove connection, in particular a clip connection. This enables the profile rail to be fastened in a particularly stable and long-term manner.
- the above-mentioned object is also achieved by a support set according to the features of claim 8.
- the support set for a bathing pool or swimming pool comprising individual stabilizing elements that can be connected to one another to form a stabilization layer, in particular plug-in and / or bondable stabilization elements, and several individual foundation insulation elements that can be connected to one another to form a foundation insulation layer, in particular foundation insulation elements that can be plugged together and / or glued together the stabilization layer,
- the foundation insulation layer consists of a softer material than the stabilization layer and extends below the stabilization layer in the installed state of the support set and / or in the installed state of the support set one more to level out a surrounding soil and to form the stabilization layer and the intended Foundation insulation layer, consisting of compensation material, preferably provided as bagged goods, in particular bulk material such as grit, gravel and / or sand.
- a large metal ring or sheet metal strip forming a supporting wall and several edge insulating elements which can be assembled to form an edge insulating layer can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged together and / or glued to one another, the edge insulating layer is provided on the outside of the supporting wall, whereby a support and the retaining wall is protected against the surrounding soil.
- the support set can be packaged in a very space-saving manner, easily transported, stored and assembled. Such a support set completely replaces a concrete foundation of the same stability and is nevertheless much easier to handle and, above all, much cheaper.
- the support set can be purchased, for example, in hardware stores or building material stores, and thanks to its space-saving division of the stabilization layer into individual stabilization elements, it can be loaded into a commonly available car and brought to its installation site. None else applies to the compensation material, which can also be purchased, loaded and transported accordingly.
- the support set proposed according to the invention thus describes a system consisting of the individual elements described above, which offers advantages in their systemic interaction.
- the specialty of this aspect of the invention lies in the fact that it has been recognized that all components for a functioning foundation can be sold through retailers and that a foundation that is completely sufficient for the construction of a pool or swimming pool can be created with these elements.
- An essential part of the support set is the use of a stabilization layer that is made of relatively hard, but nevertheless transportable and therefore lightweight stabilizing elements.
- the invention deliberately dispenses with the arrangement of a monolithic or one-piece rigid base layer, such as a concrete slab, since a foundation that is completely sufficient for these purposes is available in a simple and therefore more cost-effective variant according to the invention.
- the laying of the stabilizing elements, as described, is therefore provided on a leveling layer, which in turn can also be sold, for example, as bagged goods.
- the support set comprises the stabilizing elements also a large number of foundation elements which can be connected to form a foundation insulation layer and which in turn also consist of light and therefore easily transportable elements. This structure is then also placed on the compensation layer.
- the prescribed support set can also be used to form an (additional) foundation on a concrete slab.
- this further comprises individual foundation insulation elements that can be connected to one another to form a foundation insulation layer, in particular that can be plugged into one another and / or glued together, for supporting the stabilization layer.
- This not only enables thermal insulation against the ground, but also protection of the stabilization layer against potential unevenness of the lined leveling material.
- the support set it is also provided that it comprises a fleece layer to protect the foundation insulation layer.
- a fleece layer to protect the foundation insulation layer.
- damage or even destruction of the foundation insulation layer due to potential unevenness of the leveling layer is excluded, in particular for example due to pointed stones protruding beyond its surface, the effect of which on the foundation insulation layer is attenuated by the fleece layer.
- the fleece layer can of course also be used to protect the stabilization layer, for example from larger grains and / or stones.
- the stabilizing elements consist at least partially of a plastic or PVC material in order to be light enough for transport and storage as well as for adequate stabilization of the swimming pool or support set must have the required rigidity.
- the stabilizing elements are cleverly made of vinyl or other plastic and form a very smooth surface facing the room, as the quality of this surface then also defines the processing quality of the entire swimming pool.
- the individual stabilizing elements can be skilfully connected to one another by means of corresponding tongue and groove connections, in order to produce a homogeneous, smooth, tidy, warp-free surface.
- the edge and / or foundation insulation elements or the compensation elements are at least partially made of plastic, in particular foamed or bleached plastic, in particular expanded or extruded polystyrene.
- the foundation insulation elements have a particularly high thermal insulation capacity and can also be easily and inexpensively produced in a wide variety of shapes, so that these foundation insulation elements can be adapted to a wide variety of shapes and locations of a swimming pool, and also convey an appealing overall impression.
- the stabilizing and / or edge and / or foundation insulation elements can be connected to one another via a tongue and groove connection.
- the swimming pool or support set comprises a leveling layer made of bulk material such as gravel or sand, which is intended to form a support layer to support a supporting wall of the bathing pool or the swimming pool.
- the bulk goods can also be transported, stored and, in particular, installed in a space-saving manner, and can easily be purchased in building supplies stores.
- a support layer can also be produced particularly easily and quickly, preferably by just one person.
- the bulk material for the support layer or leveling layer is provided as bagged goods.
- bagged goods This can in particular be offered in different packaging sizes, so that any size of a future swimming pool can be realized with exactly the amount of bulk material required for it, without remaining stocks.
- a bulk material packaged as bagged goods is also particularly easy to transport, store and move, and is easy to install.
- the support set described above should preferably be used to seal a swimming pool floor, since it allows simple sealing without further sealing elements if the individual stabilization elements of the support set have been made into an overall watertight stabilization layer.
- profile elements are provided for at least partially encompassing and / or mutual coupling of edge areas of individual edge insulation elements. This means that not only round swimming pools, but also oval or polygonal swimming pools can be built. Because their edge insulation elements are unstable in the straight areas and tend to fall over. The edge insulating elements are reliably prevented from falling over by the mutual coupling of their edge areas by the profile elements, which significantly facilitates the construction of the swimming pool or bathing pool.
