Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pull-out locking device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Pull-out locking devices are known in a large number of embodiments in the prior art. They are used to prevent additional pull-out furniture parts such as B. drawers can be pulled out of a furniture body when other corresponding pull-out furniture parts or drawers have already been pulled out of this furniture body. It is usually a matter of preventing the furniture body from accidentally getting out of balance or falling over if too many pull-out furniture parts or drawers are pulled out of it at the same time. Such pull-out blocking devices usually block the pulling out of further pull-out furniture parts or drawers when only a single pull-out furniture part is pulled out of the furniture body. Such a pull-out locking device is z. B. in the EP 2 497 883 A2 shown.
- a generic locking device is provided, which is referred to in this document as a lock. If the locking body of this locking device, which can pivot about the pivot axis, is in its blocking position, none of the pull-out furniture parts can be pulled out of the furniture body. In the release position of the locking body, at least one pull-out furniture part or such a drawer can be pulled out of the furniture body, which then in turn blocks the other furniture parts and cannot be pulled out of the furniture body.
- pull-out locking devices are e.g. B. in the DE 195 47 049 A1 or the EP 2 128 364 A1 shown.
- the object of the invention is to improve a pull-out blocking device of the above-mentioned type in such a way that it can be used as flexibly as possible.
- a pull-out locking device according to claim 1 is provided according to the invention.
- the locking devices of pull-out locking devices according to the invention can now be controlled by a wide variety of locks, be it key locks or electronic locks or other locks. Due to the two opposing pivoting directions of the locking devices according to the invention, it no longer matters in which direction the lock type used in combination with the locking device opens and / or closes. Such locking devices can be combined both with clockwise opening locks and with counterclockwise opening locks.
- the invention accordingly provides that the locking body can be pivoted in two opposite pivoting directions from the blocking position or at least one of the blocking positions into the release position or at least one of the release positions about the pivot axis.
- the locking device has a connection piece for connection to a lock.
- This connector should then be in direct or at least indirect operative connection with the bolt body. It is advantageous if a forced coupling is provided between the connection piece and the locking body, which ensures that the locking body is rotated when the connection piece is rotated.
- the connection piece is designed in one piece with the locking body.
- the locking body can be pivoted in two opposite pivoting directions from the release position or at least one of the release positions, preferably from all release positions, into the blocking position or one of the blocking positions, preferably into all blocking positions, about the pivot axis. It is preferred that the locking body can be pivoted about the pivot axis both clockwise and counterclockwise.
- the locking body can be pivoted in at least one of the pivot directions, preferably in both opposing pivot directions, by more than 360 °, preferably endlessly, about the pivot axis.
- the locking body is pivotably mounted about the pivot axis in a bearing body and the locking body and / or the bearing body has or have at least one latching element for releasable locking in at least one blocking position and / or in at least one release position .
- the locking element can be arranged both on the bearing body and on the locking body. It is also possible for both the bearing body and the locking body to have locking elements that interact with one another. More than one locking element can also be provided, e.g. B. to ensure locking in a predetermined release position and in a predetermined blocking position. Flexible noses, frictionally interacting areas or the like can be used as locking elements.
- the locking device has a fastening device for attaching the locking device to a rail of a pull-out locking device.
- the fasteners can be, for. B. to screws, rivets, clamp connections or just holes for mounting screws.
- particularly preferred embodiments of the invention provide that the locking body is mounted pivotably about the pivot axis in a bearing body at at least two bearing points spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the pivot axis.
- the bolt body does not necessarily have to be supported between the bearing points. In this sense, it can be provided that the locking body is free of support between the spaced-apart bearing points.
- the locking body has at least two locking arms spaced from one another in the longitudinal direction of the pivot axis and protruding in the radial direction from the pivot axis. It is preferably provided that it cooperates with a locking arm or the two locking arms provided in these exemplary embodiments in the blocking position with a stop piece of the pull-out locking device.
- Particularly preferred embodiments of the invention provide, in variants with at least two locking arms, that the bearing body has a spring body receptacle for supporting a spring body and the locking arms can be pivoted past the spring body receptacle when the locking body is pivoted about the pivot axis on opposite sides of the spring body receptacle.
- the locking body preferably a locking arm or the locking arms
- the locking body has at least one contact surface arranged obliquely to the radial direction in relation to the pivot axis for contact with a counter-contact surface of the pull-out locking device. This can prevent the locking arm or the locking arms from being pushed away to the side. In preferred embodiments, relatively small angles are sufficient for this. So z. B.
- the contact surface arranged obliquely to the radial direction is an angle between 3 ° and 10 ° relative to a plane normal to the radial direction, preferably an angle of 4 ° to 7 ° relative to a plane normal to the radial direction, having.
- the pull-out locking devices advantageously have a stop piece with which the locking body, preferably its locking arm or its locking arms, interact in the blocking position.
