- an angle between the seventh and eighth inelastic bands 1204, 1208 can be substantially a right angle, although other angles are also possible.
- an end of the eighth inelastic band 1208 couples to a side of the seventh inelastic band 1204.
- an end of the seventh band 1204 can couple to a side of the eighth inelastic band 1208.
- both bands can have an angled end such that the angled ends couple to each other much like edges of a picture frame fit together.
- All inelastic bands and the load distribution ring 1224 are secured to or coupled atop the base layer 1202 thus forming a single layer or alternatively a second layer of the shirt 1200.
- Each inelastic band can have parallel edges, or as illustrated, can have tapered edges wherein the width of one end of a band is greater than a width of the other end.
- VELCRO straps, D-ring connectors, or some other adjustment means can be used to shorten or lengthen any of the one or more bands that couple to, or are anchored by, the load distribution ring 912.
- different portions of the inelastic band 916 can be connected to the load distribution ring 912 to increase or decrease the tension of the inelastic band 916 just as a belt is shortened or lengthened.
- the adjustability of any one or more of the bands also allows customization of the level of support provided by the shorts 900 to the gluteus maxims muscle as well as control of hip abduction and extension and posterior tipping of the pelvis.
- the various shorts and shirts herein described can be combined into what will be referred to as a one-piece garment.
- the combination of shorts and a shirt can be made possible via a connecting mechanism such as the connecting mechanisms 800 in FIG. 8A and connecting mechanisms 801 in FIG. 8B .
- the shorts and shirt can be manufactured from a single base layer having various inelastic and elastic bands coupled atop the base layer.
- the shorts and shirt can be manufactured separately and then sewn together at a waist portion 914 of the shorts and a bottom portion of the shirt 1200.
- the continuous elastic band 402 can comprise three different bands that all meet at the load distribution ring 414.
- the three separate bands can be connected under the load distribution ring 414 or can merely connect to the load distribution ring 414 and otherwise be separated from each other. Straps, D-ring connectors, or some other adjustment means can be used to shorten or lengthen any of the one or more bands that couple to, or are anchored by, the load distribution ring 414.
- different portions of the continuous elastic band 402 can be connected to the load distribution ring 414 to increase or decrease the tension of the continuous elastic band 402 just as a belt is shortened or lengthened.
- the adjustability of the three straps also allows customization of the level of support provided by the shorts 400 to the gluteus maxims muscle as well as control of hip abduction and extension and posterior tipping of the pelvis.
- the present disclosure provides, among other things, a method, system, and apparatus for clothing that replicates or compensates for a weakened or exhausted gluteus maxims.

Claims (10)
- Bekleidungsstück (900) aufweisend:eine Grundlage (901) mit einem rechten Beinabschnitt (902) und einem linken Beinabschnitt (904), wobei die Grundlage (901) eine erste Elastizität hat;einen Lastverteilungsring (912), der nahe eines vorderen Taillenabschnitts (914) des Bekleidungsstücks (900) angeordnet ist und eine zweite Elastizität hat, die geringer ist als die erste Elastizität;ein laterales elastisches Band (906), das um das Bekleidungsstück (900) nahe dem Taillenabschnitt (914) des Bekleidungsstücks (900) geschlungen ist und über die Grundlage (901) gesichert ist, wobei das laterale elastische Band (906) diskontinuierlich ist und zwei Enden hat, wobei die zwei Enden mit dem Lastverteilungsring (912) gekoppelt sind, wobei das laterale elastische Band (906) eine dritte Elastizität hat;ein erstes diagonales elastisches Band (908), das mit dem Lastverteilungsring (912) gekoppelt ist und sich in einem Winkel nach unten und von dem Lastverteilungsring (912) an dem rechten Beinabschnitt (902) erstreckt; undein zweites diagonales elastisches Band (910), das mit dem Lastverteilungsring (912) gekoppelt ist und sich in einem Winkel nach unten und von dem Lastverteilungsring (912) an dem linken Beinabschnitt (904) erstreckt;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Bekleidungsstück (900) dazu ausgebildet ist, einem Absenken der vorderen Beckenebene und einer inneren Drehung des Femurs entgegen zu wirken, und ferner aufweist:ein erstes inelastisches Band (916), das einen Abschnitt des lateralen elastischen Bands (906) nahe eines rückwärtigen Taillenabschnitts (914) des Bekleidungsstücks (900) überlappt, das einen unteren Abschnitt eines jeden der Beinabschnitte (902, 904) nahe der Vorderseite des Bekleidungsstücks (900) kreuzt, wobei das erste inelastische Band (916) die zweite Elastizität hat und derart geformt ist, dass es eine Oberkante hat, die parallel einem Taillenabschnitt (914) des Bekleidungsstücks (900) in einem hinteren Bereich hat, während eine Unterkante eine konkave Form in dem hinteren Bereich hat.
- Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, ferner aufweisend:ein zweites inelastisches Band (920), das zwischen dem ersten inelastischen Band (916) und einem unteren Abschnitt des linken Beinabschnitts (904) gekoppelt ist, undein drittes inelastisches Band (918), das zwischen dem ersten inelastischen Band (916) und einem unteren Abschnitt des rechten Beinabschnitts (902) gekoppelt ist, wobei aber insbesondere das zweite inelastische Bande (920) parallel zu dem zweiten diagonalen elastischen Band (910) ist und das dritte inelastische Band (918) parallel zu dem ersten diagonalen elastischen Band (908) ist.
- Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der untere Abschnitt von jedem Beinabschnitt (902, 904) eine Unterkante von jedem Beinabschnitt (902, 904) ist.
- Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste und dritte Elastizität die gleiche sind, oder
wobei die erste Elastizität geringer ist als die dritte Elastizität, und insbesondere wobei das erste inelastische Band (916) auf jeder Seite des Bekleidungsstücks (900) mit einer geringfügigen Verdrehung zu einer Vorderseite eines jeden des rechten und des linken Beinabschnitts (902, 904) nach unten verläuft. - Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste inelastische Band (916) das laterale elastische Band (906) nahe einem Punkt auf dem Bekleidungsstück (900) überlappt, der dazu ausgebildet ist, zwischen einem Sacrum und einem unteren Rücken eines Anwenders, der das Bekleidungsstück (900) trägt, angeordnet zu sein, oder, wobei das erste inelastische Band (916) durch den Punkt an dem Bekleidungsstück (900) läuft, der dazu ausgebildet ist, zwisehen einem Sacrum und einem unteren Rücken eines Anwenders, der das Bekleidungsstück (900) trägt, angeordnet zu sein.
- Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Form und eine Anordnung des ersten inelastischen Bands (916) der Tendenz eines Anwenders sich im Taillenbereich nach vorne zu lehnen entgegenwirkt.
- Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Lastverteilungsring (912) ein Pentagon ist und/oder wobei der Lastverteilungsring (912) eine Scheibenform hat.
- Bekleidungsstück (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei:die Grundlage (901) ein erstes Vier-Wege-Stretchmaterial ist;der Lastverteilungsring (912) und das erste inelastische Band (916) aus einem Nicht-Stretchmaterial sind; unddas laterale elastische Band (906), das erste diagonale elastische Band (908) und das zweite diagonale elastische Band (910) aus einem zweiten Vier-Wege-Stretchmaterial sind, insbesondere wobei das erste und das zweite Vier-Wege-Stretchmaterial gleich sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Bekleidungsstücks (900) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verfahren aufweist:Ausbilden einer Grundlage (901) aus einem ersten Material, das eine erste Elastizität hat;Koppeln einer Vielzahl von elastischen Bändern (906, 908, 910) über der Grundlage (901), wobei die Vielzahl von elastischen Bändern (906, 908, 910) aus einem zweiten Material hergestellt sind, das eine zweite Elastizität hat;Koppeln eines Lastverteilungsrings (912) über der Grundlage (901), wobei der Lastverteilungsring (912) an den Enden von zwei oder mehr der Vielzahl von elastischen Bändern (906, 908, 910) gekoppelt ist, wobei der inelastische Lastverteilungsring (912) aus einem dritten Material hergestellt ist, das eine dritte Elastizität hat, die geringer ist als entweder die erste oder die zweite Elastizität; undKoppeln eines inelastischen Bandes (916, 918; 920) über Abschnitte von wenigstens einigen der Vielzahl von elastischen Bändern (906, 908, 910) und Koppeln des inelastischen Bands (916, 918, 920) über Abschnitte der Grundlage (901), wobei das inelastische Band (916, 918, 920) aus dem dritten Material hergestellt ist, wobei das inelastische Band (916, 918, 920) Bereiche des Bekleidungsstücks (900) bereitstellt, die sich nicht dehnen, wenn das erste und das zweite Material gedehnt ist bzw. sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das erste und das zweite Material gleich sind.