- the aforementioned profile elements and the edge insulating elements are dimensioned and coordinated in such a way that the profile elements form an edge-free closure on the edge insulating elements. This ensures, in particular, that the edge insulating elements rest flat on the retaining wall side and are therefore not subject to any bending stress that could lead to cracking or breaking of the edge insulating elements. On the side of the support layer, it is avoided in particular that edges are created during construction that represent a potential risk of injury. Overall, a particularly reliable and safe construction of the swimming pool is ensured by an edge-free closure between profile elements and edge insulation elements.
- the profile elements have a U- or H-shaped cross section.
- the profile elements are designed as elongated profile rails. This allows large sections of the edge insulation elements to be overlapped and thus to produce a particularly high coupling stability.
- a corresponding support set also requires the packaging of significantly fewer individual parts.
- the profile elements are made of a plastic or an aluminum material. Both materials are therefore not subject to any corrosion and are rather lightweight compared to comparable materials, so that both their processing when setting up a swimming pool and their packaging and transport in a support set are particularly easy.
- the profile elements have prefabricated breaking edges for modifying their cross-section.
- This can be of advantage, for example, when corner areas of a swimming pool are to be encased with edge insulation elements that allow a grip or engagement of the profile elements in an angular position of the edge insulating elements to one another, which is difficult to achieve due to the present cross-section of profile elements.
- an H-shaped cross-section of the profile elements in a corner area could be converted into an H-shaped cross-section or a T-shaped cross-section, depending on the requirements, which by engaging or reaching around edge areas at angled edge insulation elements in corner areas of a swimming pool ensures their coupling.
- this comprises at least one plate-shaped edge insulating element, so that not only round swimming pools but also any type of angular swimming pool can be designed.
- the support set described above should preferably be used to build a bathing pool or swimming pool that is round or polygonal when viewed from above, which significantly increases the flexible design of a swimming pool built with it and significantly improves its adaptability to a wide variety of spatial conditions.
- the thickness of the foundation insulating element and the thickness of the stabilizing element form a quotient in the range from 10 to 100, preferably from 15 to 50, particularly preferably from 20 to 45.
- An interval is specified for the thickness quotient, which is described by an upper and lower limit.
- the following values are provided as the upper limit: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, 90, 100.
- the following values, for example, apply as the lower limit: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30.
- the disclosure of this application encompasses the set of all the intervals formed by all possible combinations of the aforementioned upper and lower limits.
- an extremely thin stabilization layer implemented by a correspondingly thin stabilization element, in relation to the thickness of the foundation insulation layer (implemented by the foundation insulation elements) results in surprisingly good, if not very good properties in terms of stability and usability for the stated purpose, namely for a swimming pool or pool, results.
- very good material pairings are found for the design of the stabilization layer and for the design of the foundation insulation layer.
- the edge insulation element or the foundation insulation element have a thickness of 30 mm to 120 mm, preferably 40 to 100 mm, particularly preferably 45 to 85 mm and a density of 15 to 50 kg / m 3 , preferably 25 to 45 kg / m 3 .

- the following values, for example, apply as the lower limit: 10 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm.
- the disclosure of this application encompasses the set of all intervals which are made up of all possible, technically meaningful combinations of the aforementioned upper and lower limits.
- An interval is specified for the spatial density, which is described by an upper and lower limit.
- the following values are provided as the upper limit: 30 kg / m 3 , 35 kg / m 3 , 40 kg / m 3 , 45 kg / m 3 , 50 kg / m 3 , 55 kg / m 3 , 60 kg / m 3 3, 70 kg / m 3.
- the following values apply as the lower limit: 10 kg / m 3 , 15 kg / m 3 , 20 kg / m 3 , 25 kg / m 3 , 30 kg / m 3 .
- the disclosure of this application encompasses the set of all intervals which are made up of all possible, technically meaningful combinations of the aforementioned upper and lower limits.
- the foundation insulation layer can be created from relatively very light material (for example extruded or expanded polystyrene), which reduces costs.
- relatively very light material for example extruded or expanded polystyrene
- the foundation insulation layer can also be selected to be relatively thin, in this case one speaks of thicknesses of up to 50 or 55 mm, the result is still sufficient mechanical stability, durability and cost-effective design.
- Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional side view of a swimming pool or bathing pool 10 according to the invention, which is at least partially embedded in the ground 40.
- a pit is dug, the bottom of which is filled with a leveling layer 31, in particular made of bulk material such as grit, gravel (in particular small grades up to a maximum of 5, 10, 15 or 20 mm diameter) and / or sand.
- This compensating layer 31 is peeled off and placed in the water, so that a horizontally aligned plane is created on which, as only shown by way of example in this exemplary embodiment, a fleece layer 36 is laid out.
- a foundation insulation layer 34 is subsequently applied, which consists of individual foundation insulation elements 35 which can be plugged together via a tongue and groove connection 50. These can be inserted, additionally glued or just glued to one another.
- the individual foundation insulation elements 35 should consist of a plastic material such as styrofoam, which on the one hand ensures thermal insulation of the swimming pool 10 downwards, but at the same time also compensates for any remaining unevenness in the leveling layer 31.
- the fleece layer 36 protects the foundation insulation layer 34 from being destroyed by the leveling layer 31 when the swimming pool 10 settles after being filled with water.
- a stabilization layer 32 is placed above the foundation insulation layer 34, which, like the foundation insulation layer 34, consists of individual stabilization elements 33 which can be plugged together via a tongue and groove connection 50.
