Claims (9)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung zum Betätigen einer Nagelmaschine eines Typs, der ausgestattet ist mit einem Abschussknopf (5) und einem Sicherheitsmittel, das ein Sonden-Mittel (9) mit einem inneren Ende (11) umfasst, das eine Bewegung überträgt entlang seiner Längsachse ungefähr parallel zur Nagelausstoßrichtung zwischen einem zurückgezogenen Zustand (R) und einem vorstehenden Zustand (S), der der Schussrichtung zugewandt ist und in dessen Richtung es elastisch gedrückt wird durch ein elastisches Mittel, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst:
    einen ersten Auslöser (15), der auf einer Ebene parallel zur Knopf-(5)-Betätigungsrichtung um einen ersten Stift (17) senkrecht zur letzteren Richtung dreht und an der Nagelmaschine befestigt ist,
    ein Armmittel (19) mit einem ersten Ende (21), einem Endbereich (23) entgegengesetzt dem ersten Ende und gestaltet, um gegen das innere Ende (11) des Sonden-Mittels (9) zu gleiten, sowie einem mittigen Bereich, der gestaltet ist, um auf den Knopf (5) zum Bedienen des Letzteren (5) zu wirken,
    einen zweiten Auslöser (27), der zum ersten Auslöser (15) schwenkbar ist mittels
    eines zweiten Drehstifts (29) parallel zum ersten Stift (17),
    wo der erste (15) und der zweite Auslöser (27) miteinander verbunden sind mit dem ersten Ende (21) des Armmittels (19), wobei das Letztere (19) durch die Auslöser bewegt wird, wobei
    der zweite Auslöser (27) zwei Positionen in Bezug auf den ersten (15) annimmt, wobei er jeweils das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) platziert in einem Einzelschusszustand (C), in dem der entsprechende Endbereich (23) sich vom inneren Ende (11) des Sonden-Mittels (9) löst, wenn sich das Sonden-Mittel (9) vom zurückgezogenen Zustand (R) in Richtung des vorstehenden Zustands (S) bewegt oder wenn der erste Auslöser (15) die Betätigungsposition des Knopfs (5) in Richtung seiner Betätigungsendposition überschreitet, und in einem Schlagschusszustand (M), in dem der Endbereich (23) des Armmittels (19) immer mit dem inneren Ende (11) des Sonden-Mittels (9) in Eingriff bleibt, und die Vorrichtung (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zweite Auslöser (27) mit einem zweiten Federmittel (45) ausgestattet ist, das ihn elastisch in Richtung einer Kontakt-Position mit einem Fingerbereich des ersten Auslösers (15) drückt.
  2. Eine Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) schwenkbar und eine Bewegung übertragbar mit dem ersten Auslöser (15) verbunden ist und der zweite Auslöser (27) ein Versatzmittel (31) trägt, das auf das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) wirkt und letzteres (21) in Richtung des Sonden-Mittels (9) versetzt.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) einen dritten Stift (35) trägt, der parallel zum ersten Stift (17) angeordnet ist und frei drehbar und gleitbar in ein Schlitzmittel (37) eingreift, das im ersten Auslöser (15) ausgeführt ist und eine geometrische Längsachse senkrecht oder schräg in Bezug auf die Bewegungs-Übertragungsrichtung des Sonden-Mittels (9) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versatzmittel (31) des zweiten Auslösers (27) aus einem vorstehenden Nockenprofil besteht, das in einer gleitenden Weise auf das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) oder auf den entsprechenden dritten Stift (35) wirkt, oder das aus einem zweiten Schlitzmittel besteht, das in einem Vorsprung des zweiten Auslösers (27) realisiert ist, das in Bezug auf das erste Schlitzmittel (37) geneigt ist und das gleitend mit dem dritten Stift (35) in Eingriff steht.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Auslöser (15) ausgestattet ist mit einem Anschlagmittel (39), das gestaltet ist, um an dem Armmittel (19) anzuliegen, die Position des Letzteren zu bestimmen, zumindest wenn die Auslöser (15, 27) nicht betätigt werden, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) bereitgestellt ist mit einem ersten Federmittel, das zugeordnet ist, um das Armmittel (19) in Richtung der Anliege-Position mit dem Anschlagmittel elastisch zu drücken.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in das Schlitzmittel (37) bewegbare dritte Stift (35) zusätzlich zu dem in Eingriff stehen mit dem vorzugsweise gabelförmigen ersten Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) frei drehbar mit einem Sitzmittel (41) in Eingriff steht, das vorzugsweise in der Aussparung des vorzugsweise gabelförmigen ersten Endes (21) angeordnet ist, wobei im Sitzmittel (41) ein Ende eines ersten Federmittels (43) angeordnet ist, dessen verbleibendes Ende am ersten Auslöser (15) befestigt ist und das elastisch auf das Sitzmittel (41) und auf das erste Ende (21) in Entfernrichtung des Letzteren vom Sonden-Mittel (9) wirkt.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch ,gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Arms (19), die dem Abstand zwischen der Drehachse des ersten Endes (21) desselben Armmittels und dem entsprechend entgegengesetzten Endbereich (23) entspricht, sich erstreckt zwischen den Abständen vom inneren Ende (11) des Sonden-Mittels (9) zum mit Bezug auf das Sonden-Mittel (9) entgegengesetzten Ende des Schlitzmittels (37) abzüglich dem Radius des dritten Stifts (35) in den Zuständen des Einzelschusses (C) und des Vorsprungs (S) des Sonden-Mittels (9), wenn der erste Auslöser (15) jeweils freigegeben und betätigt wird in der Feuerstellung.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsabmessungen des Schlitzmittels (37) und die Differenz zwischen dem minimalen und maximalen Radius des Nockenprofils, das von dem Versatzmittel (31) des zweiten Auslösers (27) vorsteht, so sind, dass im Schlagschusszustand (M) der Endbereich (23) des Armmittels (19) entgegengesetzt dem entsprechenden ersten Ende (21) immer in Anlage mit dem inneren Ende (11) des Sonden-Mittels (9) in jeder ersten Position des Auslösers (27) ist.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) mittels eines Schwenkstifts mit einem Vorsprung des zweiten Auslösers (27) verbunden ist, dessen Betätigung das erste Ende (21) des Armmittels (19) in Richtung des Sonden-Mittels (9) bewegt.
