The invention further relates to a device for producing containers, the device having the following features:
  • a perforation device for creating perforation lines on a material web, wherein the perforation lines can be created substantially transversely to the transport direction of the material web,
  • a hose forming device for forming a hose from the material web,
  • a separating device for separating individual tube sections and / or material sections of tube sections on the perforation lines and
  • bottom folding means for forming a bottom at one end of the tube section.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing said containers.

From the DE 10 2008 017 726 It is known to produce paper bags of the above type, wherein the bag has a front part, a back and a bottom which is closed. There is an opening on the opposite side of the floor so that items can be put into the bag through the opening. Disadvantageously, it has been shown that the edge of the opening can be sharp-edged in some applications, so that the user of paper bags can cut, for example, with his hand on said edge.

Furthermore, in the GB 1 352 504 discloses a container according to the preamble of claim 1.

The object of the present invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned above, in particular to provide a container and a device for producing these containers, wherein the user of these containers can not cut at the edge of the container opening as possible with his hand.

The object of the present invention is achieved by a container having all the features of claim 1. In the dependent claims preferred embodiments are listed.

According to the invention, a container, in particular a flexible bag made of paper is proposed, a front part, a rear part and a bottom, which is closed by a bottom unit, and an opening facing the bottom, wherein the bottom unit has a bottom portion of the front part and a bottom portion of the back part, wherein the bottom portion of the rear part is shortened to the bottom portion of the front part, so that the bottom portion of the front part is fixed by folding the bottom unit along a fold line directly to the rear part, the opening is formed by a peripheral edge which at a height of the front part and of the back part and which is at least partially frayed, whereby the risk of injury is reduced at the edge. The peripheral edge has the same height on the front part and the rear part. The frayed edge is blunt for the user of such containers, without any risk of cutting the opening of the container. Advantageously, the container is made of paper and can be used in a variety of ways in the form of a flexible bag. The fiberized edge is designed according to the invention microscopically felt-like, whereby a relatively "soft" edge is formed.

Advantageously, the edge can be formed perforation-like, which means that, for example, a tear off this edge on the container. The tearing process may favor the frayed edge of the invention.

The container according to the invention is advantageously carried out with a folding bottom, wherein the bottom portion of the rear part is formed shortened to the bottom portion of the front part, so that the bottom portion of the front part by folding or folding the bottom unit along the fold line attached directly to the back, in particular glued. Advantageously, the bottom portion of the rear part and the bottom portion of the front part may have a frayed edge. From the point of view of the manufacturing process, it makes sense to use only one perforation device in order to create the frayed edge of the opening and to machine the bottom unit with its bottom sections with the same perforation device.

The container may be formed as a folding bottom bag, wherein the front part has an outer side and an inner side and the rear part has an outer side and an inner side, wherein the inside of the front part faces the inside of the rear part, wherein the bottom portion of the front part has an inner surface and an outer surface and the bottom portion of the rear portion has an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the inner surface of the bottom portion of the front portion is bonded to the outside of the rear portion.

In addition, it can be provided according to the invention that at least one side fold runs between the front part and the back part. The page folding can be one or more Have gussets. Advantageously, the side fold extends from the opening in the direction of the floor. One function of the side folding is that the cavity within the container can be reliably increased by pushing the front part and the back part away from each other. In the unused condition of the container, the front part and the back part can lie on one another, with the side folds lying between these two parts.

In a measure improving the invention, the edge of the opening may be at least partially formed by a front edge of the front part and a rear edge of the back part, wherein the front edge and the rear edge part lie at a height. The arrangement of the front edge of the edge and the back edge at a height favors that the user can grasp the container well at the edge of the opening and thus can satisfactorily transport the container with its contents. The front edge of the edge and the back edge are aligned with each other at a height, wherein both the front edge and the rear edge part are frayed according to the invention.

The invention includes that the front part and / or the rear part is at least partially made of a transparent material. The transparent material allows the user to at least partially view the cavity of the container.

