Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zum Sleeven eines Gegenstands (2) mit Hilfe eines Stretch-Sleeves, das darin besteht:
    - ein Stretch-Sleeve (3) um einen Formgeber (4) herum zu platzieren,
    - ein Ende des Sleeves (3) mittels durch ein bewegliches Organ (9) getragener Dehnzangen (11) zu ergreifen,
    - das mit den Dehnzangen (11) ausgestattete bewegliche Organ (9) vertikal beweglich zu machen,
    - das Zentrifugalspreizen der Zangen (11) sicherzustellen, um das Sleeve zu dehnen,
    - eine vertikale Relativbewegung zwischen den Zangen (11) und dem Gegenstand (2) für das Überziehen des Sleeves um den zuvor unterhalb des Formgebers (4) positionierten Gegenstand sicherzustellen,
    - die Zangen (11) von dem Sleeve freizugeben, wenn das Sleeve seine endgültige Position um den Gegenstand herum einnimmt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht:
    - das Greifen des Formgebers (4) durch die Dehnzangen (11) sicherzustellen, wobei diese Dehnzangen den Formgeber bei ihrem Zentrifugalspreizen freigeben,
    - das bewegliche Organ (9) zu steuern, damit es:
    • oberhalb des Gegenstands in einer gegenüber dem Gegenstand gelösten Position positioniert wird, in der das Sleeve (3), vor dem Sleeving-Vorgang, um den Formgeber, welcher durch die Zangen ergriffen ist, herum angebracht ist,
    • für das Überziehen des Sleeves um den Gegenstand (2) vertikal heruntergefahren wird, wobei die Zangen (11) zentrifugal gespreizt sind, wenn das bewegliche Organ (9) eine Entspannungsposition oberhalb des Gegenstands einnimmt, so dass der Formgeber freigegeben und in einer Position oberhalb des Gegenstands beim Spreizen der Zangen gehalten werden kann,
    • zunächst bis auf die Höhe des Formgebers wieder vertikal hinaufgefahren wird, so dass die Zangen (11) sich einander nähernd betätigt werden, um das Greifen des Formgebers sicherzustellen,
    • und bis zu der gelösten Position, um den Formgeber (4) anzutreiben und ihn aufzufangen, um ihn gegenüber dem gesleevten Gegenstand zu lösen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, das bewegliche Organ (9) zu senken, um es von der gelösten Position in eine Position zur Aufnahme des Sleeves (3) zu bringen, und das bewegliche Organ (9) nach dem Anbringen des Sleeves um den Formgeber (4) bis zu der gelösten Position hochzufahren.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, das bewegliche Organ (9) zwischen der gelösten Position und der Position zur Aufnahme des Sleeves zu bewegen, während der Formgeber (4) mit den Zangen in Eingriff ist, so dass er gleichzeitig mit und durch das bewegliche Organ (9) bewegt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Zangen (11) zentrifugal zu spreizen, wenn das bewegliche Organ (9) eine gegenüber dem Gegenstand (2) genäherte Position einnimmt, so dass zwischen der gelösten und der genäherten Position der Formgeber (4) durch das bewegliche Organ vertikal bewegt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, das Greifen des Formgebers (4) durch die Zangen (11), die jeweils durch eine Innenbacke (14) und eine Außenbacke (15) gebildet sind, und unter Sicherstellen der Anlage des Formgebers (4) mittels Schwerkraft an den Innenbacken (14) der Zangen sicherzustellen.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, das Greifen des Formgebers (4) durch die Zangen (11) unter Sicherstellen des Festklemmens der Innenbacken (14) der Zangen an dem Formgeber sicherzustellen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, den Gegenstand (2) in der Flucht des Formgebers (4) zu platzieren und ihn herauszuziehen, sobald das Sleeve (3) um den Gegenstand herum angeordnet ist.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die Dehnzangen (11) von dem Sleeve (3) freizugeben, wenn das Sleeve seine endgültige Position um den Gegenstand (2) herum einnimmt, indem die Dehnzangen (11) geöffnet werden, das bewegliche Organ (9) auf eine Höhe unterhalb des Sleeves (3) hinuntergefahren wird, und die Zangen (11) zentrifugal zu spreizen, um das vertikale Hochfahren des beweglichen Organs zuzulassen.
  9. Anlage zum Sleeven eines Rotationsgegenstands, umfassend:
    - ein Traggestell (7) für ein bewegliches Organ (9), das mit Zangen zum Dehnen (11) des Sleeves (3) ausgestattet ist, wobei dieses bewegliche Organ (9) an dem Gestell (7) vertikal beweglich ist,
    - ein System zur Betätigung (12) der Zangen,
    - einen Formgeber (4), der das Sleeve (3) aufnimmt und oberhalb einer Platte zur Aufnahme (8) eines in der Flucht des Formgebers platzierten Gegenstands (2) positioniert ist,
    - eine Vorrichtung zur vertikalen Relativbewegung zwischen den Zangen (11) und dem Gegenstand (2), die durch eine Steuereinheit gesteuert wird, um das Anbringen des Sleeves um den Gegenstand herum zu ermöglichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    • die Zangen (11) eine Greiffläche für den Formgeber umfassen,
    • die Steuereinheit steuert:
    * die Vorrichtung zum vertikalen Bewegen, um das bewegliche Organ (9) in einer oberhalb des Gegenstands gelegenen gelösten Position zu positionieren,
    * das System zur Betätigung (12) der Zangen, um das Greifen des Formgebers (4) durch die Zangen (11) und das Greifen des über den Formgeber (4) gestreiften Sleeves (3) sicherzustellen,
    * die Vorrichtung zum vertikalen Bewegen, um das bewegliche Organ (9) für das Anbringen des Sleeves um den Gegenstand (2) vertikal herunterzufahren, wobei das System zur Betätigung der Zangen ermöglicht, die Zangen zentrifugal zu spreizen, wenn das bewegliche Organ eine Position oberhalb des Gegenstands einnimmt, so dass der Formgeber (4) freigegeben und in einer Position oberhalb des Gegenstands beim Spreizen der Zangen gehalten werden kann,
    * das Betätigungssystem (12), zur Freigabe der Zangen von dem Sleeve, wenn das Sleeve seine endgültige Position an dem Gegenstand einnimmt,
    * die Vorrichtung zum vertikalen Bewegen, um das bewegliche Organ (9) zunächst auf die Höhe des Formgebers (4) wieder hinaufzufahren und die Zangen (11) sich einander nähernd zu steuern, um das Greifen des Formgebers mit Hilfe der Zangen sicherzustellen, und anschließend bis zu einer gelösten Position, um den Formgeber anzutreiben und ihn gegenüber dem gesleevten Gegenstand zu lösen.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zangen (11) jeweils eine Außenbacke (15) und eine Innenbacke (14), die als Greiffläche mit einer Auflage ausgestattet ist, auf der der Formgeber durch Schwerkraft aufliegt, umfassen.
  11. Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zangen (11) eine Außenbacke (15) und eine Innenbacke (14), die als Greiffläche eine Klemmfläche umfasst, welche an dem Formgeber (4) in Kontakt gelangt, umfassen.
