Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a multilayer fibrous web, in particular a paper or board web, comprising at least a first and a second fibrous layer.
- the invention further relates to an apparatus for producing a multilayer fibrous web, in particular a paper or board web, comprising at least a first and a second fibrous layer.
- Methods and devices for producing a multilayer fibrous web, in particular of paper or board webs are known from the prior art in various embodiments.
- several layers of partially different fibrous materials are formed separately, in particular in paperboard production, and then pressed or vergautscht gradually.
- a disadvantage of the known methods and devices is that in conventional sheet formation, the fiber orientation is primarily in the x / y direction (two-dimensional) and only very slightly in the z-direction, i. oriented in height. As a result, however, no or only low strength of the multilayer fibrous webs formed in the z-direction can be achieved.
- the multilayer paper or board webs produced by the known methods and devices always have a high density at a relatively low volume.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for producing a multi-layer fibrous web, in particular a paper or Paperboard web, which allows the cost-effective production of a multilayer fibrous web with improved strength in the z-direction and with an increased volume while reducing the density.
- a method for producing a multilayer fibrous web comprises at least the following steps: applying a first fibrous suspension to a first permeable or non-permeable conveyor belt to form a first fibrous web layer; Fiberizing and / or singulating the first pulp layer at a moisture content of between 95 and 40% by weight to individual fibers and / or fiber groups; Forming a porous pulp layer by means of the individual fibers and / or fiber groups of the first pulp layer and Vergautschen the porous pulp layer with the second pulp layer to form the multilayer fibrous web.
- the fibers and / or fiber groups thus isolated can form a very loose and porous fibrous material layer.
- Such a fibrous layer with a highly porous structure can not be formed in the usual and known wet Faserstofflagen- or sheet formation.
- a porous fibrous material layer is formed in which the fibers and / or fiber groups are reoriented, so that a strong orientation component of the fibers in the z direction is also provided.
- the first pulp suspension has a moisture content between 99.9 and 96.0 wt .-% in a corresponding, the first conveyor belt associated headbox.
- the second fibrous layer is produced by applying a second fibrous suspension having a moisture content in a further, the second conveyor belt associated headbox between 99.8 and 96.0 wt .-% to a second permeable or non-permeable conveyor belt. Said moisture content has proven to be particularly advantageous for the production of the first and second pulp layer.
- the pulp suspension contains pulps based on cellulose. In particular, these may be mechanically or chemically disrupted pulps, in particular wood pulps and / or pulps. Furthermore, the pulp suspensions recycled fibers from waste paper or old cardboard can be added. Also, a certain proportion of artificial, in particular plastic fibers and / or mineral fibers may optionally be added to the pulp suspensions.
- the individual fibers and / or fiber groups of the shredded and singulated first fiber layer are applied to a third permeable or non-permeable conveyor belt for forming the porous fibrous layer prior to covering with the at least one further fiber layer.
- the porous pulp layer can be formed as a single layer or as a single sheet.
- the individual fibers and / or fiber groups of the fiberized and singulated first fiber layer can be applied directly to the latter for forming the porous fibrous material layer before being covered with the second fiber material layer.
- the method comprises a further step of applying at least one further, third pulp suspension having a moisture content in another headbox between 99.8 and 96.0 wt.%
- the method according to the invention can be varied.
- the porous pulp layer can be applied directly to a conventionally formed pulp layer.
- the porous fiber layer is formed completely separate from the other pulp layers as a single layer. This advantageously results in a multiplicity of possible uses for the porous fibrous material layer produced according to the invention.
- the second fibrous layer or the third fibrous layer is formed as a top or backsheet of the multi-layer fibrous web.
- a multilayer fibrous web produced by the method according to the invention is characterized inter alia by the fact that the formation of the porous fibrous material layer results in a good and uniform bedding of the cover layer. In comparison, for example, the bedding of the cover layer on a shaft in a corrugated board is relatively poor and uneven.
- the speed of the second permeable or non-permeable conveyor belt or the third permeable or non-permeable conveyor belt is equal to or not equal to the speed of the first permeable or non-permeable conveyor belt.
- the aforementioned conveyor belts may be at least partially formed as felts or screens.
- additives such as binders, retention aids, fillers, dyes, bleach, wet strength and / or other additives used in paper and board making used adjuvants
- Suitable fillers are usually minerals, such as kaolin, talc or calcium carbonate.
- starch can be added to the fiber layers or to the resulting fiber web by means of a size press or a starch bath.

Abstract
