In der Station 43 wird ein weiterer Schritt vollzogen. Der Tape 23 zur Fixierung der Randlasche 20 an der Tasche 12 wird in Position gebracht. Die Tapes 23 werden durch einen Tapeförderer 64 zugeführt und zur Übergabe an einen Beutel 10 bereitgehalten. Zu diesem Zweck ist ein Übergabeorgan für jeweils ein Tape 23 vorgesehen. Dieses besteht aus einem Schwenkarm 65 mit einem schwenkbar an diesem angebrachten Tapehalter 66, der hier als Saugorgan ausgebildet ist, also als elastisches, kappenförmiges Element, welches an der freien Seite eines Tapes 23 im Bereich des Tapeförderers 64 angesetzt wird und durch Unterdruck das Tape 23 erfasst und vom Tapeförderer 64 abnimmt. Durch Bewegungen des Schwenkarms 65 einerseits und des Tapehalters 66 andererseits gelangt dieser in eine Stellung zur packungsgemäßen Positionierung des Tapes 23 an dem Beutel 10 (Übergabestellung gemäß
Der Beutel 10 ist damit komplettiert. Im Bereich der Station 43 wird der Beutel 10 abgegeben bzw. abtransportiert, und zwar durch den als Endlos- bzw. Gurtförderer ausgebildeten Abförderer 44. Der Beutel 10 wird mit Hilfe eines Übergabeförderers von der Aufnahme 28 abgehoben und auf dem Abförderer 44 abgelegt. Diese Aufgabe wird hier von den Haltefingern 21, 22 in Verbindung mit den Traglaschen 61, 62 übernommen. Diese sind mittels Schwenkhebel 67 aus der Position am Revolver 24 queraxial bewegbar und auf einem Obertrum des Abförderers 44 ablegbar. Die Halteorgane, nämlich Traglaschen 61, 62 mit den Haltefingern 21, 22 sind dabei relativ zum Schwenkhebel 67 drehbar, sodass die Traglaschen 61, 62 abwärts gerichtet sind bei der Ablage des Beutels 10 auf dem Abförderer 44. Zur Übergabe des Beutels bzw. zum Lösen desselben von den Haltefingern 21, 22, sind diese auseinanderbewegbar, und zwar durch Auseinanderbewegen der Traglaschen 61, 62, sodass die Haltefinger 21, 22 aus der Stellung zwischen Wickellasche 16 und Tasche 12 frei kommen.The

Diese sind über weitere Saugleitungen oder -kanäle mit der Wandung des Revolvers 24 verbunden bzw. mit den Aufnahmen 28 für die Beutel 10 zur Versorgung der Saugbohrungen 34. Die Saugbohrungen 80 der Endwandung 79 sind über eine feststehende, ringförmige Vakuumscheibe 81 mit üblichen Anschlusskanälen und Anschlussleitungen 82 mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbunden.
Claims (14)
- Method for completing (film) pouches (10), in particular for (cut) tobacco as pouch contents, having a pocket (12) having a closable opening (17) for receiving the pouch contents, wherein the pocket (12) in an upright position of the pouch (10) is filled and sealed on a revolving carrier or turret (24), respectively, and subsequently a roll tab (16) which adjoins a pouch rear wall (15) is folded around the filled pocket (12) in a folding and/or wrapping station (43), the method characterized by the following features:a) a central portion (19) of the pouch (10) or of the roll tab (16), respectively, in a folding and/or wrapping station (43), being acquired by folding elements or retaining elements, respectively;b) the (filled) pocket (12) as a folding leg being subsequently turned over towards the central portion (19) of the roll tab (16);c) thereafter, a peripheral tab (20) of the roll tab (16) being turned over towards the pocket (12), namely towards the rear wall (15) thereof.
- Method according to Claim 1, characterized by the following features:a) in the region of the folding and/or wrapping station (43), the filled pocket (12) of the pouch (10) which bears on an upright receptacle (28) of the revolving support or turret (24), respectively, being placed by way of a pivoting movement against the roll tab (16) which is held in an extended position;b) an exposed region of the roll tab, namely the peripheral tab (20), being subsequently acquired by a folding element, i.e. the tab folder (59), and folded over towards the free side of the pocket (12), namely towards a pocket rear wall (15).
- Method according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized by the following features:a) the pouch (10) in the region of the folding and/or wrapping station (43), being positioned at and secured to the receptacle (28), having the (filled) pocket (12) disposed above the roll tab (16);b) after securing has been released, the pocket (12) by way of a downwardly directed folding movement or pivoting movement, respectively, being pivotable towards the unfolded roll tab (16) which is still secured, namely towards the central portion (19) of said roll tab (16);c) the free region of the roll tab (16), namely the peripheral tab (20) thereof, being subsequently folded towards the free side of the pocket (12) by way of an upwardly directed folding movement.
