Claims (4)
- Behälter (1), der bestimmt ist, ein flüssiges oder pastöses Produkt (2) zu beinhalten, kombiniert mit einem Entnahme- und Ausgabesystem (3) ohne Lufteinlass, wobei der Behälter (1) starr ist und einen Beutel (4) aufweist, der das auszugebende Produkt (2) einschließt, und der mit dem Entnahmesystem (3) kombiniert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel (4) halbstarr, halbelastisch und einstückig ist, bei einem selben Formungsvorgang durch Einspritzen eines Kunststoffmaterials unabhängig vom starren Behälter (1) erhalten wird und ein allgemein zylindrisches Reservoir (6) darstellt, das in seinem oberen Teil eine breite Öffnung mit einem Durchmesser aufweist, der dem seines Innendurchmessers entspricht, wobei sich der Beutel in vier Zonen unterteilt, die gebildet sind:- von einer oberen starren Seitenwand (9), deren freier oberer Endumfangsrand (10) dicht mit dem Hals (11) des Behälters (1) oder der Kante (12) einer optionalen starren Wanne (13) zusammenwirkt, und einem entsprechenden Kragen (14) eines Deckels (15) des zugeordneten Abgabesystems (3) und deren unterer Endumfangsrand der Zone (9) eine starre Wulst (16) darstellt, welche die Verbindung sichert mit- einer unteren elastischen und verformbaren Seitenwand (17) mit einem Innendurchmesser, der dem der oberen starren Seitenwand entspricht und deren Konzentrizität von der starren Wulst (16) gesichert ist, um sich axial ab dieser zu erstrecken in Richtung- einer Hohlkehle oder einer Schräge, die eine Verbindungs- und Anlenkzone (19) zwischen der unteren elastischen Seitenwand bildet und- einem starren Boden (18) mit einem Durchmesser (d), der kleiner als der Durchmesser (D) des derart gebildeten Reservoirs (6) ist, wobei der Boden (18), wenn er von dem Entnahmesystem (3) einem Unterdruckbefehl (F) ausgesetzt wird und wie ein Kolben nach oben gerufen wird, wodurch die Verbindungs- und Anlenkzone (19) sowie die elastische Wand (17) um sich selbst gewendet werden.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere starre Seitenwand (9) des zylindrischen Reservoirs (6) etwa die Hälfte (h1) der Höhe (H) derselben bedeckt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere elastische Seitenwand (17) des zylindrischen Reservoirs (6) etwa die Hälfte (h2) der Höhe (H) desselben bedeckt und sich durch die Hohlkehle oder Schräge (19) und durch eine zum starren Boden (18) horizontale konzentrische Ebene (20) verlängert.
- Behälter nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Formen dieses elastischen Beutels (4) durch Einspritzen verwendeten Materialien Materialen mit sehr hoher Fluidität und sehr geringem Rigiditätsmodul vom Typ PEBD, EVA oder TPE sind.
