This temperature is also assumed to be the temperature of the laundry dry load L. If a washing cycle has been recently terminated , the control unit 26 will assume as ambient temperature the T1 of the previous washing cycle.
- Figures 5-7 show a comparison of the traditional spray washing cycle (dotted lines) and a washing cycle according to the invention (solid lines), and in which the same target temperature of laundry is used.
- the applicant has discovered that in above condition, i.e. if it is desired to reach the same temperature of the laundry at the end of the heating phase, a lower energy is needed in the method according to the invention.

Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Waschen von Wäsche in einer Waschmaschine (10), vorzugsweise einer horizontal Achsen Waschmaschine, umfassend eine Trommel (14), die drehbar in einer Wanne (12) montiert ist, eine Umwälzpumpe (22) zum Umwälzen einer Waschflüssigkeit auf die Wäsche (L) und eine Heizvorrichtung (18) zum erhitzen der Waschflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Erhöhen der Trommeldrehzahl auf eine vorbestimmte niedrige Schleuderdrehzahl (S), während die Umwälzpumpe (22) ausgeschaltet ist, um den Wasserpegel in der Wanne (12) zu erhöhen schaltet (W) und das Sicherstellen, dass die Heizvorrichtung (18) vollständig eingetaucht ist, und das Einschalten der Heizvorrichtung (18) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Heizvorrichtung (18) für einen vorbestimmten Zeitraum eingeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei der vorbestimmte Zeitraum auf der tatsächlichen Energie, die auf die Wäsche (L) übertragen werden soll, basiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Zeitraum nach der folgenden Formel berechnet wird:wobei MI = Masse der Wäsche in der Wanne;A = spezifische Absorption der WäscheMwl= Masse des freien WassersCw = thermische Kapazität des WassersTt = Zieltemperatur der Beladung + WasserT2 = Temperatur des in die Wanne geladenen WassersCl = thermische Kapazität der BeladungT1 = UmgebungstemperaturK = Versuchskoeffizient zur Beseitigung des HitzeverlustesR = Widerstand des Erhitzers in der WanneV = Spannung des von dem Erhitzer verwendeten elektrischen Stroms
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die niedrige Schleuderdrehzahl zwischen 80 und 120 Umdrehungen pro Minute liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die niedrige Schleuderdrehzahl (S) für eine Gesamtzeit zwischen 10 und 50 s beibehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei während der Phase, in der die Heizvorrichtung (18) eingeschaltet wird, die Trommel (14), zumindest zeitweise, bei einer Trommeldrehzahl (G), gedreht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Trommeldrehzahl (G) zwischen 10 und 70 Umdrehungen pro Minute liegt.
- Methode nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem, nachdem die Heizvorrichtung (18) ausgeschaltet wird, die Trommel (14) mit einer zweiten niedrigen Schleuderdrehzahl (B) für einen vorbestimmten Zeitraum rotiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die zweite niedrige Schleuderdrehzahl (B) im Wesentlichen identisch mit der ersten Schleuderdrehzahl (S) ist.
- Waschmaschine (10), vorzugsweise horizontal Achsen Waschmaschine, umfassend eine Trommel (14), die drehbar in einer Wanne (12) montiert ist, eine Umwälzpumpe (22) zum Umwälzen einer Waschflüssigkeit auf die Wäsche (L), einen Motor (16) zum Drehen der Trommel (14) und eine Heizvorrichtung (18) zum Erhitzen der Waschflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuereinheit (26) umfasst, die angepasst ist, den Motor (16) anzutreiben um die Trommeldrehzahl auf eine vorbestimmte niedrige Schleuderdrehzahl (S) zu erhöhen, während die Umwälzpumpe (22) abgeschaltet wird, um den Wasserstand (W) in der Wanne (12) zu erhöhen, und sicher zu stellen, dass die Heizvorrichtung (18) vollständig eingetaucht ist und dann die Heizvorrichtung (18) einzuschalten.
- Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Steuereinheit (26) angepasst ist, um die Heizvorrichtung (18) einen vorbestimmten Zeitraum anzutreiben.
- Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 12, wobei der vorbestimmte Zeitraum durch die Steuereinheit (26) auf der Basis der tatsächlich an die Wäsche (L) zu übertragenden Energie berechnet wird.
- Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Steuereinheit (26) angepasst ist, die Trommel (14) zumindest zeitweise, bei einer Taumeldrehzahl (G) anzutreiben, während die Heizvorrichtung (18) eingeschaltet ist.
- Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Steuereinheit (26) angepasst ist, den Motor (16) anzutreiben, nachdem Heizeinrichtung (18) ausgeschaltet ist, so dass die Trommel (14) bei einer zweiten niedrigen Schleuderdrehzahl (B) für einen vorbestimmten Zeitraum gedreht wird.
