  • the cooling device (1) comprises at least one detent means (12) disposed on the support member (10) and at least one recess (13) arranged on the housing (11), wherein the detent means (12) is placed for providing the support member (10) to be fixed to the cover (5).
  • the detent means (12) is ramp shaped and of resilient configuration. While the support member (10) is being placed into the housing (11), the detent means (12) moves along the recess (13) from the place whereat the slope begins until the maximum section and is seated into the recess (13) by being released from the surface of the housing (11) at the point of exact alignment with the recess (13).
  • the detent means (12) prevents dislodgment of the support member (10) after the support member (10) is disposed into the housing (11) by means of its ramp shape and thus a strong connection is maintained ( Figure 5 ).
  • the cooling device (1) comprises a resilient protrusion (15) disposed at the rear surface of the guide (7) that provides the guide (7) to be fixed to the body (2). While the guide (7) is mounted to the body (2), the protrusion (15) is compressed from both sides and is inserted into the housing wherein it will be disposed. When released, the protrusion (15) presses on the walls of the housing wherein it is disposed by returning to its initial position due to its resilient structure and provides the guide (7) to be fixed.
  • the guide (7) and the protrusion (15) are produced from different materials.
  • the cover (5) is rectangular that opens and closes by rotating around one of its sides.
  • the locking mechanism (6) is disposed on the side opposite to the side where the rotational axis of the cover (5) passes.
  • the cover (5) is fixed rotatably to the body (2) preferably from one of its short sides and the locking mechanism (6) is disposed at the center section of the other short side.
  • the cover (5) opens in the same direction as the door (3).
  • the door (3) when closed, provides to close the cover (5) by applying force thereon. Consequently, damaging of the cover (5) and/or the compartment (4) remaining open is prevented.

  • the cooling device (1) is a single door refrigerator.
  • the fresh food compartment (14) and the compartment (4) having temperature difference therebetween are used effectively inside the same body (2) by means of the cover (5) ( Figure 1 ).
  • the cover (5) is closed firmly and the compartment (4) air is prevented from mixing into other sections inside the body (2).

Claims (11)

  1. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) comprenant un corps (2), au moins une porte (3) permettant l'accès dans le corps (2), au moins un compartiment (4) disposé à l'intérieur du corps (2) dans lequel des aliments sont placés pour le refroidissement, un couvercle (5) permettant l'accès dans le compartiment (4) et un mécanisme de verrouillage (6) qui permet au couvercle (5) de rester dans la position verrouillée par verrouillage, dans lequel le mécanisme de verrouillage (6) comportant un guide (7) disposé sur le corps (2) de manière à correspondre à un côté du couvercle (5) pendant que le couvercle (5) est fermé, et dans lequel ledit mécanisme de verrouillage (6) comporte un loquet (8) monté rotatif sur le côté du couvercle (5), de telle sorte que ledit loquet (8) passe en arrière du guide (7) en tournant lorsque le couvercle (5) est fermé et empêche ainsi le déplacement du couvercle (5) du corps (2), ledit dispositif de refroidissement étant caractérisé en ce que ledit loquet (8) change le couvercle (5) en une position libre en traversant le guide (7) si le couvercle (5) est tiré vers l'avant quand on souhaite l'ouvrir, et dans lequel ledit loquet (8) et ledit guide (7) présentent des surfaces incurvées qui les font se déplacer facilement l'une sur l'autre.
  2. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le guide (7) étant configuré en forme de triangle avec des coins arrondis de telle sorte que sa base est positionnée pour être presque parallèle à la base du compartiment (4).
  3. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le loquet (8) comprenant une partie de tête (16) qui se déplace sur le guide (7) pendant que le couvercle (5) est ouvert et fermé et une partie concave (17) dans laquelle le guide (7) est logé lorsque le couvercle (5) est fermé.
  4. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le mécanisme de verrouillage (6) comprenant un moyen de sollicitation (9) relié au couvercle (5) d'une extrémité et au loquet (8) de l'autre, en appliquant une pression sur le loquet (8) au moment où le loquet (8) commence à tourner de manière à changer le loquet (8) dans sa position initiale.
  5. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le mécanisme de verrouillage (6) comprenant un élément de support (10) sur lequel sont disposés le loquet (8) et les moyens de sollicitation (9) et un boîtier (11) disposé sur le couvercle (5) et dans lequel l'élément de support (10) est placé.
  6. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par l'élément de support (10) qui est disposé de manière amovible dans le boîtier (11).
  7. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par au moins un moyen d'encliquetage (12) disposé sur l'élément de support (10) et au moins un renfoncement (13) disposé sur le boîtier (11), dans lequel les moyens d'encliquetage (12) sont placé, en prévoyant l'élément de support (10) à être fixé au couvercle (5).
  8. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une saillie élastique (15) disposée sur le côté arrière du guide (7) qui permet de fixer le guide (7) sur le corps (2).
  9. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un couvercle rectangulaire (5) qui s'ouvre et se ferme en tournant autour d'un de ses côtés et le mécanisme de verrouillage (6) disposé sur le côté opposé du couvercle (5) au côté où passe l'axe de rotation.
  10. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le couvercle (5) qui s'ouvre dans la même direction que la porte (3).
  11. Un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le compartiment de congélation étant disposé à la partie supérieure du corps (2), dans lequel des objets à congeler sont placés, un compartiment de produits frais (14) dispose sous le compartiment de congélation (4), dans lequel des objets à refroidir sont placés, un couvercle (5) permettant accès au compartiment de congélation (4) et une porte (3) permettant accès au corps (2).
