Claims (9)
- Protective support (10) for an iron (1), having a base body (20) which provides contact points (40, 41, 42) for the bottom (2) of the iron (1), wherein
in an end region (12) of the base body (20) a tongue-shaped retaining element (50) is embodied wholly or at least partly between a rear left (41) and rear right (42) contact point,- the root of which tongue (51) is connected to the base body (20) and- the head of which tongue (52) carries a retaining collar (53) which can be moved via the retaining element (50) relative to the base body (20) of the protective support (10) in order to be brought, against a resetting force (R),characterised in that- from a locked position (V), in which the iron (1) can be fixed to the protective support (10) by means of the retaining collar (53),- into an unlocked position (E), in which the iron (1) is released from the retaining collar (53) and can be removed from the protective support (10),- the tongue-shaped retaining element (50) is connected and/or moulded via the root of its tongue (51) to the base body (20) in one piece and can be deformed in a resilient manner as far as the head of its tongue (52) at least in sections in such a way that said retaining element (50) exerts a resetting force (R) upon the retaining collar (53) in the unlocked position (E). - Protective support (10) according to claim 1, characterised in that the tongue-shaped retaining element (50) is connected via the root of its tongue (51) to the base body (20) and can be deformed in a resilient manner as far as the head of its tongue (52) at least in sections in such a way that said retaining element (50) exerts a resetting force (R) upon the retaining collar (53) in the unlocked position (E).
