Description

SYSTEM OF SNAP IN EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM PROFILES FOR ASSEMBLING ALUMINIUM MODULAR BOARD AND PROCESS FOR ASSEMBLING ALUMINIUM MODULAR BOARD
Technical Field The scope of the invention is a system of snap in aluminium extruded profiles for assembling the aluminium modular board and process of assembling the aluminium modular board, of which various elements in civil engineering and aluminium furniture industry are manufactured. The invention particularly refers to the achieved forming the aluminium modular board by using snap in aluminium extruded profiles that are interconnected in a modular raster without using connecting elements. For defining its final requested dimension, connection elements are used, which upon final forming remain invisible on external surfaces and their edges, as well as on - depending on requested type - applied horizontal or Z-aluminium crossbars. The invention belongs preferably to the field of technique applied in civil engineering under the title aluminium locksmithing ware and in the narrower sense it belongs to the system of protection and darkening the object under the name Nenetian blinds, shutters, or similar, as well as to the field of technique used in the furniture industry for manufacturing aluminium furniture.
Technical problems Closing the window and door openings on houses of various types and for various purposes has been performed for centuries by means of wooden full wings made of logged boards in modular system of various widths and thicknesses. Such a type of wooden wing developed out of the need for safety protection of the object, as well as the need for darkening the internal space. By the form it is similar worldwide and very numerous in application. It is particularly specific for Mediterranean countries, however also for mountain areas. Such a form of grooved board has been used for manufacturing furniture also. As the time passes, wooden elements rot and deteriorate and for maintenance of their quality, permanent renovation is necessary. The form of modular grooved board in architectural-building sense has been protected in many cities and places worldwide as the wing for closing the opening and thus it was necessary to develop an adequate replacing element formed in the same way, however by quality better, with long life and as little need for maintenance as possible and already for a long time now the use of modern materials started, that were firstly based on plastic materials and then on aluminium as well. The invention provides the solution of manufacturing the modular board made of aluminium extruded profiles that are thermally processed and finally they are processed by lacquering with plasticized powder in all RAL-colours or anodized by a classic system or in special process to obtain the appearance similar to the selection, to any type of wood and by its external appearance and optics it fully replaces the traditional grooved wooden board, whereby the quality and durability exceeds by far all other materials. Background State of Technology On the market of protection wings of a type of modular grooved board for building in openings of windows and doors on objects with additional function of darkening as well, there are many producers who developed that product, however mainly, in addition to traditional wooden material, mostly out of plastic materials PNC-profiles or prefabricated panels or of prefabricated aluminium sheet-metal plates or aluminium panels. Aluminium as the material and because of its price which is higher than the price of other materials in this sphere, is used for manufacturing the similar products only by some of producers of aluminium extruded profiles, and to some larger extend by producers of aluminium prefabricated panels. Systems that are today offered on the market consist mainly of using the frame aluminium extruded profiles and filling of a type of aluminium sheet-metal prefabricated panel. Producers producing aluminium wings of a type of modular board completely of extruded aluminium profiles have usually solutions with aluminium profiles in H-form, which are finally through U-profiles connected with visible screws or other connecting elements and some use also the process of electric welding. Such solutions are after final processing usually optically rather bad. The use of frame or U-profile is usually used for covering the vertical and horizontal cut of a profile, in order that the aluminium board could be produced for a necessary constructional opening, i.e. to the necessary dimension. Substance of the Invention For the system of snap in aluminium extruded profiles for assembling the aluminium modular board it is important that it is constructed in a way, that profiles intersnap and interhold regardless of the length of a profile and their direction of forming vertical or horizontal modular raster. The modular raster means each equal axis distance of obtained N-profilation (groove) upon assembling the aluminium board. For interconnection of snap in aluminium extruded profiles in the modular system, no connecting elements are necessary. Such a connection of single aluminium profiles into a system of more profiles called aluminium modular board enables them to be further machine cut in a piece as a whole board or otherwise processed as the whole, which significantly accelerates the production process itself. It is essential, that the assembly of such a system of aluminium modular boards is intended for industrial production and all profile construction elements and connection of them are constructed for complete machine production and processing of aluminium board elements. By that, the better economic effect of the final product is achieved. For system constructed in such a way it is important, that the pre-processing of profiles and final processing can be performed with equal quality by processing profiles separately or in completely assembled form. It is also important to emphasize that on the completely finished element of the aluminium modular board produced in such a way, any and all connecting elements as e.g. screws, are invisible.
