Claims (11)
- Eine Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung (10) besteht aus:Eine ebene Platte mit ersten und zweiten Seitkanten und einer Oberfläche (24), besagte ebene Platte ist auf die Positionierung des besagten, darauf liegenden Patienten ausgerichtet, besagter Patient liegt auf besagter Oberfläche (24);Charakterisierend für die Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung sind (10) sind:Einen Griff (14), befestigt an besagte ebene Platte, zum Anheben oder Bewegen der besagten ebenen Platte, wenn der Patient auf besagter ebener Platte liegt.Ein erstes gepolstertes Trägermaterial und ein zweites gepolstertes Trägermaterial auf jeder Seite der gepolsterten Platte, wobei besagtes erstes und zweites gepolstertes Trägermaterial darauf ausgerichtet sind, um den danebenliegenden Arm von besagtem Patienten gewickelt zu werden und damit eine umwickelte Armkupplung zu bilden.Ein Überlappungsträgermaterial, welches auf längs auf besagter ebener Platte ausgerichtet und dazu dient, um beide der umwickelten Armkupplung gewickelt zu werden und diese zu koppeln, um besagten Arm in einer angehobenen Position von der ebenen Platte und besagter darunterliegenden Liege zur Vermeidung von Verletzung zu halten;Erste und zweite Seitkanten, ausgerichtet um neben den Beinen des besagten Patienten angebracht zu werden; wobei besagte umwickelte Beinkupplung und besagte umwickelte Armkupplung den besagten Patienten schützen und Wärmeverlust vor, während und nach der OP, sowie während des Transports vermeiden;Ein erstes flexibles Trägermaterial ist abtrennbar an besagte erste Seitenkannte der ebenen Platte gebunden;Ein zweites flexibles Trägermaterial ist abtrennbar an besagte zweite Seitenkannte der ebenen Platte gebunden; undBesagtes erstes und zweites flexibles Trägermaterial überlappen, wenn diese nicht angewandt werden und, wenn diese angewandt werden, umwickeln das danebenliegende Bein des besagten Patienten und bilden umwickelte Beinkupplungen für jedes der besagten danebenliegenden Beine.
- Die Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung von Anspruch 1 besteht außerdem aus:Einem ersten und zweiten Verschluss auf dem ersten und zweiten flexiblen Trägermaterial;Einem dritten Verschluss und einem vierten Verschluss, die auf der Oberfläche von besagter ebener Platte liegen und zugänglich sind, wenn besagtes erstes und zweites flexibles Trägermaterial in besagter umwickelter Beinkupplung am jeweiligen Bein sind;Wobei besagter erster Verschluss mit besagtem dritten Verschluss verbunden ist und besagter zweiter Verschluss mit besagten vierten Verschluss verbunden ist, um die besagte umwickelte Beinkupplung des besagten Patienten zu sichern.
- Die Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung aus Anspruch 1 besteht außerdem aus:Öffnungen in besagtem ersten flexiblen Trägermaterial und besagtem zweiten flexiblen Trägermaterial;Wobei Zwangswarmluft durch besagte Öffnung dringen kann, um den besagten Patienten zu wärmen.
- Das besagte erste flexible Trägermaterial und zweite flexible Trägermaterial der Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung aus Anspruch 1 schließt perforiertes und entsorgbares Material mit ein.
- Die Unterseite (26) der besagten ebenen Platte der Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung aus Anspruch 1 hat eine niedrige Materialspannung um die Bewegung der besagten ebenen Platte zu verbessern.
- Die Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung aus Anspruch 5 schließt besagtes Material mit niedriger Spannung aus PTFE imprägnierten Gewebe, PTFE ummanteltes Gewebe, Spinnvlies, Gewebe, welches flexibel oder mit rutschiger Oberfläche geformt wurde, Ripstop-Gewebe, Material, welches auf aus Nylon, Polyester oder einer Kombination gewobener Mikrofaser basiert, mit ein.
- Eine Methode, einen Patienten zu positionieren, besteht aus:Das Zur Verfügung stellen einer Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung (10) auf einer unterliegenden Liege, bei der besagte Patientenpositionierungsvorrichtung aus einer ebenen Platte mit ersten und zweiten Seitenkanten und einer Oberfläche (24) besteht, eines ersten flexiblen Trägermaterials, welches abtrennbar an besagte erste Seitenkante der besagten ebenen Platte gebunden ist, eines zweiten flexiblen Trägermaterials, welches abtrennbar an besagte zweite Seitenkante der ebenen Platte gebunden ist, wobei erstes und zweites flexibles Trägermaterial überlappen und ein erstes gepolstertes Trägermaterial und ein zweites gepolstertes Trägermaterial jeweils an die besagte Platte befestigt sind;Dem Platzieren von besagtem Patienten auf die besagte Oberfläche (24) der besagten ebenen Platte mit besagten ersten und zweiten Seitenkanten neben den Beinen des besagten Patienten;Dem Umwickeln von jeder des besagten ersten und zweiten flexiblen Trägermaterials um das besagte danebenliegende Bein des besagten Patienten, was besagte umwickelte Beinkupplung bildet;Dem Umwickeln von besagtem ersten und zweiten gepolsterten Trägermaterial um den danebenliegenden Arm des besagten Patienten, was besagte umwickelte Armkupplung bildet;Besagte umwickelte Beinkupplung und besagte umwickelte Armkupplung schützen besagten Patienten und vermeiden Wärmeverlust vor, während, nach der OP sowie während des Transport.
- Die Methode von Anspruch 7 besteht weiterhin aus dem Schritt zum Umwickeln des überlappenden Trägermaterials (18), welches längs über die die ebene Platte über besagte umwickelte Armkupplung ausgerichtet ist, um die Arme in einer angehobenen Position über der besagten ebenen Platte und über der besagten darunterliegenden Liege zu halten, wobei besagte angehobene Position Verletzungen des besagten Arms durch die besagte ebene Platte und die besagte Liege vorbeugt.
- Die Methode von Anspruch 7 besteht weiterhin aus besagtem ersten flexiblen Trägermaterial und zweitem flexiblen Trägermaterien einschließlich Material, welches perforiert und entsorgbar ist.
- Die Methode von Anspruch 7 besteht außerdem aus einer Unterseite (26) der ebenen Platte, welche eine niedrige Materialspannung hat, um die Bewegung besagter Platte zu erleichtern.
- Die Methode von Anspruch 10 umfasst besagtes Material mit niedriger Spannung aus PTFE imprägnierten Gewebe, PTFE ummanteltes Gewebe, Spinnvlies, Gewebe, welches flexibel oder mit rutschiger Oberfläche geformt wurde, Ripstop-Gewebe, Material, welches auf aus Nylon, Polyester oder einer Kombination gewobener Mikrofaser basiert, mit ein.
