Claims (8)

  1. System von vorgefertigten Trennwänden umfassend modulare Paneele (1, 2, 5, 6, 9) mit Verbindungsfüllstoff und Verbindungselementen (3, 4, 7, 8), wobei jedes modulare Paneel umfasst:
    - einen Rahmen aufweisend:
    - Seitenprofile (12, 13, 22, 23, 52, 53, 62) mit Nuten (121, 131, 221, 231, 521, 531, 621);
    - ein Bodenprofil (11, 21, 51, 61, 91) mit einer Nut (111, 211, 511, 611, 911);
    - ein Oberprofil (14, 24, 54, 94) mit einer Nut (141, 241, 541, 941);
    wobei die Seiten-, Boden- und Oberprofile (11-14, 21-24, 51-54, 61, 62, 91, 94) der modularen Paneele aus Metall sind;
    wobei die Verbindungselemente (3, 4, 7, 8):
    - Fußbodenführungen (4, 8); und
    - Verbindungselemente (3, 7) aus Metall mit kreuzförmigem Querschnitt mit Seitenwänden (31, 33, 71, 73)
    umfassen;
    und wobei die gegenseitige Verbindung der modularen Paneele durch das Dazwischenstellen von Verbindungselementen (3, 7) zwischen den modularen Paneelen derart ausgeführt ist, dass die Seitenwände (31, 33, 71, 73) der Verbindungselemente (3, 7) in die Nuten der Seiten-, Boden- und Oberprofilen eingreifen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Fußbodenführungen (4, 8) aus Metall und mit einer Rippe (43, 83) längs der Mitte versehen sind und
    - die modularen Paneele auf die Fußbodenführung (4, 8) mit der Rippe (43, 83) derart anbringbar sind, dass die Rippe (43, 83) in die Nut (111, 211, 511, 611, 911) des Bodenprofils (11, 21, 51, 61, 91) eingreift.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die modularen Paneele (1) einen Rahmen mit einem Bodenprofil (11, 21), Seitenprofilen (12, 22, 13, 23) und einem obigen Bodenprofil (14) umfassen, wobei jedes Profil (11-14) rechteckförmig ist und eine rechteckige längliche Nut (111, 121, 131, 141) aufweist, womit das Seitenprofil (12) senkrecht an einem Ende des Bodenprofils (11) und das Seitenprofil (13) senkrecht am anderen Ende des Profils (11) befestigt ist;
    - zwischen zwei ähnlichen modularen Paneelen (1, 2) ein längliches kreuzförmiges Verbindungselement (3) angebracht ist, das einen kreuzförmigen Querschnitt mit identischen Schenkeln (31, 32, 33 und 34) aufweist, die an deren Enden gerundet sind, und dessen Länge der Länge der Seitenwände (12 und 13) des modularen Paneels (1, 2) entspricht und wobei die Seitenwand (31) des kreuzförmigen Verbindungselements (3) in der Nut (131) des Profils (13) und die Seitenwand (33) in der Nut (221) des Profils (22) angebracht ist;
    - die Fußbodenführung (4) im Wesentlichen ein rechteckiges Metallprofil mit einer rechteckigen inneren Verstärkungswand (41) längs der ganzen Führung (4) ist, welches Profil in der Mitte seiner Oberseite (42) und längs der ganzen Länge eine rechteckige Rippe (43) aufweist, die ein wenig kleiner ist als die Nut (111) des Profils (11) und die Nut (211) des Profils (21);
    - die modulare Trennwand derart zusammengebaut wird, dass die Fußbodenführung (4) in den Boden befestigt wird und die Paneele (1 und 2) auf die Rippe (43) derart angebracht werden, dass die genannte Rippe (43) in die Nut (111) des Profils (11) und in die Nut (211) des Profils (21) des Paneels (2) eingreift, wobei das Verbindungselement (3) zwischen den Paneelen (1, 2) angebracht wird;
    - die Oberflächen flach sind, um ein genaues Ineinandergreifen der Seitenwände (31, 32) des Verbindungselements (3) und der Nuten (131) des Profils (13) sowie der Nut (221) des Profils (22) und der Rippe (43) mit der Nut (111) des Profils (11) des Paneels (1) sowie der Nut (211) des Profils (21) des Paneels (2) zu ermöglichen.