It is also conceivable that a handle opening is formed on the front part and on the rear part, wherein the handle opening is punched out, for example. The handle opening may also be created by alternative mechanisms or procedures on the container. For example, the handle opening can be carried out by means of a laser on the container. The handle opening serves as a holding means for the user to reliably hold the container filled with content at the handle opening and to be able to transport. Advantageously, it can be provided that in the region of the handle opening the inside of the front part and the inside of the back part has a reinforcing strip. So that the handle opening is durable, the reinforcing strips effectively prevent premature rupture of the container at the handle opening, which z. B. can arise when too much weight is to be transported within the cavity of the container. The reinforced strips are advantageously arranged inside the container, so that they are suitable for the user is not visible. The geometry of the handle opening may be round, oval or designed as a C-hole opening.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the outer surface of the bottom portion of the front part can serve as an information body. Thus, a part of the ground unit may serve as an information area, which may have letters, symbols and / or numbers.

In addition, the object of the present invention is achieved by a device having all the features of claim 6. In the dependent claims 7 to 10 possible embodiments of the device are executed.

The device according to the invention is used for the production of containers, in particular flexible bags made of paper. The container according to the invention with a front part, a back, a bottom which is closed by a bottom unit, as well as an opening opposite to the bottom executed, which is bounded by a peripheral edge, wherein the edge by a front edge of the front part and a rear edge of the back part is formed. In addition, the device according to the invention comprises the following features:
  • a perforation device for creating perforation lines on a material web, wherein the perforation lines can be created substantially transversely to the transport direction of the material web,
  • a hose forming device for forming a hose from the material web,
  • at least one separating device for separating individual tube sections and / or material sections of tube sections at the perforation lines,
  • bottom folding means for forming a bottom at one end of the tube section.

According to the invention, the perforation device is designed in such a way that a first perforation line can be introduced to create the bottom and a second perforation line, which is spaced from the first perforation line, can be introduced to create the fiberized edge, whereby the front edge and the back edge lie at the same height.

An essential core of the invention is that the perforation device can create at least two perforation lines on the material web. For example, the perforation lines can be introduced into the material web via cutting elements, in particular cutting knives, wherein the perforation device according to the invention can apply two different contours of perforation lines on the material web. At this point, it should be mentioned that advantageously the perforation device does not sever the material web, but instead provides the material web with weakening cuts in the form of perforations, along which perforation lines the tube to be formed later tears into tube sections for separation. The perforation lines for later tearing of the material sections of hose sections are introduced into the perforation device in the web. For example, it may be provided in a possible embodiment of the invention that the perforation device is on a rotating axis, in particular roller, along which also the material web is guided. Another essential core of the invention is that the device according to the invention has a separating device for separating individual tube sections and individual material sections of tube sections, which is integrated in the device according to the invention. This means that one and the same device can perform at least two different separations of tube sections and material sections of the material web. Thus, the web can be processed so that both a container with a folding floor can be produced as well as a container with a "smooth" edge, in which the front edge of the edge and the back edge are at a height. In addition, the edge of the opening is frayed, so that a risk of injury to the user is reduced.

According to the invention, it can be provided that the separating device has a first and a second separating station, wherein in the first separating station individual tube sections can be separated along the first perforation line, and in the second separating station material sections of tube sections can be separated along the second perforation line. Here, the separator is used for one for singling the tube sections. This is advantageously realized by the first separation station, which separates or tears off the individual tube sections along the first perforation line. The second separation station removes material sections from the opposite side of the floor the respective tube sections to obtain a "smooth" edge at the mouth of the container. In this connection, it should be mentioned that in the separating device according to the invention, in addition, a device for removing the material sections can be integrated. This has the task to safely remove the separated material sections of the second separation station from the transport path of the tube sections or bags, so there is no inaccessibility in the container manufacturing. This device may include suction devices, forceps, needles or a combination of suction cups and forceps and needles.

According to the invention, it may be provided that the first separating station is arranged in front of the bottom folding device and the second separating station is arranged after the bottom folding device. This means that first individual tube sections are separated along the first perforation line in the first translation. After the bottom has been formed in the bottom folding device, the separation of the material sections from the respective tube sections along the second perforation line takes place in the downstream second separating station. Depending on the application, however, it may make sense to provide the first and the second separation station together in front of the bottom folding device, whereby the inventive device for producing containers can be made more compact.

In addition, it may be provided that a punching device is provided which simultaneously punches a handle opening into the front part and the rear part, wherein the punching device is integrated in the tube forming device or arranged downstream of the tube forming device. To reinforce the handle opening, it may be useful to attach reinforcing strips at defined locations of the web. Advantageously, these reinforcing strips are mounted in the region of the handle opening on the inside of the front part and on the inside of the rear part. The attachment of the reinforcing strips can be done by a device which is provided in front of the punching device. Advantageously, the reinforcing strip surrounds the handle opening. It is conceivable that the punching device when punching the handle opening at least partially punched out a part of the reinforcing strip.