- the individual stabilizing elements 33 are only intended to consist of appropriately shaped vinyl or PVC panels as an example.
- the foundation 30 of the swimming pool 10 is available, on which a circumferential edge 20 can be set up, which here has a supporting wall 21, an edge insulation layer 22 and a Support layer 25 comprises.
- the edge insulation layer 22 consists of individual edge insulation elements 23, which are also connected to one another via a corresponding tongue / groove connection 50.
- the edge insulation elements can also be glued to one another or alternatively just be glued together.
- the edge insulation layer 22 is pulled up after the support wall 21 has been exposed and is braced against the support wall 21 over the circumference of the support wall 21 only by way of example here.
- the edge insulation layer 22 effects, on the one hand, thermal insulation of the swimming pool 10 from the ground 40, and, on the other hand, protection of the support wall 21 from the support layer 25 to be subsequently fed, so that the swimming pool 10 is also stabilized at its periphery.
- the advantages of the installation method for the swimming pool 10 can be seen in the fact that the foundation 30, consisting of a leveling layer 31, fleece layer 36, foundation insulation layer 34 and stabilization layer 32, can be easily and quickly laid by a single person without any time restrictions.
- the stabilization layer 32 can be prepared in such a way that it is used as a waterproof floor of the swimming pool 10. A complete sealing of the swimming pool 10 would subsequently only require a further sealing of the transition between the edge 20 and the foundation 30.
- a corresponding film 60 is used, which lines the space R formed by the peripheral edge 20 and the foundation 30, and thus ensures that the swimming pool 10 is watertight.
- the circumferential edge 20 can also be built up by a person without any time restrictions and finally filled with the leveling layer 31.
- the swimming pool 10 in the production of the foundation 30 and the edge 20, in comparison to a concrete foundation or concrete trough, no delays are to be expected, which are usually caused by the hardening time of the concrete.
- the swimming pool 10 according to the invention can be set up correspondingly quickly. Corresponding connections for water supply and drainage can easily be attached, since these only require suitable passages in the surrounding edge of the swimming pool 10.
- the edge insulation layer 22, which is preferably also made of Styrofoam, can be easily processed and provided with corresponding recesses which accommodate these inflows and outflows and - depending on the thickness of the edge insulation layer 22 - also allow their complete inclusion and cladding therein.
- the foundation 30 preferably ends flush with the circumferential edge 20 in order to prevent the foundation 30 from settling opposite the circumferential edge 20 when the edge 20 is filled with the support layer 25 or during the later use of the swimming pool 10.
- the foundation 30 of the swimming pool 10 can be purchased as a support set, which comprises at least the stabilizing elements 33 that can be connected to one another to form a stabilizing layer 32 and a compensating material that can be lined to form a compensating layer 31 supporting this stabilizing layer 32.
- a space-saving packable, easily transportable and storable as well as easily and quickly laid foundation opens up the possibility of erecting the circumferential edge 20, insulating and supporting it if necessary, so that only the film 60 for sealing the swimming pool 10 is attached got to.
- the support set can also already include the individual foundation insulation elements 35 for forming the foundation insulation layer 34 and / or the fleece layer 36, in order to be the same or similar to that in FIG Fig.
- the swimming pool 10 can also be set up at ground level, in the simplest case, for example, by pouring a leveling layer 31 at the point where the swimming pool 10 is to be, and then applying the fleece layer 36, foundation insulation layer 34 and stabilization layer 32 accordingly
- the edge insulation layer 22 of the edge 20 is omitted if a corresponding insulation appears superfluous, just like the fleece layer 36 and / or the foundation insulation layer 34 can be omitted if a particularly fine-grained and extremely compacted compensation layer 31 can be provided, for example.
- a swimming pool 10 and an erection method on which it is based are available, which reduces personnel and, if necessary, can be erected particularly easily and in a short time at low cost by only one person.
- FIG. 11 shows a cross-sectional side view of an edge area of a swimming pool or bathing pool according to the invention, such as the swimming pool 10 of FIG Fig. 1 , in which the support wall 21 is provided with edge insulating elements 23, the edge area of which has a U-shaped profile element 70 in the upper part, and which are coupled to one another via a further H-shaped profile element 70 '.
- Edge areas of the edge insulation elements 23 are each designed so that an edge-free mounting of the profile elements 70, 70 'is possible, and thus a bending stress is avoided by placing the support layer 25, which could lead to damage to the edge insulation elements 23 and / or the support wall 21 if the edge insulation elements 23 do not lie flat against the support wall 21 .
- Figure 2b shows a cross-sectional plan view of an edge region of a swimming pool or bathing pool according to the invention, such as the swimming pool 10 of FIG Fig. 1 , in which the edge insulating elements 23 are coupled to one another in a corner area via a profile element 70 "with an H-shaped cross-section.
- This profile element 70 runs in contrast to the profile elements 70, 70 'of Fig. 2a in the vertical direction and secures the same as in Fig. 2a the plate-shaped edge insulating elements 23 against accidental falling when building the swimming pool or bathing pool.
- the edge areas of the edge insulation elements 23 and the profile element 70 ′′ are designed so that an edge-free connection between the edge insulation elements 23 is possible.
- Both the Fig. 2a as well as that Figure 2b show particularly simple ways of using the profile elements 70, 70 'and 70 "both in horizontal and vertical orientation, at least in sections, but preferably over an entire length, to significantly increase the stability of the edge insulating elements 23 when building the swimming pool or bathing pool 10
- the vertical and horizontal profile elements 70.70 ' and 70 can also be attached in any combination. Transporting them in a support set, as well as attaching them, is particularly easy to accomplish and can easily be carried out by a single person in a short time and at low cost.
- Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional side view of a swimming pool or bathing pool 10 'not according to the invention, in which, in contrast to the swimming pool or bathing pool 10 of FIG Figure 1 the edge insulation layer 22 also forms the supporting wall 21.
- This enables a particularly simple construction of the swimming pool or bathing pool 10 ', since a separately designed support wall 21 is not necessary.
- this swimming pool or this bathing pool 10 ' is of stable construction, in particular if the thickness of the edge insulation layer 22 is selected accordingly, which can preferably be 8 cm, 10 cm or even 15 cm.
- a profile rail 80 runs along the upper edge of its edge insulating layer 22, into which the film 60 can be clamped particularly easily and quickly.
- All other reference numbers of Fig. 3 denote components of the swimming pool or these bathing pools 10, as they are already in Fig. 1 are described.
- Fig. 4 shows the cross-sectional side view of the profile rail 80 of the swimming pool or bathing pool Fig. 3 in an enlarged view, and in particular its H-shaped design comprising a clamping element 81 with an undercut 83.
- An end reinforcement 82 of the film 60 is mounted in this undercut 83, so that the film 60 is secured against slipping out of the clamping element 81.
- the profile rail also has a fastening element 84 which protrudes downward from the profile rail 80 in the assembly position and engages in a receptacle 85 of the edge insulating layer 22 forming the support wall 21.
- this enables the profile rail 80 to be attached quickly to the support wall 21 or edge insulation layer 22, whereby the connection between the fastening element 84 and the receptacle 85 can only be designed as a circumferential tongue and groove connection and / or as a point-attached clip connection.
- the prefabricated profile strip 80 for clamping the film 60 in place provides its secure and long-lasting holder, and can itself be attached very quickly and stably to the support wall 21 or edge insulating layer 22. This does not apply otherwise to the support wall 21 and / or the edge insulation layer 22 of the Fig. 1 .
- Fig. 5 shows schematically a preferred embodiment of the foundation 30.
- the considerable difference in thickness between the foundation insulation layer 34 and the significantly thinner stabilization layer 32 can be clearly seen.
- the foundation insulation layer 34 is formed from a multiplicity of foundation insulation elements 35 arranged next to one another, which are connected by tongue and groove connections 50 in one another.
- Optional is between the leveling layer 31, which is located below the foundation insulation layer 34, a fleece layer 36, which is intended to avoid that the bulk material, for example grit or sand, gets into the vertical gaps between the individual foundation insulation elements 35 and could prevent these elements from being pushed together.
- Fig. 6 goes out from the object Fig. 1 and shows several details.
- the support wall 21 has a metal ring 26, preferably a steel jacket, which, as a pressure-stable ring, gives the proposed object considerable stability, but without setting the invention to the presence of this ring.
- the metal ring 26 is supplied as a rolled-up sheet steel roll, the short sides of which are flanged and can be connected by a C-profile rail in the rolled-out state in order to produce a stable composite that absorbs tensile and compressive forces.
- the support wall 21, in particular the metal ring 26, carries a handrail 11 at its upper, circumferential end, on which or with which the film 60 is held or fastened.
- a receiving groove for the foil 60 is provided on the handrail 11, for example, or the foil 60 is clamped in the gap between the handrail 11 and the upper end of the support wall 21.
- the handrail 11 has a U-shaped recess or groove which interacts with the support wall 21 or with the metal ring 26 in terms of the fit.
- the decorative panel 200 is fastened or glued in the upper area of the edge insulating element 23 with screws.
- the visible surface of the decorative plate 200 has a decoration, for example a stone pattern or the like, and thus also forms a visible demarcation from the pool.
- the top of the support wall 21, in particular the top of the edge insulating layer 22, is covered by a cover plate 201.
- the cover plate 201 offers both mechanical protection and optical protection, i. protection against UV radiation for the edge insulating element 23, which is preferably made of polystyrene.
- Fig. 7 shows a plan view of the edge after Fig. 6 , in which the hidden elements are indicated by dashed lines.
- the individual edge insulation elements 23 are joined together with the aid of a tongue and groove connection 50 and are located on the outside of the metal ring 26 or the metal wall 26.
- Fig. 8 shows the detail in the foot area, ie in the lower area of the metal ring 26. It can be clearly seen that the lower (long) edge of the metal ring 26 protrudes into the receiving groove of a foot rail 27.
- the metal ring 26 is supported on the stabilization layer 32 via a foot rail 27. It can be clearly seen that the edge insulation layer 22 is folded out in the foot area, in particular in the area of the foot rail 27.
- FIG 9b Another variant of the invention of the swimming pool 10 'is shown in plan view.
- the design of the swimming pool 10, 10 ' is extremely variable; such a swimming pool 10 can usually be round in plan view, but also angular or, as in FIG Figure 9b shown to be oval.
- the round design of the swimming pool 10 leads to a uniform water pressure on the support wall 21, which is supported on the ground 40 via the edge insulation layer 22, the support layer 25.
- the very simple structure of the swimming pool 10 according to the invention is a considerable advantage, since the forces of the water pressure are radially evenly transferred to the ground via the wall construction.
- the wall construction of round swimming pools is evenly loaded.
- edge 20 has an edge support structure 90 which consists of at least one pair of interconnected support bars 91a, 91a ', 91b, 91b', which on the Edge 20 of the swimming pool 10, 10 ', are arranged opposite one another.
