Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Leistungsschalter mit einem Schaltergehäuse und mit einem Elektronikmodul, wobei mindestens ein Kontakt zum Abgriff einer Spannung an einem Primärleiter vorgesehen ist.
  • Für eine Energiemessung an einem Leistungsschalter, beispielsweise für eine Energieverbrauchsanalyse, wird ein Spannungsabgriff benötigt. Bisher wurde dazu ein externes Gerät außerhalb des Leistungsschalters eingesetzt. Um die Energiemessung im Schalter selbst durchführen zu können, wird auch ein interner Spannungsabgriff im Schalter notwendig.
  • Aus der Druckschrift US 2009/0190289 A1 ist ein Leistungsschalter bekannt, bei dem ein Spannungsabgriff in ein externes Modul integriert ist.
  • Aus der Druckschrift FR 2 794 281 A1 ist ein Leistungsschalter gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bekannt.
  • Der Abgriff einer derart hohen Spannung, wie sie an einem Primärleiter eines Leistungsschalters anliegt, erfordert eine Reduzierung der Spannung mit Hilfe von Spannungsteilern bis auf ein für eine Messelektronik verträgliches Maß. Das Hochspannungssignal über Leiterbahnen, Leitungen, Adapter und Kontakte zu führen, ruft Probleme durch Verschmutzung, hohe Temperaturen, mögliche Kriechstrecken und störende Beeinflussung der Elektronik durch elektrische oder elektromagnetische Effekte hervor. Darüber hinaus besteht das Problem, ausreichend Platz für zusätzliche Elemente in einem Schaltergehäuse zu schaffen.
  • Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen hinsichtlich der genannten Probleme verbesserten Leistungsschalter mit internem Spannungsabgriff zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch den Leistungsschalter gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. In den Unteransprüchen sind bevorzugte Ausführungsformen, sowie vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen angegeben.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Leistungsschalter weist ein Schaltergehäuse und ein Elektronikmodul auf. Das Schaltergehäuse im Sinne der Erfindung stellt die äußere Begrenzung des Leistungsschalters dar und beinhaltet alle wesentlichen Komponenten. So ist auch ein gegebenenfalls getrennt vorliegendes Wandlergehäuse durch das Schaltergehäuse umfasst. Das Elektronikmodul umfasst die den Schalter steuernde Elektronik, sowie eine Messelektronik zur Auswertung der durch Spannungsteiler reduzierten Spannung eines Primärleiters, welche erfindungsgemäß durch mindestens einen Kontakt an dem Primärleiter abgegriffen wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist innerhalb des Schaltergehäuses ein Adapter zur Reduzierung der abgegriffenen Spannung des Primärleiters vorgesehen, wobei dieser Adapter außerhalb des Elektronikmoduls angeordnet ist. Der erfindungsgemäße Leistungsschalter ermöglicht es vorteilhaft, den Adapter ausreichend weit entfernt und/oder ausreichend abgeschirmt von dem Elektronikmodul zu platzieren, so dass eine störende Beeinflussung der Elektronik durch elektrische oder elektromagnetische Effekte der Hochspannung wesentlich verringert werden kann. Die Bezeichnung Elektronikmodul bezieht sich dabei auf die im Bereich einer oder mehrerer Leiterplatten zusammengefassten Elektronikbauteile eines Leistungsschalters, die in der Regel auch ein eigenes Gehäuse für die Elektronikkomponenten umfasst. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Reduzierung der abgegriffenen Spannung außerhalb des Elektronikmoduls.