- This stop piece can have a corresponding number of mating contact surfaces for the contact surface or the contact surfaces of the locking body or the locking arms. These mating contact surfaces can also be designed at an angle to the named radial direction in order to be able to interact optimally with the contact surfaces of the locking body or the locking arm or the locking arms.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show a generic locking device 1 'as shown in FIG EP 2 497 883 A2 is known.
- this generic locking device 1 'it is provided that a locking body 4' is mounted pivotably about its pivot axis 3 'in the bearing body 7'.
- the fastening devices 21 'here in the form of screw holes the locking device 1' can be fastened to a corresponding pull-out locking device 2 or to its guide rail 32.
- Fig. 1 shows the locking body 4 'of the generic locking device 1' according to the prior art in the blocking position.
- Fig. 2 shows the release position.
- a pivoting of the locking body 4 'from the blocking position according to FIG Fig. 1 in the release position according to Fig. 2 is only possible in the pivoting direction 5 ', i.e. clockwise.
- the pivoting direction 6 ' must be implemented counterclockwise in this prior art.
- the opening and closing directions are fixed, which means that such locking devices 1' according to the prior art can only be used together with locks or locking devices that have the same opening and closing directions Have closing direction.
- the invention provides that the bolt body 4 can be pivoted in two opposite pivoting directions 5 and 6 from the blocking position into at least one of the release positions about the pivot axis 3, as this is now based on an exemplary embodiment initially based on the Figures 3 to 6 is explained.
- the Figs. 3, 5 and 6 show perspective views of the locking device 1 according to the invention, the locking body 4 being in various release positions.
- Fig. 4 shows a side view of Fig. 3 .
- the blocking position of this locking device 1 or its locking body 4 is good in Fig. 9 to see.
- the locking body 4 is mounted in the bearing body 7 such that it can pivot about the pivot axis 3.
- the bearing body 7 also has fastening devices 21 in the form of holes through which it can be fastened to an extraction locking device 2 or its guide rail 32 by means of screws.
- the locking body 4 from the in Fig. 9 shown blocking position is pivotable both in the pivoting direction 5, that is clockwise and in the opposite pivoting direction 6, that is counterclockwise from the blocking position into at least one release position about the pivot axis 3.
- the locking body 4 does not strike either in one or the other direction when pivoting in pivoting directions 5 and 6, so that it can be pivoted more than 360 °, virtually endlessly, about pivot axis 3.
- the locking body 4 has two locking arms 13 and 14 spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction 9 along the pivot axis 3. These protrude from the rest of the locking body 4 in the radial direction 12 with respect to the pivot axis 3. With their contact surfaces 17 and 18, the locking bodies 4 are in the blocking position according to FIG Fig. 9 on corresponding mating contact surfaces 19 and 20 of the stop piece 33 and thus prevent this stop piece 33 from being able to be moved upwards or in the direction of the locking device 1.
- the contact surfaces 17 and 18 in this exemplary embodiment are arranged at an angle to the radial direction 12. In this exemplary embodiment, this also applies to the mating contact surfaces 19 and 20. This prevents the locking arms 13 and 14 from being pushed apart, even with high forces.
- the contact surfaces 17 and 18 and also the counter-contact surfaces 19 and 20 have an angle of 5 ° with respect to a plane 36 normal to the radial direction 12, as shown in FIG Fig. 4 is shown schematically on.
- a space is created between the two locking arms 13 and 14 which corresponds at least to the width of the spring body receptacle 15 of the bearing body 7.
- the locking arms 13 and 14 can be pivoted past the spring body receptacle 15 on opposite sides of the spring body receptacle 15 when the locking body 4 is pivoted about the pivot axis 3, see e.g. B. Figures 4 and 6 .
- the locking body 4 In order to support the locking body 4 as stably as possible, it is supported or stored at two bearing points 10 and 11 of the bearing body 7 spaced from one another in the longitudinal direction 9 of the pivot axis 3. As a result, the locking body 4 can be particularly well supported against forces acting in the radial direction 12. Between the bearings 10 and 11, which are spaced apart from one another, the locking body 4 is free from storage, that is to say not supported.
- the locking body 4 has two barrel-shaped or roller-shaped sections 37 and 38, with which it is mounted at the bearing points 10 and 11 of the bearing body 7.
- locking elements 8 in the form of protruding lugs are provided on the locking body 4 or its barrel-shaped or roller-shaped sections 37 and 38. With these locking elements 8 there is a certain engagement between the bearing body 7 and the locking body 4 when the locking body 4 is in a certain position. In the exemplary embodiment shown, these are the release positions according to FIG Figures 3 and 4 as well as the blocking positions according to Fig. 9 . Of course, such locking elements 8 can also be designed differently, just as other defined positions can be provided for locking. There are a number of possibilities in terms of the arrangement and configuration of such latching elements 8. For the sake of completeness, it should be pointed out that such a latching position can also be left again by further turning the locking body in one of the pivoting directions 5 or 6.