The object of the present invention is also achieved by the method of claim 11. In this case, the method according to the invention comprises the following steps:
  1. A) creating perforation lines on a material web by means of a perforation device, wherein the perforation lines run essentially transversely to the transport direction of the material web,
  2. B) forming a hose from the material web through a hose forming device,
  3. C) separating individual tube sections and / or material sections of tube sections at the perforation lines by means of a separating device,
  4. D) forming a bottom at one end of the hose section,
wherein in step A) the perforating means forms a first perforation line for creating the floor and forms a second perforation line spaced from the first perforation line for creating a fiberized edge, the front edge and the back edge being at the same height.

In the dependent method claims 12-19 possible embodiments are given.

It is particularly advantageous that two different perforation lines with different contours are introduced into the material web in the perforation device. In addition, during the manufacturing process, a multiple perforation introduced into the material web, wherein the contour of the first perforation line differs significantly from the contour of the second perforation line. Via the second perforation line, a container is produced which has a frayed edge in the region of the opening, the front edge of the container and the rear edge of the container lying at a height. The advantages of such a container are already in terms of the independent claim 1 and of independent claim 6 has been described, so that at this point only the already said reference is made.

Advantageously, the first perforation line has at least two regions which are offset, spaced and parallel to each other. The two areas on the material web serve for the fact that a folding floor can be produced on the container, whereby a reliably closed floor unit is created. Via the first perforation line, a bottom unit having a bottom portion of the front part and a bottom portion of the rear part can be provided, with the bottom portion of the rear part shortened to the bottom portion of the front part, so that the bottom portion of the front part is fastened directly to the rear part by folding the bottom unit along a fold line can be. Advantageously, the front part may have an outer side and an inner side and the rear part may have an outer side and an inner side, the inner side of the front part facing the inner side of the rear part, the bottom section of the front part having an inner surface and an outer surface and the bottom section of the rear part having an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the inner surface of the bottom portion of the front part is glued to the rear part.

So that a "smooth" edge is created in the region of the opening of the container, the second perforation line is designed as a geometric straight line. Advantageously, the first region of the first perforation line may have a distance X from the adjacent second perforation line that is approximately in the range 1 mm ≦ X ≦ 17 mm, in particular approximately in the range 8 mm ≦ X ≦ 11 mm. Alternatively and / or additionally, the second region of the first perforation line can have a greater distance Y from the adjacent second perforation line than the distance X which exists between the first region of the first perforation line and the adjacent second perforation line. Here, the separating device is designed such that it can engage during the separation at the location of the material web, which lies between the first perforation line and the second perforation line. The separator may, for. B. include several pairs of rollers, wherein two pairs of rollers of the first separation station and two pairs of rollers are assigned to the second separation station. During the separation process, the speed of a pair of rollers may be at least temporarily different from the speed of its adjacent pair of rollers, whereby a tearing of the respective Hose section or the material portion of a hose section is feasible.

According to the invention, the abovementioned process steps A), B), C) and D) can be carried out sequentially. It is also conceivable that at least partially steps A), B), C) and D) overlap.

Furthermore, it is conceivable that the separating device has a first separating station and a second separating station, wherein in a step C1) in the first separating station individual tube sections are separated along the first perforation line, and in a step C2) in the second separating station material sections of tube sections along the second perforation line are separated. Thus, it is included in the invention that steps C1) and C2) take place during step C). Alternatively it can be provided that during step C) step C1) expires and after step D) step C2) expires.