  • Gemäß einer ersten bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass der Adapter ein Kontaktblech aufweist, welches als Kontakt für den Spannungsabgriff mit dem Primärleiter verbunden ist, insbesondere lösbar verbunden. Besonders bevorzugt ist das Kontaktblech gemeinsam mit dem Primärleiter durch Befestigungsmittel an dem Schaltergehäuse befestigbar. Die Befestigungsmittel sind in der Regel Schrauben, die zur Befestigung der Primärleiter dienen. Das Kontaktblech lässt sich vorteilhaft mit befestigen, ohne dass eine Änderung an dem Leistungsschalter erfolgen müsste. Die Befestigungsschrauben müssen nicht ausgetauscht werden, da das Kontaktblech insbesondere eine im Vergleich zu dem Primärleiter äußerst geringe Materialdicke aufweist.
  • Dennoch ermöglicht das Kontaktblech durch seine Stabilität eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform, gemäß der der Adapter ausschließlich durch das Kontaktblech an dem Schaltergehäuse befestigbar ist. Damit ist die Frage der Positionierung des Adapters in dem Schaltergehäuse auf eine vorteilhafte Weise beantwortet. Erkennbar eignet sich diese Ausführungsform besonders gut für eine Nachrüstung einer bereits bestehenden Konstruktion eines Leistungsschalters. Des Weiteren ist die Ausführungsform hinsichtlich der elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit (EMV) optimiert, da keinerlei Hochspannung führende Leiterbahnen von dem Kontakt zum Primärleiter aus durch das Schaltergehäuse hindurch verlegt werden müssen.
  • Gemäß einer zweiten bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass der Adapter über eine Leiterbahn mit dem Kontakt für den Spannungsabgriff an dem Primärleiter verbunden ist. Die Leiterbahn wird dabei insbesondere abgeschirmt und/oder entfernt von dem Elektronikmodul durch das Schaltergehäuse geführt, um die elektromagnetische Wechselwirkung zu minimieren. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, dass vorhandene Freiräume innerhalb des Schaltergehäuses für die Positionierung des Adapters ausgenutzt werden können. Außerdem lassen sich mehrere Adapter bei einem mehrpoligen Schalter an einer Position zusammenfassen.
  • Gemäß einer dritten bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass der Adapter ein Kontaktelement aufweist, wobei der Kontakt für den Spannungsabgriff an dem Primärleiter durch das Kontaktelement herstellbar ist. Gemäß dieser Ausführungsform bieten sich vorteilhaft einige Freiheiten hinsichtlich der Positionierung des Adapters. Beschränkt wird diese nur durch die Forderung, dass der Primärleiter durch das Kontaktelement kontaktierbar sein muss. Hinsichtlich der EMV ist wiederum vorteilhaft zu vermerken, dass bei dieser dritten Ausführungsform keine Hochspannung führenden Leiterbahnen durch das Steckergehäuse verlegt werden müssen. Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der dritten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass das Kontaktelement eine Feder aufweist oder als Feder ausgebildet ist, wodurch vorteilhaft ein Toleranzausgleich bei der Kontaktierung gewährleistet ist.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform, die insbesondere auf die zweite und dritte Ausführungsform anwendbar ist, ist vorgesehen, dass der Adapter in einer Seitenwand des Schaltergehäuses angeordnet ist. Da bestehende Leistungsschalterkonstruktionen in der Regel kaum nutzbare Freiräume aufweisen, wäre eine Ausnutzung der Wandbereiche vorteilhaft, sofern die Stabilität und Schutzfunktion weiter gewährleistet ist. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Adapter in derjenigen Seitenwand des Schaltergehäuses angeordnet, durch welche der Primärleiter in das Schaltergehäuse geführt ist. Dadurch wird wiederum der zuvor beschriebene Einsatz von Kontaktelementen ermöglicht, oder aber zumindest eine nur kurze Leiterbahn für die Hochspannung benötigt.
