    Figure 4 -
Side view with a floor profile, side view of a modular panel and a cross-shaped linking element, and side view of a second modular panel according to variant I
  • Modular panels with connective filling and cross-shaped linking elements for connection of said panels into a prefabricated partition walls are shaped in a way that allows a simple combination of panels into variously shaped walls. A panel 1 consists of a floor metallic profile 11 of a rectangular shape with a rectangular longitudinal groove 111. A rectangular metallic profile 12 with a rectangular longitudinal groove 121 is fastened onto a profile 11 in a rectangular way. On the other side, a rectangular metallic profile 13 with a rectangular longitudinal groove 131 is fastened onto the profile 11. The frame of the panel 1 ends with a profile 14 that is of rectangular shape and has a rectangular groove 141. Between a panel 2 that equals the panel 1 there is arranged a longitudinal cross-shaped linking element 3 having a cross-section in the shape of a cross with equal legs 31, 32, 33 and 34 that are rounded at the end. As the length of the cross-shaped element 3 equals the length of the side walls 12 and 13 of the panel 1 or the panel 2, the side wall 31 of the cross-shaped element 3 is arranged into the groove 131 of the profile 13, and the side wall 33 is arranged into a groove 221 of a profile 22.
  • A floor profile 4 is basically a rectangular metallic profile, preferably made of aluminium, but can also be of PVC, ABS or nylon plastics, and wood, with a rectangular inner strengthening wall 41 along the entire guide 4. In the centre of an upper side wall 42 there is a rib 43 extending along the entire length and being of a rectangular shape and somewhat smaller than the groove 111 in the profile 11 and the groove 211 of the profile 21.
  • The modular partition wall of the invention is assembled as follows: the floor profile 4 is fastened into the floor and the panel 1 and 2 is arranged onto the rib 43 in a way that said rib 43 fits into the groove 111 of the profile 11 and into the groove 211 of the profile 21, wherein the linking element 3 is arranged between the panel 1 and 2. This shape of panels and linking elements provides for a simple assembly and disassembly of partition walls that have smooth surfaces due to the fact that the side walls of the cross-shaped element 3 and those of the grooves 131 of the profile 13 and of the groove 221 of the profile 22 and the rib 43 with the groove 111 of the profile 11 and the groove 211 of the profile 21 perfectly fit each other. The panels 1 and 2 are manufactured by gluing aluminium sheet metal, cold rolled sheet metal, hot rolled sheet metal, stainless (inox) sheet metal, HPL compact panel, kerrock panel, PVC, wood panel, alucobond and/or glass onto previously described frames.
  • Figure 2 shows a combination, in which a groove 111 of the panel 1 is arranged onto the rib 43 of the floor profile 4. One leg of the cross-shaped element 3 is arranged into the groove 141 of the panel 1, whereas the opposite leg is arranged into the groove 211 of the panel 2.
Modular panels with connective filling and cross-shaped linking elements for connection of the panels into prefabricated partition walls according to variant I are shaped in a way to allow for a simple combination into variously shaped walls.
  • A panel 5 consists of a floor metallic profile 51 of a rectangular shape with a rectangular longitudinal groove 511 and ribs 512 and 513 that project from the surface of the basic profile 51. A rectangular metallic profile 52 with a rectangular longitudinal groove 521 and ribs 522 and 523 that project from the surface of the basic profile 52 is fastened onto a profile 51 in a rectangular way. On the other side, a rectangular metallic profile 53 with a rectangular longitudinal groove 531 and ribs 532 and 533 that project from the surface of the basic profile 53 is fastened onto the profile 51. The frame of the panel 5 ends with a profile 54 that is of rectangular shape and has a rectangular groove 541 and ribs 543 and 543 that project from the surface of the basic profile 54. Between a panel 6 that equals the panel 5 there is arranged a longitudinal cross-shaped linking element 7 having a cross-section in the shape of a cross with equal legs 71, 72, 73 and 74 that are rounded at the end. As the length of the cross-shaped element 7 equals the length of the side walls 52 and 53 of the panel 5 or the panel 6, the side wall 71 is arranged into the groove 531, and the side wall 73 is arranged into a groove 621 of a profile 62.
  • A floor profile 8 is basically a rectangular metallic profile, preferably made of aluminium, but can also be of PVC, ABS or nylon plastics, and wood, with a rectangular inner wall 81 along the entire guide 8. In the centre of an upper side wall 82 there is a rib 83 extending along the entire length and being of a rectangular shape and somewhat smaller than the groove 511 in the profile 51 and the groove 611 of the profile 61.
  • The modular partition wall according to variant I is assembled as follows: the floor profile 8 is fastened into the floor and the panel 5 and 6 is arranged onto the rib 83 in a way that said rib 83 fits into the groove 511 of the panel 5 and into the groove 611 of the panel 6, wherein the connecting element 7 is arranged between the panel 5 and 6. This shape of panels and connecting elements provides for a simple assembly and disassembly of partition walls that have smooth surfaces due to the fact that the side walls of the cross-shaped element 7 and those of the grooves 531 of the profile 53 and of the groove 621 of the profile 62 and the rib 83 with the groove 511 of the profile 51 and the groove 611 of the profile 61 perfectly fit each other.
  • The panels 5 and 6 are manufactured in a way that previously described frames are filled with a glass panel glued to ribs 512, 513, 522, 523, 542, 543, 542 and 543. Air is present between two glass panels and some silica gel is added in order to prevent condensation of the glazing panel. The profiles are cut at ends preferably at an angle of 45° and coupled with angular linking profiles or screwed with screws. The frame profile is shaped in a way to prevent contact with the filling, which can be HPL panel, kerrock, wood filling, glass, PVC, alucobond. The filling thus cannot get damaged during the assembly works.
  • Figure 4 shows a combination, in which a groove 511 of the panel 5 is arranged onto the rib 83 of the floor profile 8. One leg of a cross-shaped element 7 is arranged into the groove 541 of the panel 5, whereas the opposite leg is arranged into a groove 911 of a glass panel 9. One leg of another cross-shaped element 7/is arranged into a groove 941 of the panel 9, whereas the opposite leg is arranged into the groove 611 of the panel 6.
  • The frames of panels 5 and 6 can be welded or dry assembled, and glass parts are glued to the frame of panels. Silica gel is filled in the interior chambers of the frame and prevents condensation of the gap between the glasses. These elements together form a transparent panel. By combining basic panels that may be transparent or not transparent and the cross-shaped linking element a wall can be tailored to the needs of clients and adapted to the shape of rooms. Due to clean contact surfaces and mechanical adaptation of floor profiles, connecting elements and panels the walls are somewhat flexible, and the whole assembly process runs smoothly. All surfaces and contacts are level, which contributes to a simple and highly hygienic cleaning if required. An advantage of the solution of the invention lies in the fact that dry assembly panels do not adhere one to another.
  • The system of cross linking of modular partition panels contributes to a simple installation, precise assembly and the panels are arranged in a straight line. The system of cross linking defines an equal and the same gap between panels on all contact spots, which gaps are a space for a sealing mass. The system of cross linking provides for a simple disassembly of individual panels, a subsequent servicing and re-assembly. The system of the invention can be used to construct and partition the rooms, such as cooling chambers, offices, operating rooms, clean rooms in pharmaceutical, electric, food, chemical industries, nano production and/or hospitals. The system is also applicable outside provided that suitable resistant sealants are used.