- the arrangement is chosen so that the space R is delimited from the inside to the outside by the film 60 (one-piece or tightly welded from several parts).
- the film 60 then rests on the support wall 21, which is further outward from the edge insulating layer 22 opposite the, in Figure 9b soil 40, not shown, is supported via the support layer 25.
- the edge support structure 90 is provided in the straight, central region 15. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the edge support structure 90 is located at the transition area from the straight, central area 15 to the round area. At least one edge insulating element 23a, 23b is provided in the round areas. In the straight areas 15, essentially straight edge insulating elements 23c and 23d are arranged.
- the support bars 91a, 91a ', 91b, 91b' are designed as double-T-beams and allow the edge insulating elements 23a, 23b, 23c and 23d to protrude into them. This is for example in the enlarged detail below Figure 9c shown.
- the arrangement is chosen so that the support wall 21 rests on the inside of the respective support spars 91a, 91a ', 91b, 91b' facing the room R and thus transfers the water pressure to the support spars 91a, 91a ', 91b, 91b' .
- Two pairs of support bars 91a, 91a 'and 91b, 91b' are each connected to one another by a connecting strut 92a, 92b and lead to a self-supporting structure.
- FIG 9a the section for this is shown.
- the connecting strut 92b rests on the foundation 30, in particular the stabilization layer 32, formed from the individual stabilization elements 33.
- the height of the support struts 91a, 91a 'and 91b, 91b' corresponds to the height of the swimming pool 10, but without defining the invention thereon. Since a swimming pool is usually not completely filled, it may be sufficient to choose the height of the support beams 91a, 91a 'and 91b, 91b' lower, corresponding to the usual water level, since ultimately a corresponding load bearing is only necessary in this area.
- the height of the support struts 91a, 91a 'and 91b, 91b' can be between 50 and 80%, preferably approximately between 60 and 65% of the depth of the swimming pool (calculated from the upper edge to the base plate).

Description
The invention relates to a swimming pool, in particular a swimming pool that can be at least partially in the ground, and a support set for a bathing pool or a swimming pool.
Swimming pools of this type are usually provided with a concrete foundation that supports it against the ground. Depending on whether the swimming pool is to be set up at ground level or set into the ground, a foundation that is either at ground level or lowered into the ground is required. This in turn requires special equipment, such as a concrete mixer to prepare the concrete, which under certain circumstances cannot be brought close enough to the later installation location of the swimming pool in confined spaces. As a result, longer distances have to be accepted in order to lay the foundation for such a swimming pool. Due to the setting time of the concrete, rapid work is also required, which usually requires several people to work. After all, it took a few days for the freshly laid foundation to reach a strength that would allow the swimming pool to be set up.
All in all, the production of a concrete foundation is time-consuming and costly, and the concrete itself is also expensive. It is the object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to facilitate the installation of a swimming pool.
This object is achieved by a swimming pool with the features of claim 1, in particular a swimming pool that can be at least partially in the ground, with a circumferential edge which comprises a supporting wall, and a foundation which closes this circumferential edge at the bottom and which is made of bulk material such as gravel, Comprises split and / or sand existing leveling layer for leveling a soil that can be provided below the foundation, as well as a stabilizing layer extending over it, which consists of individual, interconnectable, in particular pluggable and / or glued stabilizing elements.
An essential point of this swimming pool is that it completely dispenses with a concrete foundation, which is usually provided, and can therefore be set up much easier, faster and more cost-effectively. At the same time, such a swimming pool can be used very flexibly, since it can be set up both at ground level and at least partially housed in the ground. It doesn’t miss the normally expected and necessary stability of well-known swimming pools. In addition, additional units, inflows and outflows as well as lighting devices can be attached to this swimming pool much more easily than would be possible with a conventional swimming pool with a corresponding concrete casing. Since the setting or hardening time of the concrete is no longer relevant, the swimming pool can be set up much faster.
The proposal according to the invention combines the rapid and rapid construction of such a swimming pool with the easy handling of the individual elements required for this purpose, which can be easily transported by one person and easily assembled by one person can be. It is an essential advantage of the invention that such swimming pools of the usual size according to the invention are usually created by one person within one working day.
It is also provided according to the invention that the circumferential edge comprises an edge insulation layer, which consists of individual edge insulation elements that can be connected to one another, in particular that can be plugged together and / or glued together, and that the edge insulation layer is provided on the outside of the supporting wall.
The same advantages described above also apply to a swimming pool designed in this way, which can optionally also be placed on a concrete slab; this proposal according to the invention already considerably accelerates the design of the edge or the edge of the pool, regardless of how the foundation is designed!
According to the invention, a leveling layer is cleverly provided on the foundation, which consists of bulk material such as gravel, grit and / or sand. The same material can, however, be used as a support layer in the area of the edge, which considerably simplifies the picking of this material held in bags. The leveling layer has the task of simply pulling off the bulk material heap on the ground to achieve a smooth, level surface and thereby compensating for any inaccuracies in the excavated soil; the leveling layer also has the task of distributing the load of the swimming pool evenly into the ground transfer.
The support layer in the area of the edge also has a similar task. There it is a matter of skillfully absorbing the force of the soil surrounding the swimming pool and diverting it around the swimming pool.