In a further measure improving the invention, it is conceivable that during step B) or after step B) a handle opening in the front part and the back part is punched, in particular before or during step A) or step B) in the area the handle opening reinforcing strips are attached.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show two possible devices 80 for the preparation of containers 10, which are exemplified in FIG. 5 or in FIG. 7 are shown. These containers 10 are flexible bags 10 made of paper in the present embodiment. In the FIGS. 1 and 2 only the essential components of this device 80 are shown schematically. The device 80 comprises an unwinding device 93, to which a material web 11 in the form of a roll is fed. Starting from this unwinding device 93, the web 11 is not provided with reference numerals guide rollers a Perforation device 81 supplied. The perforation device 81 comprises a plurality of transverse perforating blades which serve as cutting elements 87 in order to provide the material web 11 with perforations 60, 70. Here, the cutting elements 87 are explicitly in FIG. 8 shown, which will be discussed below. The perforation lines 60, 70 are in FIG. 3 shown schematically, which extend transversely to the transport direction Z of the web 11. The perforation lines 60, 70 in this case do not sever the web 11 but cause a weakening along the perforation lines 60, 70 along which later individual regions of the jacket web 11 are torn off or separated. This separation takes place in a separating device 82, which will be discussed in more detail below.

Das Umklappen erfolgt entlang der Falzlinien 102 und 103.Now that the web 11 with the perforation lines 60, 70 according to FIG. 3 has been provided, the material web 11 leaves the right portion of the device 80 and is fed to a hose forming device 92, in which the material web 11 to a tube 12 according to FIG. 4 or FIG. 6 is formed. This takes place for example with guide plates, which are laterally hammered, so that the edges 34a, 34b and the boundary sides 34a, 34b of the material web 11 then overlap. This is especially in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 clearly, since in particular between the edges 34a and 34b there is a gap. The edge 34b is below the edge 34a, wherein between these two edges 34a, 34b, a suitable adhesive for longitudinal sizing is glued. The folding over along the fold lines 102 and 103rd

Die zweite Trennstation 82b trennt Materialabschnitte 14 von den Schlauchabschnitten 13 entlang der zweiten Perforationslinie 70.This formed tube 12 leaves the tube forming device 92, wherein the tube 12 is still an endless tube 12 at this stage. Subsequently, the tube 12 is fed to a separating device 82 which separates the tube 12 according to the perforation lines 60, 70. According to FIG. 1 For example, the separator 82 has a first 82a and a second separation station 82b. These two separation stations 82a, 82b are in FIG. 1 switched immediately after each other. Behind the second separation station 82b is a bottom folding device 83, which will be discussed in more detail below. In contrast, in FIG. 2 the bottom folding device 83 is disposed between the first 82a and the second separating station 82b. According to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 the first separation station 82a separates the tube 12 into individual tube sections 13 along the first perforation line 60. The second separation station 82b separates material sections 14 from the tube sections 13 along the second perforation line 70.

According to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 A container 10 with a front part 20, a rear part 30 and a bottom 50, which is closed by a bottom unit 120, 130, is formed. This floor unit has a bottom portion 120 of the front part 20 and a bottom portion 130 of the back part 30, which in FIG. 4 and in FIG. 6 is shown. The bottom portion 130 of the rear part 30 is shortened to the bottom portion 120 of the front part 20 executed so that the bottom portion 120 of the front part 20 by folding the bottom unit along a fold line 101 directly attached to the back part 30, in particular glued, which takes place in the Bodenumklappeinrichtung 83.

The container 10 has an opening 50 facing the bottom 50, which is formed by a peripheral edge 2, which is frayed due to the perforation line 70, whereby the risk of injury to the edge 2 is reduced. According to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 the edge 2 is at least partially perforation-like, which can be felt by the user.

Also, the bottom portion 130 of the back part 30 and the bottom portion 120 of the front part 20 have a frayed edge 123, 133.

According to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 is shown by way of example that between the front part 20 and the rear part 30 at least one side fold 3 can be provided. It can also be provided that the front part 20 and / or the rear part 30 can at least partially also be made of a transparent material.

In FIG. 5 and in FIG. 7 is shown in dashed lines in each case a handle opening 4, which is formed on the front part 20 and the rear part 30. This handle opening 4 is punched out, for which purpose a punching device 84 may be provided, which may be arranged, for example, in the tube forming device 92 or after the tube forming device 92, which is shown schematically in FIG FIG. 1 and in FIG. 2 is shown.

Thus, the handle opening 4 receives greater stability, the container 10 according to FIG. 5 and according to FIG. 7 in the region of the handle opening 4 a reinforcing strip 5. The reinforcing strips 5 are in the region of the handle opening 4 on the inside 22 of the Front part and glued to the inside 32 of the back part 30. Conveniently, these reinforcing strips 5 are mounted in front of the punch 84 within the device 80 on the web 11 or on the hose 12.

