Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum pumping station with a wireless control unit having the features of the preamble of claim 1 or claim 5.
- the known vacuum pumping station from which the invention proceeds ( DE 202 06 267 U1 ), has an operating unit that communicates only wirelessly with the appropriately designed control device of the pump unit.
- the operating unit itself is spatially separated from the pump unit and is itself permanently connected to a central power supply. This makes it possible to arrange the operating unit to operate the pump unit sufficiently far away from the corresponding pump unit, which in turn may be part of a larger system, possibly a clean room system or a laboratory system, for its part.
- a remote control for issuing commands to any remote-controlled device ( WO 2005/002076 A1 ).
- any industrial device operating unit for remote control of a device of the device is provided that the operating unit of the device is spatially separable and transportable and provided with a rechargeable battery.
- the teaching is based on the problem of optimizing the above-mentioned, the starting point forming vacuum pumping station with respect to its operating unit.
- the operating unit of the pump unit is first of all spatially separable and transportable and provided with a rechargeable accumulator.
- the operating unit has a battery charging connection.
- the operating unit is not itself permanently connected to a supply network, but it is provided that a docking point is provided on the pump unit, to which the operating unit is temporarily attachable.
- the docking point on the pump unit and the battery charging port on the control unit are as corresponding to each other formed contactless power supply interfaces.
- the power supply interfaces are designed as inductive power supply interfaces and preferably cooperate together in the manner of a transformer.
- the in Fig. 1 and 2 illustrated vacuum pumping station 1 initially has a pump unit 2 with a pump 2 ', with which a vacuum can be generated.
- a pump unit 2 with a pump 2 ', with which a vacuum can be generated.
- This may be any type of pump unit, ie with a piston pump, a rotary vane pump, a claw pump, a scroll pump, a screw pump, but also, preferably, a diaphragm pump, in particular a chemical membrane vacuum pump.
- control device 3 For controlling the operation of the pump unit 2 is a control device 3, which is preferably designed as an electronic control device, as a programmable controller or as a microcomputer controller. In principle, a simple analog switching controller is also suitable.
- Shown in the single figure is also schematically another component of the pump unit 2 in the form of an emission condenser. 4
- the vacuum pump station 1 comprises an operating unit 5 with operating and display elements 6, 7.
- This operating unit 5 is in Fig. 1 and 2 also shown schematically on the right.
- a control unit 5 has corresponding control and display elements 6, 7, in particular a display as a display element 7, nowadays also like to run as a touch screen, and possibly other controls 6 such as buttons or switches. Again, all this is known in the art.
- control device 3 and the operating unit 5 via control and wireless transmission or / or receiving devices 8 (to the control device 3) and 9 (on the control unit 5) are wirelessly connected to each other or are in communication.
- the operating unit 5 is thus a wireless remote control of the pump unit 2.
- the transmission link for the wireless control link may have any form known in the art, to which extent reference may be made to the corresponding prior art, which has been mentioned at the outset.
- a radio link, an infrared link or a high-frequency link comes into question.
- the transmitting and / or receiving devices 8, 9 as a transceiver, so as integrated transmission facilities executed.
- a prerequisite for the invention is further that the operating unit 5 of the pump unit 2 spatially separable and transportable and is provided with a rechargeable battery 10 and a battery charging port 11.
- Fig. 1 Now shows the first embodiment of a vacuum pump according to the invention.
- a docking point 12 is provided for the operating unit 5, to which the operating unit 5 is temporarily attachable.
- the docking point 12 on the pump unit 2 and the battery charging port 11 on the operating unit 5 are formed as mutually corresponding contactless power supply interfaces.
- control unit 5 shown in phantom
- the portable control unit 5 can be charged without contact at the docking point 12 on the pump unit 2. Consequently, the docking point 12 is easy to clean, it is insensitive to external influences. This is important, for example, when the vacuum pump 1 is in a laboratory environment with partially chemically aggressive vapors.
- the operating unit 5 is always connected wirelessly to the control device 3. This applies to the operating unit 5 separated from the pump unit 2 as well as the control unit 5 at the docking 12. At the docking 12 energy is only contactless nachgespeist and stored in the accumulator 10 of the control unit 5.
- the docking point 12 on the pump unit 2 a transformer half with at least one coil and the battery charging port 11 of the control unit 5 also has a Studentstragerhadapt with at least one coil and that form the Studentstragerhquen attached to the docking point 12 control unit 5 a transformer ,
- an opto-electronic contactless power supply interface conceivable.
- the docking point 12 on the pump unit 2 is designed as a mechanical latching holder, plug holder and / or magnet holder.
- Fig. 2 shows an alternative design of a Vakuumpumpstandes invention.
- the operating unit 5 is spatially separable and transportable from the pump unit 2 and is provided with a rechargeable accumulator 10 and a rechargeable battery charging connection 11.
- the accumulator 10 and the battery charging port 11 are arranged in a removable housing part 13 of the control unit 5.
- the accumulator 10 in the detachable housing part 13 of the operating unit 5 can be charged separately at a suitable location. That's pretty handy in itself. But it is particularly useful when the control unit 5 at least a second with accumulator 10 and battery charging port 11 provided removable housing part 13, which is interchangeable with the attached to the control unit 5 otherwise housing part 13, is assigned. In this way, so you have a removable battery, so that the control unit 5 can always be kept ready to work.
- FIG. 2 one sees on the right next to the pump unit 2 first the normal, functional operating unit 5 with the housing part 13, which is otherwise docked on the operating unit 5, with the accumulator 10
- Fig. 2 is shown diagrammatically to the right a battery charging station 14 is shown. It is shown that the removable housing part 13 of the control unit 5 is now separated. According to the explanation arrow, the housing part 13 can be used with the battery charging port 11 at the bottom in the battery charging station 14. The rechargeable Accumulator 10 in the housing part 13 is then charged. In the meantime, a second housing part 13 of identical design can otherwise be docked on the operating unit 5, so that the operating unit 5 continues to operate without change due to this replacement battery pack.
- the battery charging port 11 on the operating unit 5 is also in this case, a contactless battery charging port.
- Fig. 2 shows a further variant in which the battery charging station itself is again formed on the pump unit 2.
- the detached housing part 13 is electrically connectable to the docking station 12 on the pump unit 2, that the docking point 12 are formed on the pump unit 2 and the battery charging port 11 on the removable housing part 13 as mutually corresponding contactless power supply interfaces and when connected to the docking point 12 detachable housing part 13 via the interacting contactless power supply interfaces electrical energy for the accumulator 10 of the pump unit 2 to the removable housing part 13 is transferable.
- the variant described above is particularly convenient. It is possible to choose whether to recharge the operating unit 5 as a whole at the docking point 12 on the pump unit 2 (for example, at night when the vacuum pumping station is not in use) or (for example during intensive operation over the day) the operating unit 5 is used continuously and the replacement -Akkupack in the form of a second removable housing part 13 while can reload at the docking point 12 on the pump unit 2.
- the contacting in the system there are various possibilities.
- the advantages of both types of contact are combined.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1:
- Fig. 2:
Fig. 1 und2 rechts ebenfalls schematisch dargestellt.
- In