Preferred embodiments of the swimming pool are specified in the subclaims. According to the invention, it is provided that the foundation further comprises a foundation insulation layer which consists of individual foundation insulation elements which can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged into one another and / or glued together. On the one hand, this enables thermal insulation against the ground, which initially significantly reduces the heating costs of a swimming pool. In addition, the foundation insulation elements can be made of a correspondingly elastic or soft material so that any unevenness, for example in the leveling layer, can be cushioned without this having a direct effect on the stabilizing layer. Since the foundation insulation layer can be built up from individual foundation insulation elements, the production of the foundation insulation layer requires only a few personnel and can, if necessary, be carried out by just one person. The individual foundation insulation elements can also be easily transported, stored and finally connected to one another, so that their overall simple and inexpensive handling is possible.
Furthermore, it is provided according to the invention that between the foundation insulation layer and the leveling layer no further rigid or monolithic base layer, e.g. B. a concrete slab or the like is provided. Not only does this proposal make the construction of a swimming pool much easier, it also makes dismantling much easier.
In a preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that the foundation insulation layer extends below the stabilization layer and consists of a softer material than the stabilization layer. In addition to the leveling layer against the ground, another layer is available in order to achieve a corresponding leveling and alignment of the swimming pool. Because the softer material of the foundation insulation layer absorbs potential unevenness of the leveling layer and also ensures that the stabilization layer is not damaged. In addition, when the swimming pool is filled, there is better load dissipation due to a particularly good adaptation of the foundation to the subsurface, which leads to significantly better stabilization and, as a result, durability of the swimming pool.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that the foundation insulation layer is designed as a leveling layer.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool, it is provided that the compensating layer consists of a plurality of compensating elements that interact, in particular can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged into one another and / or glued together. The compensating layer can thus also be produced in a particularly simple and flexible manner and, if necessary, can be laid by a single person. At the same time, the individual compensation elements can be easily transported, stored and handled, since they can be connected to one another in a simple and stable manner.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool, it is provided that the foundation further comprises a fleece layer which extends below the foundation insulation layer and / or above the leveling layer. In this way, in particular, the potential damage or even destruction of a foundation insulation layer and / or the stabilization layer, which come to rest on a potentially uneven leveling layer, is avoided. This also makes the construction of the swimming pool much easier, since any mistakes when removing and placing a leveling layer of gravel and / or sand in the water have practically no consequences. Larger grains and / or stones are thus initially pressed into the fleece layer, so that their effect on the foundation insulation layer and / or the stabilization layer of the foundation is dampened.
According to the invention it is provided that the support wall is designed as a large-area metal ring or sheet metal strip (as a separate, separate component). This ensures stable support of the swimming pool against the ground as well as its reliable shape retention. A correspondingly large metal ring or sheet metal strip can form the entire surface area of the swimming pool. However, this can also consist of several individual rings (vertically) arranged one above the other.
The inventive arrangement of the edge insulation layer on the outside of the support wall, a lateral thermal insulation of the edge is possible, which significantly reduces the heating costs of the swimming pool. At the same time, both support and protection of the supporting wall against the surrounding soil are created, which is also easy to transport, is storable and manageable. Their supporting effect is provided by the edge insulation layer, which can be 8 cm, 10 cm or 15 cm thick, for example. At the same time, a particularly simple and quick assembly of the swimming pool is guaranteed.
The prescribed edge insulation layer or the edge insulation element also has formwork tasks, it can also be referred to as edge insulation formwork element, as it serves to introduce or dissipate the force of the water pressure into the ground and fulfills a force transmission task between the supporting wall and the supporting layer made of bulk material.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that the edge insulation layer is tensioned via at least one circumferential tension band. This ensures, on the one hand, that the edge insulation elements are connected to one another and thus their better stabilization against the supporting wall; on the other hand, the surrounding edge of the swimming pool is more stable overall against the surrounding soil.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that the circumferential edge comprises a support layer, in particular a gravel and / or sand layer, for leveling out a surrounding soil and the support layer is provided on the outside of the support wall. This enables significantly better support and thus stabilization of the edge, especially when the swimming pool is full.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that the space formed by the circumferential edge or the inside of the supporting wall and the foundation or the top of the stabilizing layer is lined with a waterproof film. This allows in particular a simple sealing of the swimming pool without further, additional sealing elements, in particular between its peripheral edge and its foundation. At the same time, such a film represents a particularly inexpensive and easy-to-install seal for a swimming pool.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that the foundation is flush with the circumferential edge in order to prevent the foundation from settling against the edge through loading with the support layer or during the later use of the swimming pool. In this way, in particular, its tightness is guaranteed, which cannot be impaired by any potential displacement between the circumferential edge and the foundation.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool it is provided that at least one profile rail is provided to which an upper end of the waterproof film can be fastened. This creates a prefabricated, defined mounting surface for the film, which makes it much easier to attach it. It is preferred here that the profile rail comprises a clamping element in which the upper end of the waterproof film can be clamped. This provides a particularly simple fastening of the film, which significantly accelerates its application. It is also preferred that the profile rail has an H-shaped cross-section and the upper end of the waterproof film has a reinforcement. This creates a stable closure of the film with an additional and good clamping effect in the cross-section of the profile rail. The film can have an upper extension piece or a piping that has a wedge-shaped or hook-shaped cross-sectional profile. A particularly good fit of the film in the profile rail is ensured if its H-shaped cross section has an undercut to hold the reinforcement of the upper end of the waterproof film. Storing the film in the undercut ensures that it is stable and, in particular, prevents the film from slipping out afterwards. It is preferably also provided that the at least one profile rail has at least one fastening element protruding therefrom for insertion into a receptacle on the upper edge of the support wall and / or the edge insulating layer. This means that the profile rail can also be attached particularly easily and quickly, which results in a reduction in the construction time for the swimming pool. The fastening element and the receptacle preferably form a tongue and groove connection, in particular a clip connection. This enables the profile rail to be fastened in a particularly stable and long-term manner.
