Claims (8)

  1. Profilé composite (24, 24') pour exemple des fermetures telles que des portes ou fenêtres, comprenant un profilé métallique (7) comportant une rainure en contre-dépouille, un profilé en bois (16) comportant une rainure en contre-dépouille, un profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12) avec au moins une ouverture passante et une rainure en contre-dépouille, au moins un dispositif d'accouplement (18), et dans lequel :
    - le dispositif d'accouplement forme une tige (19) et au moins une première (20), une deuxième (20') et une troisième tête excentrique (20") agencées en succession le long de la tige et faisant saillie radialement à partir de celle-ci par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (AL) de la tige ;
    - le dispositif d'accouplement est agencé pour être inséré dans au moins une ouverture passante formée dans le profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12) et, après une rotation d'une quantité prédéterminée autour de l'axe longitudinal (AL) de celui-ci, provoque ce qui suit :
    - la première tête excentrique (20) s'accroche à une contre-dépouille du profilé métallique (7) ;
    - la troisième tête excentrique (20") s'accroche à une contre-dépouille du profilé en bois (16) ;
    - la deuxième tête excentrique (20'), située dans une position intermédiaire entre la première et la troisième tête, s'accroche à une contre-dépouille du profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12) ;
    dans lequel, après la rotation d'une quantité prédéterminée, la première (20), la deuxième (20') et la troisième tête excentrique (20") empêchent les profilés réalisés en bois, en matériau synthétique et en métal de se détacher du dispositif d'accouplement dans une direction axiale, en bloquant ou en tous cas en réduisant des jeux de coulissement mutuel des divers profilés, dans des directions radiales.
  2. Profilé composite (24, 24') selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif d'accouplement (18, 18') est muni d'une tête d'entraînement (21, 21') agencée entre la deuxième (20') et la troisième tête excentrique (20") et agencée de manière à être commandée, à la main ou au moyen d'un outil approprié (26), de manière à faire tourner le dispositif d'accouplement (18, 18') autour de l'axe longitudinal (AL) et le fixer à un ou plusieurs parmi le profilé métallique (7), le profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12) et le profilé en bois (16).
  3. Profilé composite (24, 24') selon la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins une partie des têtes d'entraînement (21) forme un levier (19) faisant saillie radialement à partir de la tige du même dispositif d'accouplement (18).
  4. Profilé composite (24, 24') selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel, quand la première tête excentrique (20) est insérée dans le profilé métallique (7), la deuxième tête excentrique (20') est insérée dans le profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12) et la troisième tête excentrique (20") est insérée à l'intérieur du profilé en bois (16), et avant de faire tourner le dispositif d'accouplement (18) autour de l'axe longitudinal (AL) de sa tige, le levier (19) fait saillie vers l'extérieur à partir du profilé en bois (16), de manière à pouvoir être par exemple saisi ou actionné avec les doigts d'une main.
  5. Profilé composite (24, 24') selon la revendication 1, agencé de telle manière que chaque dispositif d'accouplement (18), quand il tourne autour de l'axe longitudinal (AL) de sa tige (19), presse le profilé métallique (7), le profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12) et le profilé en bois (16), comme dans un paquet.
  6. Fermeture pour portes, fenêtres ou volets comprenant un panneau réalisé en matériau plastique ou verre transparent, et un cadre extérieur entourant le panneau et comprenant à son tour une ou plusieurs portions de profilés composites (24, 24') ayant les caractéristiques selon la revendication 1, et la tête d'entraînement (21, 21') presse contre le panneau au moins dans la direction longitudinale par rapport à la tige (19).
  7. Kit de fourniture comprenant un profilé composite (24, 24') ayant les caractéristiques selon la revendication 1 et comprenant les composants démontés pour assembler ce profilé composite, et un outil (26) agencé pour s'engager avec la tête d'entraînement (21, 21') permettant de la faire tourner et fixer l'au moins un dispositif d'accouplement (18') au profilé métallique (7), au profilé en bois (16) et au profilé réalisé en matériau synthétique (12).
  8. Procédé pour assembler de manière réversible le profilé pour des fermetures telles que des portes, fenêtres et volets ayant les caractéristiques selon la revendication 1 et obtenu en connectant trois éléments (7, 12, 16) constitués d'un matériau différent, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - le profilé synthétique (12) déjà pourvu de fentes passantes (13) formées à un intervalle constant sur toute sa longueur est appuyé contre le profilé métallique (7) ;
    - une plaque de verres (11) est appuyée et positionnée sur l'aile correspondante (10) du profilé métallique (7) et les dispositifs de connexion (18) sont positionnés à travers les fentes (13) jusqu'à ce que le siège en contre-dépouille (9) soit atteint par la tête excentrique (20) du dispositif lui-même ;
    - l'élément en bois profilé (16) est appuyé en utilisant le siège profilé en queue d'aronde (17) comme un guide jusqu'à ce qu'il soit engagé par l'autre tête excentrique (20") du dispositif (18) ;
    - enfin, en agissant sur le côté long (22) d'une forme de came (21) de manière à exécuter une rotation de 90° suivant l'axe du corps cylindrique (19) du dispositif (18), l'engagement fixe mutuel simultané est obtenu et, en même temps, le côté court (23) est appuyé sur le bord intérieur du verre (11), en le maintenant dans son siège.
