    - a single- or multi-part connecting yoke (12) which extends from the bottom fastening tab (11) to the top fastening tab (13) and which is arranged at right angles to the tabs (11, 13) and which is to be oriented perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the roller shutter box, and
    - at least one thermal insulation element (80) of a thermally insulating material that can be attached to at least one side face of the connecting yoke (12),
    characterized
    - in that the thermal insulation element (80), with its cross section, completely covers the outline of the connecting yoke (12) in side view;
    - in that the thermal insulation element (80) is situated by way of a projecting web in front of the outer edge of the connecting yoke (12) that is to be oriented towards the centre of the roller shutter box and/or behind the outer edge of the connecting yoke (12) that is to be oriented towards the inner side of the building, and
    - in that the thermal insulation element (80) has, at its upper and/or at its lower end, at least one recess (80.1, 80.3) into which there can be inserted the bottom fastening tab (11) and/or the top fastening tab (13) and also, where appropriate, fastening elements (62) which project beyond the bottom fastening tab (11) and the top fastening tab (13).

  3.   8. Thermally insulated roller shutter box (100), at least comprising
    - a cuboidal housing formed from at least two side walls (21, 23), a bottom profile (24) and a top profile (24) and end face elements;
    - a thermally insulated stiffening element (10) according to at least one of the preceding claims, which extends between the bottom profile (24) and a top profile (24), and