- Method according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that in the region of the peripheral tab (20) of the roll tab (16), which bears on the pocket (12), a closure strip or a tape (23), respectively, for securing the roll tab (16) is attached on the pouch (10) which is secured on the revolving support or turret (24), respectively, in particular by way of a tape holder (66) for acquiring a tape (23) and by way of a pivot arm (65) for transferring the tape (23) to the pouch (10).
- Device for completing (film) pouches (10), in particular for (cut) tobacco as pouch contents, having a pocket (12) for receiving the pouch contents, and having a closure tab which is implemented as a roll tab (16), wherein the pouches (10) are conveyable by way of a pouch conveyor, in particular a turret (24), through processing stations, including a filling station (41), for introducing a prepared portion of the tobacco into the pocket (12), and a downstream folding and wrapping station (43) for folding a roll tab (16) around the filled pocket (12), the device characterized by the following features:a) receptacles (28) for in each case one pouch (10) being attached in the region of planar faces of the turret (24), preferably in such a manner that the turret (24), which in the cross section is configured so as to be polygonal, has an external wall (25) of mutually adjacent planar wall portions (29), and that the receptacles (28) are in each case attached in the region of one wall portion (29);b) each receptacle (28) being provided with a planar bearing face (35) on which the pouch (10) bears by way of a pocket rear wall (15) and the extended roll tab (16);c) the receptacle (28) in the region of the bearing face (35) having suction bores (34) for pneumatically securing the pocket (12) and the roll tab (16);d) the receptacle (28) having a mechanical retaining element for the pocket (12), namely a preferably curved pivotable pocket holder (37), which for securing the pouch (10) or the pocket (12), respectively, bears on the latter in the region of a pocket front wall (14);e) a folding lever (56) in the folding and wrapping station (43) serving for folding over the pocket (12) up to the latter bearing on the central portion (19) of the roll tab (16), wherein the pocket holder (37) is pivotable from the retaining position on the pocket (12) into a position in which the pocket (12) is released.
- Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the pocket holder (37), which is configured as a pivotable lever, is pivotably mounted in the wrapping station (43), above the pocket (12) of the pouch (10), and is liftable from the pouch (12) by an upwardly directed pivoting movement.
- Device according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized by a folding lever (56), which is disposed on the receptacle (28) for a pouch (10), for turning over the pocket (12) towards the roll tab which bears on the bearing face (35) of the receptacle (28), wherein the folding lever (56) is preferably mounted so as to be locationally fixed in the interior of the turret (24), and has at least one angled finger (58) for bearing on the pocket (12). - Device according to Claim 5 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the receptacle (28) has a bearing face (35) for the roll tab (16) of the pouch (10), and a trough-shaped forming face (36) for the pouch (12) to bear on.
- Device according to Claim 5 or one of the further claims, characterized in that, as a further retaining element for the pouch (10), a clamping lever (38) is pivotable on the receptacle (28) and serves for acquiring the roll tab (16) in the region of a peripheral tab (20) thereof, wherein the clamping lever (38), for releasing the roll tab (16), is liftable therefrom by way of a pivoting movement.
- Device according to Claim 5 or one of the further claims, characterized by a tab folder (59) which is pivotably mounted in the region of the receptacle (28) and which has an angled, in particular a bracket-shaped leg (60) for folding the peripheral tab (20) of the roll tab (12) in an upwardly directed manner.
- Device according to Claim 5 or one of the further claims, characterized by additional retaining elements for securing the pouch (10) at least in the region of the wrapping station (43), in particular by way of retaining fingers (21, 22) of a retaining and supporting element, which bear on the roll tab (16) or on the central portion (19) thereof, wherein a support for the retaining fingers (21, 22), preferably two supporting tabs (61, 62) which are spaced apart, is attached to an actuation element, in particular to a pivot lever (67) for acquiring completed, wrapped pouches (10) with the aid of the retaining fingers (21, 22), preferably by way of two mutually opposite sides, and for transferring the pouch (10) from the turret (24) to an outward conveyor (44).
- Device according to Claim 5 or one of the further claims, characterized by a transfer element in the region of the wrapping station (43) or in the region of a dispensing station for transferring closure strips or tapes (23), respectively, to the wrapped pouch (10), wherein the transfer element in particular has a tape holder (66) for acquiring a tape (23), and a pivot arm (65) for transferring the tape (23) to the pouch (10).
- Device according to Claim 5 or one of the further claims, characterized in that a locationally fixed, movable sealing element (49) having a sealing jaw (50) for bearing on the pouch (10) in the region of a front wall (14) of the pocket (12), outside the filling region, and for manufacturing or attaching, respectively, a closure seam in the region of the opening (17) is disposed in the region of a closure station (42) for closing an opening (17) of the filled pocket (12).
- Device according to Claim 13 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the sealing element (49) or the sealing jaw (50), respectively, is assigned a holding-down device (52) which after a sealing cycle with a temporal delay is liftable from the pouch (10) when the sealing jaw (50) is lifted from the pouch (10), in particular by way of loading by a spring (54) in the direction of bearing on the pouch (10).