Short Descriptions of Figures Figure 1 shows designs of all assembling snap in aluminium extruded profiles that could be applied in assembling the aluminium modular board and which profiles shall be chosen for assembling the required dimension depends on the dimension itself and other requirements of the final customer. Figure 2 shows most frequently on the market demanded types of aluminium modular board used for manufacturing wings for closing constructional openings for which as basic types this system of assembling snap in aluminium extruded profiles is constructed. Figure 7 shows a building situation when it is necessary, in addition to a basic profiles' system, to build in fold-over profiles on wings in order to close openings between two wings or the wing and the wall in a building opening and provides the illustration of types of fold-over profiles at building in the wing made of modular boards with building in compensation profiles. Figure 8 shows internal connecting elements for assembling the aluminium modular board made of snap in aluminium profiles. Figure 9 shows various combinations of systems with various types of aluminium extruded snap in profiles for assembling the aluminium modular board for manufacturing each desired dimension.
Description of the Invention and Application of the Invention A system of snap in aluminium extruded profiles for assembling the aluminium modular board of which - besides wings for closing building openings for windows and doors on objects - there are produced also aluminium modular boards for application in furniture industry and wider. It is constructed for manufacturing the same, preferably of alumi ivun extruded profiles, however using special moulds and of any other adequate material produced in the similar way. Contrary to many similar systems of modular boards on the market, this system is assembled of snap in aluminium extruded profiles with invisible internal connecting elements, which provides, with additional profilation of all edges characteristic for traditional details in wood, very high optical value. Herein further there is the description of the embodiment and application of the invention by means of description of single illustrations, which are the part of the complete description. Description of Figure 1 The Figure 1 shows designs of a basic series of aluminium extruded snap in profiles with use of which any dimension of aluminium modular board may be solved. The constructional system of shown snap in aluminium extruded profiles is constructed on the axis basic modular width of a raster of the aluminium modular board of 77,5 mm and profile thickness, i.e. thickness of aluminium modular board of 28,0 mm and is intended for folding-over the aluminium modular board with the raster in vertical sense, as well as for folding over the aluminium modular board made of aluminium profile with the raster in horizontal sense. Type A, type B and type C - are aluminium extruded profiles with single raster and constructed for axis raster of modular board of 77,5 mm. Constructionally, with their ends they are adjusted to snapping in profiles one into the other. We distinguish the following types of snap in profiles: Type A is a snap in aluminium extruded profile constructed in such a way, that in the system it is always the end left or right profile and has one blind side No. 3 with 3a with special profilation on the external part of a profile and with 3b internal semiencirclable grip for self-cutting screw and the other side No. 1 is constructed for acceptance of pliers of the next type of profile with la pliers acceptance place from the other profile and with lb internal semiencirleable grip for self-cutting screw. Profile of type A has a fixed dimension. Type B is a snap in aluminium extruded profile constructed in such a way that on both sides it has ends like pliers No. 2, by which it snaps in other profiles having contrary mounts for its tops 2a, to which it gets hooked. In such a way stuck profiles may be disassembled only by force. On one side it has a semiencirclable grip 2b for acceptance of self-cutting screw. This type is intended for change of the acceptance direction of other profiles, as well, i.e. it has both negative sides or so to say, male sides. Profile of type B has a fixed dimension. Type C - is a snap in aluminium profile, where it could be spoken of the even No. 2 and odd No. 1 sides of a profile or so to say male-female, constructed in a way that on one side it has ends like pliers 2a and on the other side No. 1 it is constructed for acceptance of pliers from the other profile, so that tops of pliers get hooked in specially constructed grooves la and has also a semiencirclable grip for a self-cutting screw lb. Such an connection could be disconnected only by violent vertical (longitudinal) slipping of the profile out of the other, when they are not finally assembled into the aluminium board system, whereas in horizontal (transversal) sense they could be disconnected only by violent pulling. Profile C has a fixed dimension. Type D - is a snap in aluminium profile constructed in the length of double raster, and on the board surface it visually appears as 2 x type C, whereas the internal chamber is constructed in the length of two axis rasters and ends of a profile D are the same as in type C on one side with pliers No. 2 (2a and 2b) and on the other side there is a special accepting element with grooves for pliers No. 1 (la and lb). Profile of type D has even and odd side, or so to say female and male side. Profiles of types A, B, C and D have always defined dimensions with constructed system for snapping one profile into the other No. 2 and acceptance of snapping No. 1. Except type A; type B, type C and type D, they have two horizontal trusses each, that fasten each profile transversally and on one of trusses there is always constructed a semiclamp for acceptance of self-cutting screw for aluminium. Type A comes