Claims (14)

  1. Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung besitzt, die eine Riegelaussparung enthält (1), grundsätzlich aus Kunststoff gefertigt, vertieft im Fensterrahmen (2), die mindestens eine Riegelnische (13) aufweist, geformt von der äußeren Seite, in der sich, in geschlossener Stellung, der Riegel (6) des Fenstergriffs befindet, der drehbar im Fensterflügel befestigt ist, wobei die Riegelaussparung (1) durch das Stützelement (3, 3', 3") verstärkt wird, das in der im Fensterrahmen (2) ausgeführten Vertiefung eingesetzt und befestigt ist sowie die Riegelaussparung (1) in Bezug auf das Stützelement (3, 3', 3") unbeweglich eingesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3, 3', 3") mindestens ein Verbindungselement (4) aufweist, das den Befestigungspunkt, aufgestellt in der Rotationsachse, die durch den Befestigungspunkt des Stützelementes (3, 3', 3") geht, definiert.
  2. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 1 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3, 3') und die Riegelaussparung (1, 1', 1") eine Baugruppe von Elementen bilden, welche die Möglichkeit einer erzwungenen gemeinsamen Drehung in Bezug auf den Fensterrahmen (2) in Richtung des Herausschiebens aus der Vertiefung (21) haben, und zwar nach dem Anlegen einer bestimmten Kraft oder des Kraftmoments.
  3. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Befestigungspunkt an der Kontaktstelle der Grundplatte (32) des Stützelements (3) und des Verbindungselements (4) in der Vertiefung (21) des Fensterrahmens (2) befindet.
  4. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 2 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3, 3', 3") drehbar in der Aussparung (22), die in der Vertiefung (21) des Fensterrahmens (2) angeordnet wird, eingesetzt ist.
  5. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelaussparung (1, 1', 1") auf der vertieften Seite im Fensterrahmen (2) eine Innennische (15) aufweist, die zur Riegelnische (13, 13') benachbart und von ihr durch eine Wand getrennt ist, die eine dem Riegel zugewandte Oberfläche besitzt (11, 11'), und auf die sich der Riegel (6, 6', 6") in geschlossener Stellung des Fenstergriffs stützt, das Stützelement (3, 3") weist die Grundplatte (32) sowie einen Anguss (33) auf, der in die Innennische (15) der Riegelaussparung (1, 1', 1") einrastet.
  6. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 2 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Punkt, der die Rotationsachse des Stützelements (3, 3', 3") in Bezug auf den Fensterrahmen (2) bestimmt, in Bezug auf die dem Riegel zugewandte Oberfläche (11, 11') oder auf den Querhaken (17") in Richtung nach außerhalb des Flügels und grundsätzlich in die Öffnungsrichtung des Flügels hinsichtlich des Fensterrahmens (2) verschoben ist, ihre gegenseitige Stellung wird durch den Winkel α bzgl. der Ebene des Fensterflügels und der Länge des Rahmens l des so definierten Rotationssystems bestimmt.
  7. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 6 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α größer oder gleich Null ist.
  8. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ebene der Rotation des Stützelementes (3, 3', 3") grundsätzlich durch den Riegel (6, 6', 6") des Fenstergriffs in geschlossener Stellung und den Befestigungspunkt des Stützelementes (3, 3', 3") geht.
  9. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche von 1 bis 8 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baustelle der Elemente, die aus dem Stützelement (3, 3', 3") und der Riegelaussparung (1, 1', 1") besteht, Haken (16) besitzt, die in die Vertiefung (21) im Fensterrahmen (2) eingesetzt werden, und so das Herausschieben der Riegelaussparung (1, 1', 1") aus der Vertiefung (21) nach dem Anlegen einer bestimmten Kraft oder eines Kraftmoments ermöglichen.
  10. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche von 1 bis 8 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baustelle der Elemente, die aus dem Stützelement (3, 3', 3") und der Riegelaussparung (1, 1', 1") besteht, in der Vertiefung (21) im Fensterrahmen (2) mit Hilfe der Schraube (7) befestigt ist, die das Zerreißen der Befestigung nach dem Anlegen einer bestimmten Kraft oder eines Kraftmoments ermöglicht.
  11. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (6, 6') des Fenstergriffs einen Anguss (61, 61') sowie die Riegelaussparung (1, 1') eine Vertiefung (12) aufweisen, die zum elastischen Einsetzen des Angusses (61, 61') in geschlossener Stellung des Fenstergriffes dient.
  12. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 11 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3) eine Nische (31) aufweist, die direkt hinter der Vertiefung (12) in der Riegelaussparung (1) angeordnet ist.
  13. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach Anspruch 2 und 11 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3') ein Außenelement der Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung ist und außerhalb der Riegelaussparung (1') aufgesetzt ist sowie einen Queranguss (33') aufweist, der teilweise in die Öffnung der Riegelnische (13') an der Seite der dem Riegel zugewandten Oberfläche (11') auf eine Entfernung eingeht, die vorzugsweise der Höhe des Angusses (61') im Riegel (6') des Fenstergriffs gleich ist.
  14. Der Dachfensterrahmen, der eine Baugruppe der Riegelaussparung nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 8 besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Querhaken (17") aufweist, unbeweglich montiert in der Hakennische (18") der Riegelaussparung (1"), und der Fenstergriff weist einen Haken (8") auf, der drehbar mit dem Riegel (6") befestigt ist und in geschlossener Stellung des Fenstergriffes in den Querhaken (17") einhakt.