The outer surface 121 of the bottom portion 120 of the front part 20 can serve as an information body or information surface, which in FIG. 5 and in FIG. 7 is indicated schematically.

According to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 For example, the front portion 20 has an outer side 21 and an inner side 22. The rear part 30, however, has an outer side 31 and an inner side 32, wherein the inner side 32 in FIG. 3 is shown in accordance with the material web 11. The inside 22 of the front part 20 faces the inside 32 of the back part 30, wherein the bottom part 120 of the front part 20 has an inside surface 122 and an outside surface 121. The bottom portion 130 of the rear part 30 is formed with an inner surface 132 and an outer surface 131, which also from the FIG. 3 can be seen. According to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 the inner surface 122 of the bottom portion 120 of the front part 20 is glued to the rear part 30.

The edge 2 of the opening 1 is formed by a front edge part 23 of the front part 20 and a back edge 33 of the back part 30, which in FIG. 3 is shown in the context of the material web 11. In FIG. 5 and in FIG. 7 are the front edge 23 and the back edge 33 at a height. This is effected by introducing a straight perforation line 70 in the material web 11.

According to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 the following steps are provided in the method according to the invention for producing containers 10:
  1. A) creating perforation lines 60, 70 on a material web 11 by means of a perforation device 81, the perforation lines 60, 70 running essentially transversely to the transport direction Z of the material web 11,
  2. B) forming a tube 12 from the material web 11 through a tube forming device 92,
  3. C) separating individual tube sections 13 and / or material sections 14 of tube sections 13 on the perforation lines 60, 70 by means of a separating device 82,
  4. D) forming a bottom 50 at one end 13a of the hose section 13,
wherein in step A)
the perforation device 81 forms a first perforation line 60 for creating the bottom 50 and forms a second perforation line 70, which is spaced from the first perforation line 60, for creating a fiberized edge 2, the front edge edge 23 and the back edge 33 lying at a height.

Here, the first perforation line 60 has at least two regions 61, 62, which are offset, spaced and parallel to each other, which in FIG. 3 is shown. The first perforation line 60 thus runs essentially transversely to the transport direction Z of the material web 11. The second perforation line 70 is designed as geometric degrees. The first perforation line 60 is ramp-shaped and formed with a defined contour. The first region 61 of the first perforation line 60 has a distance X from the adjacent second perforation line 70, which lies approximately in the range between 1 mm ≦ X ≦ 17 mm. The second region 62 of the first perforation line 60 has a greater distance Y to the adjacent second perforation line 70 than the distance X which exists between the first region 61 of the first perforation line 60 and the adjacent second perforation line 70. The difference between Y and X may be ≥ 20mm in one embodiment. This geometric configuration is dependent on the geometric shapes of the containers. With regard to the separating device 82, it should be mentioned in this context that in this small region X and / or Y, the separating device 82 can act in order to be able to carry out a separation along the perforation line 70 and / or 60 in the online process.

The above-mentioned steps A) to D) can be carried out sequentially. It is also conceivable that the steps in a further embodiment may overlap at least partially. As FIG. 2 As can be seen, it is conceivable that the separating device 82 with its first separating station 82a is arranged in front of the bottom folding device 83 and the second separating station 82b is placed after the bottom folding device 83.

In FIG. 8 to FIG. 10 the strip element 85 is shown in FIG FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is mounted on the shaft 88. For example, it is conceivable to provide two or a plurality of strip elements 85 on the perforation device 81, so that a corresponding perforation with the perforation lines 60, 70 can be executed. The strip element 85 has two receptacles 86, which are formed groove-shaped. In the receptacles 86 cutting elements 87a, 87b, 87c and 87d are arranged. The cutting element 87d is for the perforation line 70 according to FIG FIG. 3 responsible. Above the cutting blade 87d five further cutting blades 78a, 78b, 78c are arranged, which are responsible for the perforation 60.

As in FIG. 8 and FIG. 10 is indicated, the outer region 91 of the strip element 85 in cross section on the contour of a circular section. The cutting elements 87 protrude from the outer region 91 of the strip element 85, which in FIG. 10 is shown. The strip element 85 has clamping elements 89 which hold the cutting elements 87 in a clamping manner. In addition, two holding means 90 are each formed with two elongated holes 90 a, which cause the clamping connection of the clamping elements 89 on the cutting elements 87.