always as the end profile and has such a semiclamp along the internal part of so called blind wall, as well as on the horizontal truss. Profile types E and F are so called compensatory profiles, intended for solving requirements for dimension of aluminium modular board which is larger or smaller than possible multiple of number of fixed modules, i.e. axis raster with profile of one or more x 77,5 mm. The minimum width of one profile can not be reduced to lesser than 40 mm nor maximum width of one profile can be increased for more than 40 mm. Type E - is a compensatory aluminium extruded profile constructed with one end for acceptance of snap in profiles No. 1 (la and lb) of constant raster of types B, C and D, and on the contrary side it has the U-shaped opening profile No. 5 having bilaterally teeth 5a intended for acceptance of its folding profiles, profiles of type H or type M or type N or type s. Function of so called teeth 5 a is to enable proper longitudinal narrowing or profile to required dimension. Profile of type E is narrowed by longitudinal cutting for (-5 mm), so that its minimum width remains 40 mm. On both described sides it has constructed semiclamp 5b and lb for self-cutting screw. Type F - is compensatory aluminium extruded profile, in all points identical to the aluminium profile of type E, except that its constructional length is dimensioned in such a way, that after narrowing, its axis modular standard width shall be equal to 77,5 mm. its folding profiles are snap in profile of type H or type m or type N or type S. Type H -is a snap in folding aluminium extruded profile, which is, as already described, intended for closing longitudinally narrowed compensating profiles of type E and type F. It is constructed in a way that without any connecting element snaps in 7a in - for that purpose - foreseen grooves 5a of profile of a type E or profile of a type F and it is profilated as a lath similar to a wooden one with its border profilations in which on opposite sides has one tooth .6b by which sidewise also millimetrically encircles profiles of type E or type F, covering their longitudinal cut. It should be mentioned that this covering is not important in final processing of profiles but in already assembled in the aluminium board, however it is very important in covering the longitudinal cut of a profile in previously finally processed, e.g. lacquered single profiles which are assembled into the aluminium board. Type G - is a snap in aluminium extruded profile having similar intention as the profile of type H, however it is always assembled through the profile of type X which is then folding over 6a. External profilation of aluminium profile 6b of type G is the same as in external profilation of a profile of type H, because when the profile of type H closes a vertical border side of the aluminium modular board, the profile of type G closes horizontally the border side of aluminium modular board. These two types of profiles of type G and type H are joined together rectangularly on external edges of the board, whereas their border details are cut under the angle of 45°, in order to extend continuously on each edge of the board. So called border teeth 6b of the aluminium profile of type G include horizontal cut through the aluminium modular board, i.e. external edges of transversal cut through horizontal system of snap in aluminium profiles. Type X - is extruded aluminium profile, constructed as horizontal binder for a system of transversally cut snap in profiles, already assembled in the aluminium modular board. Profile of type X is in its axis perforated for possible making a symmetrical line of holes corresponding to semiencirclable reinforcements on horizontal crossbars of profile of type A or type E or type F and profile of type B, of type C and type D. These holes are arranged for the purpose of connecting all profiles in the system, horizontally, by means of self-cutting countersunk-head screws. Profile of type C is the internal profile. Final processing for it is not necessary. It could remain in raw state, as it will be completely protected from external influences by closing with closing profile of type G. All screws that through the profile X connected profile in a modular system, remain invisible, because they are covered with snap in closing profile of type G. Type I, type J, type K - are aluminium extruded profiles, always assembled in the system of type K and type I and type L and type J and serve as application on already assembled aluminium modular board and have the shape of horizontal crossbars or are shaped as a Z-crossbar. Except forming role, these systems may have also additional function of rigidity of the aluminium modular board, resp. opposite binder for assembling a necessary reinforcement, when using aluminium modular board for example for wings on building openings. Type K is always a underlying profile, fastened by screws to a required position on the aluminium modular board horizontally or in Z-form. After fastening, to the profile K on a groove No. 10 there are sideways assembled plugs made and profiled out of the profile of type L. Type L - is the aluminium extruded profile for manufacturing plugs that are laterally pushed into - for that purpose arranged - lateral grooves No. 10 on the profile of type K and by screws through a part l ib they are fastened to the internal side of a profile K, whereas a part of a profile 1 la has the function to close the upper slot of the system of profiles I and K. Type I - is the aluminium extruded profile that always snaps in with No. 9, i.e. it serves as a cover on the underlying arranged profile of type K and has a specially profiled edge 9a. Type J - is the aluminium extruded profile that always snaps in No. 9, i.e. covers for example the slantingly arranged profile of type K and stucks between horizontally arranged crossbars. A profile J remains thus borderly covered with aluminium profile of type