The above-mentioned object is also achieved by a support set according to the features of claim 8. The support set for a bathing pool or swimming pool, comprising individual stabilizing elements that can be connected to one another to form a stabilization layer, in particular plug-in and / or bondable stabilization elements, and several individual foundation insulation elements that can be connected to one another to form a foundation insulation layer, in particular foundation insulation elements that can be plugged together and / or glued together the stabilization layer, The foundation insulation layer consists of a softer material than the stabilization layer and extends below the stabilization layer in the installed state of the support set and / or in the installed state of the support set one more to level out a surrounding soil and to form the stabilization layer and the intended Foundation insulation layer, consisting of compensation material, preferably provided as bagged goods, in particular bulk material such as grit, gravel and / or sand. Furthermore, according to the invention, a large metal ring or sheet metal strip forming a supporting wall and several edge insulating elements which can be assembled to form an edge insulating layer, can be connected to one another, in particular can be plugged together and / or glued to one another, the edge insulating layer is provided on the outside of the supporting wall, whereby a support and the retaining wall is protected against the surrounding soil.
An essential point of the support set is that it can be packaged in a very space-saving manner, easily transported, stored and assembled. Such a support set completely replaces a concrete foundation of the same stability and is nevertheless much easier to handle and, above all, much cheaper. The support set can be purchased, for example, in hardware stores or building material stores, and thanks to its space-saving division of the stabilization layer into individual stabilization elements, it can be loaded into a commonly available car and brought to its installation site. Nothing else applies to the compensation material, which can also be purchased, loaded and transported accordingly. The support set proposed according to the invention thus describes a system consisting of the individual elements described above, which offers advantages in their systemic interaction.
The specialty of this aspect of the invention lies in the fact that it has been recognized that all components for a functioning foundation can be sold through retailers and that a foundation that is completely sufficient for the construction of a pool or swimming pool can be created with these elements. An essential part of the support set is the use of a stabilization layer that is made of relatively hard, but nevertheless transportable and therefore lightweight stabilizing elements. As already stated, the invention deliberately dispenses with the arrangement of a monolithic or one-piece rigid base layer, such as a concrete slab, since a foundation that is completely sufficient for these purposes is available in a simple and therefore more cost-effective variant according to the invention. In a first variant of the support set according to the invention, the laying of the stabilizing elements, as described, is therefore provided on a leveling layer, which in turn can also be sold, for example, as bagged goods. In a second variant of the invention, the support set comprises the stabilizing elements also a large number of foundation elements which can be connected to form a foundation insulation layer and which in turn also consist of light and therefore easily transportable elements. This structure is then also placed on the compensation layer. Another advantageous aspect of the invention is that the prescribed support set can also be used to form an (additional) foundation on a concrete slab. This aspect in no way contradicts the avoidance of a concrete slab described at the beginning, the aspect emphasizes the high flexibility of the subject matter of the invention at this point, since an existing concrete slab does not have to be removed when using the support set, which has considerable advantages in terms of costs offers!
Preferred embodiments of the support set are specified in the subclaims. According to the invention, it is provided that this further comprises individual foundation insulation elements that can be connected to one another to form a foundation insulation layer, in particular that can be plugged into one another and / or glued together, for supporting the stabilization layer. This not only enables thermal insulation against the ground, but also protection of the stabilization layer against potential unevenness of the lined leveling material. The same applies to the individual foundation insulation elements as to the individual stabilization elements, which can also be packaged in a space-saving manner, easily transported and stored and particularly easy - if necessary by just one person - can be installed at the pool's installation site.
In a preferred embodiment of the support set, it is also provided that it comprises a fleece layer to protect the foundation insulation layer. In this way, in particular, damage or even destruction of the foundation insulation layer due to potential unevenness of the leveling layer is excluded, in particular for example due to pointed stones protruding beyond its surface, the effect of which on the foundation insulation layer is attenuated by the fleece layer. This applies in particular to a particularly soft or elastic foundation insulation layer, which although it has a balancing and thus stabilizing as well as insulating effect, but which is also easily damaged. In principle, the fleece layer can of course also be used to protect the stabilization layer, for example from larger grains and / or stones.
Preferred embodiments of the support set or the swimming pool are specified in the further subclaims.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or the support set, it is then provided that the stabilizing elements consist at least partially of a plastic or PVC material in order to be light enough for transport and storage as well as for adequate stabilization of the swimming pool or support set must have the required rigidity.
The stabilizing elements are cleverly made of vinyl or other plastic and form a very smooth surface facing the room, as the quality of this surface then also defines the processing quality of the entire swimming pool. The individual stabilizing elements can be skilfully connected to one another by means of corresponding tongue and groove connections, in order to produce a homogeneous, smooth, tidy, warp-free surface.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is also provided that the edge and / or foundation insulation elements or the compensation elements are at least partially made of plastic, in particular foamed or bleached plastic, in particular expanded or extruded polystyrene. As a result, the foundation insulation elements have a particularly high thermal insulation capacity and can also be easily and inexpensively produced in a wide variety of shapes, so that these foundation insulation elements can be adapted to a wide variety of shapes and locations of a swimming pool, and also convey an appealing overall impression.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is provided that the stabilizing and / or edge and / or foundation insulation elements can be connected to one another via a tongue and groove connection. This creates a respective layer that is particularly simple and easy to build up and also has good durability. In particular with a given tongue and groove connection, there are no shoulders or joints that could affect the overall impression of potentially exposed edge insulation elements.