  3. System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Nut (111) des Paneels (1) auf die Rippe (43) der Fußbodenführung (4) angebracht wird; dass eine Seitenwand des Verbindungselements (3) in der Nut (141) des Paneels (1) angebracht wird, wohingegen die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand in der Nut (211) des Paneels (2) angebracht wird.
  4. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die modularen Paneele (5, 6) einen Rahmen mit einem Bodenprofil (51, 61), Seitenprofilen (52, 62, 53) und einem Obenprofil (54) umfassen, wobei jedes Profil (51-54, 61, 62) rechteckförmig ist, eine rechteckige längliche Nut (511, 521, 531, 541) sowie Rippen (512, 513, 522, 523, 532, 534, 542, 544) aufweist, die aus der Profiloberfläche hinausragen, womit das Seitenprofil (52) senkrecht an einem Ende des Bodenprofils (51) und das Seitenprofil (53) senkrecht am anderen Ende des Profils (51) befestigt ist;
    - zwischen zwei ähnlichen modularen Paneelen (5, 6) ein längliches kreuzförmiges Verbindungselement (7) angebracht ist, das einen kreuzförmigen Querschnitt mit identischen Seitenwänden (71, 72, 73 und 74) aufweist, die an deren Enden gerundet sind, und dessen Länge der Länge der Seitenwände (52 und 53) des modularen Paneels (5, 6) entspricht und wobei die Seitenwand (71) in der Nut (531) des Profils (53) und die Seitenwand (73) in der Nut (621) des Profils (62) angebracht ist;
    - Glaspaneele auf den Rippen (512, 513, 522, 523, 542, 543, 542 und 543) aufgeklebt sind;
    - zwischen zwei Glaspaneelen Luft und ein wenig Silikagel vorhanden sind, um das Kondensieren der Glaspaneele zu vermeiden;
    - die Fußbodenführung (8) im Wesentlichen ein rechteckiges Metallprofil mit einer rechteckigen Innenwand (81) längs der ganzen Führung (8) ist, welches Profil in der Mitte seiner Oberseite (82) und längs der ganzen Länge eine rechteckige Rippe (83) aufweist, die ein wenig kleiner ist als die Nut (511) im Profil (51) und die Nut (611) des Profils (61);
    - die modulare Trennwand derart zusammengebaut wird, dass die Fußbodenführung (8) in den Boden befestigt wird und die Paneele (5 und 6) auf die Rippe (83) derart angebracht werden, dass die genannte Rippe (83) in die Nut (511) des Profils (51) und in die Nut (611) des Profils (61) eingreift, wobei das Verbindungselement (7) zwischen den Paneelen (5 und 6) angebracht wird;
    - die Oberflächen der Wände flach sind, um ein genaues Ineinandergreifen der Seitenwände (71, 72) des Verbindungselements (7) und der Nuten (531) des Profils (53) sowie der Nut (621) des Profils (62) und der Rippe (83) mit der Nut (511) des Profils (51) sowie der Nut (611) des Profils (61) zu ermöglichen.
  5. System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (51-54, 61, 62) an deren Enden bevorzugt unter einem Winkel von 45° geschnitten und mit Winkelverbindungsprofilen gekoppelt werden.
  6. System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (511) des Paneels (5) auf der Rippe (83) der Fußbodenführung (8) angebracht ist; dass eine Seitenwand des Verbindungselements (7) in der Nut (541) des Paneels (5) angebracht ist, wohingegen die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand in der Nut (911) des modularen Paneels (9) angebracht ist; und dass eine Seitenwand des anderen Verbindungselements (7) in der Nut (941) des Paneels (9) angebracht ist, wohingegen die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand in der Nut (611) des Paneels (6) angebracht ist.
  7. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Paneel Metallprofile umfasst, bevorzugt Aluminiumprofile, oder dass es aus PVC, ABS oder Nylon-Kunststoff oder Holz gefertigte Profile umfasst.
  8. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die modularen Paneele mit Aluminiumblech, kaltgewalztem Blech, heißgewalztem Blech, Inoxblech, HPL-Kompaktpaneel, Kerrockpaneel, PVC, Holzpaneel, Alucobond und/oder Glas versehen sind, die auf die Rahmen aufgeklebt sind.