I, which is for the reason of preventing water and dust to come into the profile of type J, higher for about 5,5 mm. It has specially profiled edge 9a. Type M - is the folding over aluminium extruded profile applied at mutual distance 6-13 mm of two aluminium modular boards. It is constructed as snap in profile. In case of its use it fully substitutes a profile of type H. All other its characteristics are similar to the description of profile of type H. Its folding over part is constructed in such a way, that on the part by which it leans against the other modular board, it has a groove 13a for the sealing having the task that the profile adheres well to the other modular board and added piece No.12 with which it overlaps the profile to which it snaps in. Type N - is the folding over aluminium extruded profile constructed to fold over the distance for example between the lateral side of the aluminium modular board and vertical opening in the wall. In case of its application it completely replaces the profile of type H. All other its characteristics are similar to the description of profile of type H. Its folding over part No.14 is constructed with two grooves, of which 14a is for sealing and 14b for stiffening (f. eg. by the angular connector). Type O - is the folding over aluminium extruded profile, constructed to fold over the distance for example between the aluminium modular board and other type of surface, for example of horizontal opening in the wall in case of window and door wings or any developed distance of 5 to 8 mm. In case of its application it completely replaces the profile of type G, i.e. it snaps on the connecting profile of type X and fully covers it. Its folding over part is constructed in the same way as in the profile of type N. Type P and type R - are folding over aluminium extruded profiles, having also the task of folding over the developed distances between aluminium modular boards or generally a distance and are constructed for application with the profile of type A. Only these types, type P and type R are not constructed to snap on profile A, but, because of their anticipated less frequent use, they are fastened by screws to a vertical external side of the profile A. Type P - is the folding over aluminium extruded profile applied at folding over a mutual distance of 6-13 mm of two modular boards and is built in by screwing through a part of profile No. 13 to the profile of type A and folds over the profile of type A with a part 13b, whereas with the other part it folds over the pushed apart modular board, leaning against it through the gasket for building in of which the groove 13a is constructed. Type R - is the folding over aluminium extruded profile constructed to fold over the distance of 5-8 mm between one modular board and other type of surface, e.g. the wall and is built in by screwing through the part 15 to the profile A and with a part of the profile 14 it folds over the distance and leans against the other surface through the gasket for building in of which the groove 14a is constructed and for building in the bracing, i.e. angular connector, if any, the groove 14b. In other words, folding over profiles of type M, type N, type O, type P and type R have constructed groove for pulling in a special gasket that should absorb all shocks, resulting from folding over - for example - to a wing or wall or some other surface. Type S - is the folding over aluminium extruded profile constructed for folding over the distance of width from 1 to 20 mm between two modular boards without building in the gasket No. 17. The profile has all other elements characteristic for snap in profiles 7a and 6b, as well as the detail of folding over No. 16 by which it folds over the profile E or profile F to which it snaps in. Description of Figure 2 Figure 2 shows the aluminium modular board and some of possible applications I, II and III. As the example, on Fig. 2 there are shown wings for protection and darkening, i.e. closing building openings. The illustration gives three most frequently used types of wings made of such modular boards. Description of Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 Figure 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 3 show basic ways of assembling the aluminium modular board. Fig. 2 shows three most frequent types I, II and III of modular boards for window and door wings. Description of types of aluminium profiles is enclosed to each drawing of assembling system shown left and right from final appearance of assembled type of modular board shown by drawing in the middle. On the left side, it is always given the system of assembling the board by using the proper raster, i.e. by application of building in the profile of type A laterally, whereas right from the central position of the drawing of appearance of finally produces type of aluminium modular board, it is given the drawing of the way of assembling profiles by the use of compensatory profiles of type E or type F. Compensational difference in the width of the board may be solved by building in one or the other type of profiles (of type E or type F) or with two profiles of the same type, for example of type E or by building in one and the other type, of type E and type F, which is illustrated on Fig. 9 also, that gives the illustration of horizontal cross-section through various possibility of assembling snap in systems of aluminium profiles into the aluminium modular board. The width of aluminium modular board depends on the use of type of profiles and their multiple uses in the required system. It should be mentioned, that the profile of type A is constructed as by weight lighter replacement for the system of a profile of type E in its production measure without narrowing and its closing profile of type H. Description of Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 Figure 6 and Figure 7 illustrate the application of aluminium modular board as building element of