Claims (14)

  1. Pod (1) for preparing an infused beverage, with the pod (1) comprising:
    - a flexible and permeable envelope (2) which surrounds a volume (2a) containing a substance (1a) to be infused,
    characterised in that the pod further comprises:
    - a means (3) for channelling a liquid extending into the envelope (2) in order to convey the liquid thereto, and having in said volume at least one passage (6) for bringing the liquid to the substance (1a) to be infused, said passage (6) laterally deviating the liquid with respect to a main direction (14) of extending of the means for channelling (3), and
    - elements for fastening (24) adapted to be removably fastened to complementary means (25) of connection provided on a machine (50) for preparing beverages in order to maintain therein said element for fastening.
  2. Pod (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the means for channelling (3) has a meshed structure.
  3. Pod (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the means for channelling (3) has a wall (5) comprising said passage (6), which is oriented transversally with respect to the main direction of extending of the means for channelling (3) in such a way as to deviate at least a portion of the liquid laterally.
  4. Pod (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the means for channelling (3) comprise a tube (10) made of a material that is more rigid than that of the flexible envelope (2).
  5. Pod (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the means for channelling (3) and the flexible envelope (2) are two separate parts linked together by at least one means for fastening.
  6. Pod (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the means for fastening comprise an intermediate part (11, 11') arranged between the flexible envelope (2) and the means for channelling (3), which is carried by the intermediate part (11, 11') which is fastened to the flexible envelope (2) and is more rigid or as flexible as the flexible envelope (2).
  7. Pod (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the means for channelling (3) and the flexible envelope (2) are separated from one another by an intermediate part (11, 11') formed in a single part with the means for channelling (3).
  8. Pod (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the flexible envelope (2) is formed:
    - of a single flexible sheet (16) formed in a pocket, or,
    - is formed of several flexible sheets (16, 16') assembled at their edges (21) in order to allow the envelope (2) to be flattened out as well as developed in volume.
  9. Pod (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the flexible envelope (2) has:
    - one or several folds (17) for a transversal volume deployment with respect to the direction (14) according to which the means for channelling (3) extends or;
    - several folds (17) wound in a conditioned state of the pod (1).
  10. Pod (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the flexible envelope (2) is comprised of a filtering material that prevents the passing of the substance (1a) while still allowing the liquid to pass.
  11. Assembly (60) for preparing an infused beverage comprising:
    - a pod (1) as claimed in any preceding claim, and,
    - said machine (50) for preparing beverages.
  12. Assembly (60) for preparing an infused beverage comprising:
    - a pod (1) for preparing an infused beverage, with the pod (1) comprising a flexible and permeable envelope (2) that surrounds a volume (2a) containing a substance (1a) to be infused,
    - a machine (50) for preparing a beverage,
    with the assembly being characterised in that the pod comprises:
    - an orifice (30) for receiving a means for channelling a liquid arranged on the machine for preparing a beverage in such a way that the means for channelling (300) extend inside the volume of the envelope (2) in order to convey the liquid thereto, and has in said volume at least one passage (6) for bringing the liquid to the substance (1a) to be infused, said passage (6) laterally deviating the liquid with respect to a main direction (14) of extending the means for channelling (300), and
    - fastening elements (24) suitable for being removably fixed to additional means (25) of connection provided on a machine (50) for preparing a beverage in order to maintain therein said fastening elements.
  13. Assembly (60) according to claim 12, characterised in that the orifice (30) is arranged in the intermediary part (11, 11').
  14. Assembly according to one of claims 12 and 13, characterised in that the pod is fastened below a connection zone (33) of the machine comprising the means for channelling (300), with the substance to be infused located in the portion below said means for channelling (300).
