Claims (13)

  1. Contenant en matière plastique destiné à un déodorant à bille, comprenant un récipient (2) et une cage de roulement (3) pour le maintien rotatif imperdable d'une bille d'application (13), la cage de roulement (3) étant réalisée d'une seule pièce avec le récipient (2) et étant fabriquée par un procédé d'extrusion-soufflage, à partir d'un tube extrudé en matière plastique, caractérisé en ce que la cage de roulement (3) formée d'une seule pièce présente, à sa transition vers le récipient (2), une zone d'étanchéité périphérique circulaire, et en ce que la cage de roulement (3) présente, au moins dans cette zone d'étanchéité, une couche interne qui est réalisée par coextrusion et est plus souple qu'une couche externe de la cage de roulement (3).
  2. Contenant en matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) et la cage de roulement (3) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce à partir d'un tube de matière plastique extrudé en continu.
  3. Contenant en matière plastique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (2) et la cage de roulement (3) réalisée d'une seule pièce avec celui-ci sont fabriqués selon un procédé « à tête perdue », lors duquel une portion de matière plastique excédentaire située dans la région de la cage de roulement (3) est séparée par coupe à la fin du procédé d'extrusion-soufflage.

  6. Contenant en matière plastique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche interne (6) présente une dureté qui est comprise entre environ 35 Shore et 90 Shore.

Contenant en matière plastique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche interne (6) présente des matières plastiques pouvant être extrudées et dilatées au cours d'un procédé de soufflage, par exemple des polyoléfines, des élastomères thermoplastiques, HDPE, LDPE, des polyamides, des copolymères ainsi que des mélanges de matières contenant les matières précitées, dont les caractéristiques de dureté peuvent être réglées de la manière souhaitée, par l'ajout de plastifiants.
  8. Contenant en matière plastique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en plusieurs couches, sa couche externe comprenant une matière plastique pouvant être extrudée et pouvant être dilatée au cours d'un procédé de soufflage, dont les caractéristiques de dureté peuvent être réglées par l'ajout de plastifiants.