double system of protection of opening with building in all necessary folding over profiles. For Figure 6, in addition to building in the profile A into the system, there are shown in function folding over profiles of type O, type P and type R and on Fig. 7 beside building in the profile of type E or type F, there are shown folding over profiles of type O, type M and type N in function. The shown systems of building in folding over profiles are applied also to all other types of wings, as well as for other applications of folding aluminium modular board. Description of Fig. 8 Figure 8 illustrated details of forming the width of a groove in the system of assembling aluminium modular board out of snap in aluminium profiles. A standard groove giving the set axis raster of modular aluminium board to be assembled is V-shaped with distance between end points with continuous width of 5 mm. By building in adequate, for this constructional system specially shaped distance internal plugs γ1-6, i.e. various lengths of plugs with 1mm increment each from 1-6 mm, made of special plastic material resistant to temperature exceeding 400°C, there is achieved a new shaping groove on the aluminium modular board in form of so called stretched letter V, where its end points could achieve the distance of 5-11 mm. In case of choosing the groove with the form of stretched type of letter V, a system of snap in profiles for manufacturing the aluminium modular board could be made only of profiles of a mono- raster type, whereas the aluminium profile of type D can not be used, as it has the fixed permanent medium groove in form of a normal N-letter. Grooves of stretched type of N-letter may also serve for compensation of smaller differences in the requirement for the need of forming the aluminium modular board of various width of multiple defined by axis distance of modular system which makes the basis for construction of shown types of aluminium profiles of this system. By building in distance plugs, there are achieved not only by shape various types of grooves and not only depending on a selected width of the groove of change of dimensions of the axis modular system, but by its building in it is prevented possible slipping out at large lengths of aluminium profiles, in vertical sense mutually snapped in profiles. For a standard N-shaped groove, there are used plugs of type α for profiles of type E and type F and plugs of type β among connections of other profiles e.g. of type A and B, type A and C, type A and D, type B and C, type B and D, type B and D, type B and E, type B and F. type C and C, type C and D, type C and e, type and F, type D and D, type D and E, type D and F. The same shape of plugs with axis longitudinal hole 0 6 mm is also built in places of possible need for building in threaded aluminium crossbars for tightening assembled snap in profiles in horizontal direction. At higher heights or lengths of aluminium modular boards, in the middle of the board it should be built in at least one threaded aluminium crossbar.
Description of Fig. 9 Fig. 9 shows the selection of various types of snap in aluminium extruded profiles for solution of various widths of aluminium modular boards. Each width of the aluminium modular board may be solved by the selection of at minimum two types of profiles, i.e. by application of a multiple of same profiles. In such a way, regarding requirements for bearing capacity and type of building in, there may be selected a more economic, i.e. lighter system of profiles or more stable, firmer, however heavier form of the aluminium modular board. As shown by this Figure, the selection is very large. Particularities of the Invention Particularities of this invention result from constructional solution of snap in profiles system, that provide very effective solution for industrial production of aluminium modular board, which applicability may be in various dimensions for various purposes. The particularity of this invention is in the design solution of profiles, to which a special border profilation is given, which in final processing provides an additional accent to a total appearance of real board, although it is a question of aluminium extruded profiles. The particularity of the invention is also the solution of border profiles of a board which are by shape similar to wooden laths with border profilations and at the same time the system of screw connecting elements, as well as profiles serving as horizontal binder, is invisible and thus protected from influence of external factors. The particularity of the invention is also the possibility of connecting raw profiles into the system of aluminium modular board with horizontal binders, i.e. profile of type X which because of its narrower width than total width of a profile, enable good outflow of liquid during a preliminary processing before final processing, for example ba lacquering with plasticized powder in colour. Closing profiles of type G and type H are lacquered with the same colour separately whereupon they are covered. In such a way processed aluminium board has a pure and quality appearance. The particularity of the invention are also invisibly built in aluminium plugs that close lateral sides of so called aluminium crossbars which are applied i.e. additionally built in the aluminium modular board. The particularity of the invention are also special plugs shown in description to Fig. No. 8. The particularity of the invention is also in application of double modular profile of type D replacing building in 2 one-raster profiles, by which total weight of the aluminium modular board is significantly lighter. The particularity of the invention is in possibility of developing computer programs for calculation of necessary profiles for manufacturing the aluminium modular board and for production management, by development of operation programs for various machine operations in production of the described aluminium modular board.
