If a washing cycle has been recently terminated , the control unit 26 will assume as ambient temperature the T1 of the previous washing cycle.
  • Figures 5-7 show a comparison of the traditional spray washing cycle (dotted lines) and a washing cycle according to the invention (solid lines), and in which the same target temperature of laundry is used.
  • the applicant has discovered that in above condition, i.e. if it is desired to reach the same temperature of the laundry at the end of the heating phase, a lower energy is needed in the method according to the invention.

Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de lavage de linge dans une machine à laver (10), de préférence une machine à laver à axe horizontal, comprenant un tambour (14) monté à rotation dans un bac (12), une pompe de recirculation (22) pour remettre en circulation un liquide de lavage sur le linge (L) et un dispositif de chauffage (18) pour chauffer le liquide de lavage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à augmenter la vitesse du tambour jusqu'à une faible vitesse d'essorage prédéterminée (S), tandis que la pompe de recirculation (22) est déconnectée de manière à augmenter le niveau d'eau (W) dans le bac (12), à s'assurer que le dispositif de chauffage (18) est complètement immergé et connecter ensuite le dispositif de chauffage (18).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de chauffage (18) est connecté pendant une période de temps prédéterminée.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite période de temps prédéterminée est basée sur l'énergie réelle à transférer au linge (L).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite période de temps est calculée selon la formule suivante : t = Ml * A + Mwl * Cw * Tt - T 2 + ( Ml * Cl * Tt - T 1 + Tt - T 1 * k V 2 * R

    MI = masse de linge dans le bac ;
    A = absorption spécifique du linge ;
    Mwl = masse d'eau libre ;
    Cw = capacité thermique de l'eau ;
    Tt = température cible de la charge + eau ;
    T2 = température de l'eau chargée dans le bac ;
    Cl = capacité thermique de la charge ;
    T1 = température ambiante ;
    K = coefficient expérimental pour tenir compte de la perte de chaleur ;
    R = résistance du dispositif de chauffage dans le bac ;
    V = tension du courant électrique utilisé par le dispositif de chauffage.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite faible vitesse d'essorage est comprise entre 80 et 120 tr/min.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la faible vitesse d'essorage (S) est maintenue pendant un temps global compris entre 10 et 50 s.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, au cours de la phase dans laquelle le dispositif de chauffage (18) est connecté, le tambour (14) est mis en rotation au moins par intermittence à une vitesse de culbutage (G).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la vitesse de culbutage (G) est comprise entre 10 et 70 tr/min.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, une fois que le dispositif de chauffage (18) est déconnecté, le tambour (14) est entraîné en rotation à une seconde faible vitesse d'essorage (B) pendant une période de temps prédéterminée.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la seconde faible vitesse d'essorage (B) est sensiblement identique à la première vitesse d'essorage (S).
  11. Machine à laver (10), de préférence machine à laver à axe horizontal, comprenant un tambour (14) monté à rotation dans un bac (12), une pompe de recirculation (22) pour remettre en circulation un liquide de lavage sur le linge (L), un moteur (16) pour faire tourner le tambour (14) et un dispositif de chauffage (18) pour chauffer le liquide de lavage, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de commande (26) qui est à même d'entraîner le moteur (16) pour augmenter la vitesse du tambour jusqu'à une faible vitesse d'essorage prédéterminée (S), tandis que la pompe de recirculation (22) est déconnectée de manière à augmenter le niveau d'eau (W) dans le bac (12), s'assurer que le dispositif de chauffage (18) est complètement immergé et connecter ensuite le dispositif de chauffage (18).
  12. Machine à laver selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (26) est à même d'entraîner le dispositif de chauffage (18) pendant une période de temps prédéterminée.
  13. Machine à laver selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ladite période de temps prédéterminée est calculée par l'unité de commande (26) sur la base du transfert ou non de l'énergie réelle au linge (L).
  14. Machine à laver selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (26) est à même d'entraîner le tambour (14) au moins par intermittence à une vitesse de culbutage (G), tandis que ledit dispositif de chauffage (18) est connecté.
  15. Machine à laver selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (26) est à même d'entraîner le moteur (16) une fois que le dispositif de chauffage (18) est déconnecté de sorte que le tambour (14) tourne à une seconde faible vitesse d'essorage (B) pendant une période de temps prédéterminée.