According to the invention, it is provided that the swimming pool or support set comprises a leveling layer made of bulk material such as gravel or sand, which is intended to form a support layer to support a supporting wall of the bathing pool or the swimming pool. The bulk goods can also be transported, stored and, in particular, installed in a space-saving manner, and can easily be purchased in building supplies stores. In comparison to a concrete edge of a swimming pool, such a support layer can also be produced particularly easily and quickly, preferably by just one person.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is provided that the bulk material for the support layer or leveling layer is provided as bagged goods. This can in particular be offered in different packaging sizes, so that any size of a future swimming pool can be realized with exactly the amount of bulk material required for it, without remaining stocks. A bulk material packaged as bagged goods is also particularly easy to transport, store and move, and is easy to install.
The support set described above should preferably be used to seal a swimming pool floor, since it allows simple sealing without further sealing elements if the individual stabilization elements of the support set have been made into an overall watertight stabilization layer.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is provided that profile elements are provided for at least partially encompassing and / or mutual coupling of edge areas of individual edge insulation elements.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is provided that the aforementioned profile elements and the edge insulating elements are dimensioned and coordinated in such a way that the profile elements form an edge-free closure on the edge insulating elements.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is provided that the profile elements have a U- or H-shaped cross section.
As a result, on the one hand, a stable closure of free edge areas of individual edge insulation elements or their reliable mutual coupling is ensured. Both cross-sections can also be picked up without edges through the corresponding adaptation of the edge areas of the edge insulation elements, which only requires material removal in the edge areas of the edge insulation elements appropriate to the thickness of the U- or H-shaped cross-section.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is also provided that the profile elements are designed as elongated profile rails. This allows large sections of the edge insulation elements to be overlapped and thus to produce a particularly high coupling stability. A corresponding support set also requires the packaging of significantly fewer individual parts.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is also provided that the profile elements are made of a plastic or an aluminum material. Both materials are therefore not subject to any corrosion and are rather lightweight compared to comparable materials, so that both their processing when setting up a swimming pool and their packaging and transport in a support set are particularly easy.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is also provided that the profile elements have prefabricated breaking edges for modifying their cross-section. This can be of advantage, for example, when corner areas of a swimming pool are to be encased with edge insulation elements that allow a grip or engagement of the profile elements in an angular position of the edge insulating elements to one another, which is difficult to achieve due to the present cross-section of profile elements. For example, an H-shaped cross-section of the profile elements in a corner area could be converted into an H-shaped cross-section or a T-shaped cross-section, depending on the requirements, which by engaging or reaching around edge areas at angled edge insulation elements in corner areas of a swimming pool ensures their coupling.
In a further preferred embodiment of the swimming pool or support set, it is finally provided that this comprises at least one plate-shaped edge insulating element, so that not only round swimming pools but also any type of angular swimming pool can be designed.
The support set described above should preferably be used to build a bathing pool or swimming pool that is round or polygonal when viewed from above, which significantly increases the flexible design of a swimming pool built with it and significantly improves its adaptability to a wide variety of spatial conditions.
In a preferred embodiment of the proposal, it is provided that the thickness of the foundation insulating element and the thickness of the stabilizing element form a quotient in the range from 10 to 100, preferably from 15 to 50, particularly preferably from 20 to 45.
An interval is specified for the thickness quotient, which is described by an upper and lower limit. For example, the following values are provided as the upper limit: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, 90, 100. The following values, for example, apply as the lower limit: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. The disclosure of this application encompasses the set of all the intervals formed by all possible combinations of the aforementioned upper and lower limits.
In this advantageous embodiment, it was found that an extremely thin stabilization layer, implemented by a correspondingly thin stabilization element, in relation to the thickness of the foundation insulation layer (implemented by the foundation insulation elements) results in surprisingly good, if not very good properties in terms of stability and usability for the stated purpose, namely for a swimming pool or pool, results. In all of the above-mentioned intervals, very good material pairings are found for the design of the stabilization layer and for the design of the foundation insulation layer.
Furthermore, it is provided that the edge insulation element or the foundation insulation element have a thickness of 30 mm to 120 mm, preferably 40 to 100 mm, particularly preferably 45 to 85 mm and a density of 15 to 50 kg / m 3 , preferably 25 to 45 kg / m 3 .
An interval is specified for the thickness, which is described by an upper and lower limit. For example, the following values are provided as the upper limit: 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm, 65 mm, 70 mm, 75 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm, 100 mm, 110 mm, 120 mm. The following values, for example, apply as the lower limit: 10 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, 60 mm. The disclosure of this application encompasses the set of all intervals which are made up of all possible, technically meaningful combinations of the aforementioned upper and lower limits.
An interval is specified for the spatial density, which is described by an upper and lower limit. For example, the following values are provided as the upper limit: 30 kg / m 3 , 35 kg / m 3 , 40 kg / m 3 , 45 kg / m 3 , 50 kg / m 3 , 55 kg / m 3 , 60 kg /
There is a wide range to choose from for both the edge insulation elements and the foundation insulation elements. In particular, it has been found that the foundation insulation layer can be created from relatively very light material (for example extruded or expanded polystyrene), which reduces costs. In this context, one speaks in particular of volume densities of up to 30 kg / m 3 . At the same time, in particular, the foundation insulation layer can also be selected to be relatively thin, in this case one speaks of thicknesses of up to 50 or 55 mm, the result is still sufficient mechanical stability, durability and cost-effective design.

These can also be additionally glued to one another or, alternatively, only to be glued to one another.
The
The advantages of the installation method for the
In the production of the
Of course, the
Overall, a

The
Furthermore, it is provided that the outside of the
