Fig. 1 zeigt eine quergeschnittene Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Schwimmbeckens bzw. Badepools 10, das wenigstens teilweise im Erdreich 40 eingelassen ist. Dabei wird zunächst eine Grube ausgehoben, deren Grund mit einer Ausgleichsschicht 31, insbesondere aus Schüttgut wie Split, Kies (insbesondere kleiner Sortierung bis maximal 5, 10, 15 oder 20 mm Durchmesser) und/oder Sand aufgefüllt wird.
