  2. Composé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le composé est:
    • 1-(6-(4-amino-3-(4-phénoxyphényl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]-pyrimidine-1-yl)-2-azaspiro[3.3]heptane-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one;
    • 1-(2-(4-amino-3-(4-phénoxyphényl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]-pyrimidine-1-yl)-7-azaspiro[3.5]nonane-7-yl)prop-2-en-1-one;
    • 1-(7-(4-amino-3-(4-phénoxyphényl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]-pyrimidine-1-yl)-2-azaspiro[3.5]nonane-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one; et
    • 1-(2-(4-amino-3-(4-phénoxyphényl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]-pyrimidine-1-yl)-6-azaspiro[3.5]nonane-6-yl)prop-2-en-1-one.
  3. Composition pharmaceutique comprenant un composé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2 et un porteur pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
  4. Composition pharmaceutique comprenant un composé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2 en combinaison avec un agent anti-cancer sélectionné parmi les agents cytotoxiques, les agents antimitotiques, les anti-métabolites, les inhibiteurs du protéasome, les inhibiteurs de HDAC, un inhibiteur de la kinase, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
  5. Composé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2 destiné à être utilisé dans le traitement d'une maladie.
  6. Composé destiné à être utilisé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite maladie est sélectionnée parmi un cancer de la vessie, un cancer du cerveau, un cancer du sein, un cancer de l'utérus, une leucémie lymphoïde chronique, un cancer du côlon, un cancer de l'oesophage, un cancer du foie, une leucémie lymphoblastique, un lymphome folliculaire, un mélanome, une homéopathie maligne, un myélome, un cancer ovarien, un cancer du poumon non à petites cellules, un cancer de la prostate, un cancer du poumon à petites cellules, et une tumeur maligne d'origine de cellule B.
  7. Composé destiné à être utilisé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite maladie est choisie parmi une maladie auto-immune et une maladie inflammatoire.
  8.