- the locking device 1 has the connecting piece 24.
- a corresponding lock can act on the locking device 1 via this and pivot the bolt body 4 in the pivoting direction 5 or 6.
- Fig. 7 shows an exploded view of the locking device 1 according to the invention of the embodiment shown here. It can be clearly seen here that, in this exemplary embodiment, the connection piece 24 is formed in one piece with the rest of the locking body 4. Between the connecting piece 24 and the locking arms 13 and 14, the locking body 4 of this exemplary embodiment has the neck 26 with which it is mounted in the pivot bearing 25 of the bearing body 7 in a pivotable or rotatable manner about the pivot axis 3.
- the collar 27 On the side of the neck 26 facing the connection piece 24 there is the collar 27, which serves to axially support the locking body 4 in the longitudinal direction 9 of the pivot axis 3 by the collar 27 being guided between the bearing body 7 and the side part 22.
- the side part 22 is fastened to the bearing body 7 by means of the screw 23.
- a pull-out locking device 2 according to the invention is shown as an example, in which a locking device 1 according to the invention is used.
- the pull-out locking device 2 essentially corresponds to that in FIG EP 2 497 883 A2 disclosed variant of such pull-out locking devices, so that to explain the function of the pull-out locking device in principle on this document, that is to the EP 2 497 883 A2 can be referenced.
- Fig. 8 the locking body 4 is in that release position in which its locking arms 13 and 14 point vertically upwards.
- Fig. 9 shows, as already said, the blocking position in which the locking arms 13 and 14 of the locking body 4 are pivoted downwards and with their contact surfaces 17 and 18 are in contact with the opposing contact surfaces 19 and 20 of the stop piece 33 and thus prevent the stop piece 33 from moving upwards , so can be pressed in the direction of the locking device 1.
- the support elements 31 and also the intermediate elements 34 are mounted displaceably along the guide rail 32 of the pull-out blocking device 2. This also applies to the stop piece 33. This displaceability of all these elements along the guide rail is only given as long as the locking body 4 is in one of the release positions and not in the blocking position Fig. 9 or another blocking position in which the contact surfaces 17 and 18 are still in engagement with the counter-contact surfaces 19 and 20.
- a fixed stop 41 is located at the end of the guide rail 32 opposite to the locking device 1. This stop is not displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 32.
- the lowermost support element 31 or intermediate element 34 rests against it.
- it is a relatively short pull-out locking device 2 for only two pull-out furniture parts. In the same way, however, longer pull-out locking devices 2 can also be implemented for more than two pull-out furniture parts, in particular drawers.
- the bolt body 4 In order to be able to pull a drawer, not shown here, attached to the release element carrier 28, or some other piece of furniture that can be pulled out of a furniture body, also not shown here, in the pull-out direction 29 from the pull-out locking device 2, the bolt body 4 must be in one of the release positions. Then the support element 31, which has previously been locking this release element carrier 28, can be pivoted about its pivot axis so far that a not actually visible here, in Fig. 8 only the dotted pin 39 can be pulled out of the hook-shaped receptacle 40 of the support element 31. In Fig. 8 this is the uppermost support element 31. In order for this support element to be able to carry out the pivoting movement, it must be moved upwards along the guide rail 32 in the direction of the locking device 1.
- the pull-out locking device 2 shown here is designed so that only a single release element 28 and thus a single movable furniture part can be pulled out of the furniture body. Is this as in Fig. 8 As shown, already the case, all other support elements 31 are also blocked in such a way that no further trigger element 28 and thus no further furniture part can be pulled out.
- the in Fig. 9 easily visible spring body 16, here in the form of a spiral spring, is mounted in the spring body receptacle 15 and provides a spring loading of the stop piece 33 in the direction of the support elements 31 or the intermediate elements 34 and thus for clearance to prevent rattling of the pull-out locking device 2 in to prevent the release position of the locking device 1.
- FIG. 10 show the locking arms 13 and 14 to the rear, in Fig. 11 Forward.
- the stop piece 33 can be pushed toward the locking device 1 while the spring body 16 is compressed.
- locking devices 1 according to the invention can be used in a large number of different pull-out locking devices 2.
- Another pull-out locking device 2 as is also known in the prior art, is shown as an example, in which the same locking device 1 according to the invention is used to block all furniture parts, not shown here, in their pushed-in position in the blocking position of the locking body 4.
- Figures 12 and 13 show a release position of the locking body 4, in which the stop piece 33 can be pushed a little way up towards the locking device 1.
- the stop piece 33 is also supported in this embodiment so that it can no longer be moved upwards in the direction of the locking device 1.
- the support elements 31 ′ and intermediate elements 34 are also clamped between the locking body 4 and the lower stop 41 in such a way that all furniture parts are blocked and cannot be pulled out in the pull-out direction 29.