  • Bei einem mehrpoligen Leistungsschalter ist insbesondere vorgesehen, dass einer Mehrzahl von Primärleitern eine entsprechende Anzahl von Adaptern zugeordnet ist, so dass vorteilhaft ein interner Spannungsabgriff aller Leiter möglich ist. Je nach Ausführungsform kann dabei jeder Adapter ein separates Adaptergehäuse aufweisen. Alternativ könnte die Mehrzahl von Adaptern in einem gemeinsamen Adaptersammelgehäuse außerhalb des Elektronikmoduls angeordnet sein.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Die Ausführungen sind lediglich beispielhaft und schränken den allgemeinen Erfindungsgedanken nicht ein.

  • Die Figuren 1 bis 3 beziehen sich auf eine erste Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Leistungsschalters. In der Figur 1 ist eine Teilansicht des Leistungsschalters dargestellt, mit einem Teil eines Schaltergehäuses 1, innerhalb dessen sich ein Wandler des Leistungsschalters befindet. Der in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel innerhalb des Gehäuses 1 nicht sichtbar angeordnete Wandler kann bei abweichenden Bauformen von Leistungsschaltern ein eigenes Wandlergehäuse aufweisen, welches beispielsweise außen an dem eigentlichen Schaltergehäuse 1 angeordnet ist. Im Sinne der Erfindung soll auch in dem Fall das Wandlergehäuse als Teil des Schaltergehäuses verstanden werden. Primärleiter 3 führen in das Innere des Schaltergehäuses 1 hinein, erstrecken sich durch den Wandlerblock hindurch und verlaufen anschließend weiter in die eigentliche Schaltkammer (nicht dargestellt) des Leistungsschalters hinein. Die Primärleiter 3 sind durch Befestigungsmittel 6, in der Regel Schrauben, an dem Wandler befestigt. Ein Elektronikmodul 2 ist auf dem Wandler angeordnet. Die darin angeordneten elektronischen Schaltungen dienen zur Steuerung des Leistungsschalters anhand der durch den Wandler übertragenen Signale.
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist der Leistungsschalter mindestens einen Kontakt zum Abgriff einer Spannung an einem der Primärleiter 3 auf. Hier sind innerhalb des Schaltergehäuses 1 drei Adapter 4 zur Reduzierung der abgegriffenen Spannungen der drei Primärleiter 3 vorgesehen. Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen einen der Adapter 4 im Detail, ohne Adapterdeckel 16 in Figur 2 und mit Adapterdeckel 16 in Figur 3. Die Reduzierung der Spannung erfolgt durch Spannungsteiler 14. Die dazu vorgesehenen Widerstände sind auf einer Leiterplatte 12 innerhalb eines Adaptergehäuses 9 angeordnet. Auf der Leiterplatte 12 ist des Weiteren über Kontaktfüße 15 ein Kontaktblech 5 befestigt. Die Adapter 4 sind erfindungsgemäß außerhalb des Elektronikmoduls 2 angeordnet, um eine Beeinflussung der Elektronik durch elektrische oder elektromagnetische Effekte zu verringern. Die Adapter 4 sind mittels der Kontaktbleche 5 durch die Befestigungsmittel 6 an den Primärleitern 3 befestigt, so dass der Kontakt von den Primärleitern 3 zu den Adaptern 4 sicher hergestellt ist. Durch das Adaptergehäuse 9 und den Adapterdeckel 16 ist der Adapter 4 zusätzlich abgeschirmt, wodurch die elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV) zusätzlich gesteigert ist. Das reduzierte Spannungssignal wird beispielsweise mittels nicht dargestellten Leiterbahnen zu dem Elektronikblock 2 übertragen und dort beispielsweise verarbeitet.
  • In der Figur 4 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Leistungsschalters in einer Teilansicht dargestellt. Erkennbar ist die Seitewand 8 des Schaltergehäuses 1, durch welche die Primärleiter 3 in das Schaltergehäuse 1 geführt sind. Die Ausführungsform illustriert eine Variante der Positionierung der Adapter 4, die hier innerhalb der Seitenwand 8 angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise in einem gemeinsamen Adaptersammelgehäuse 10, das in der Figur 4a einzeln dargestellt ist. Dazu ist die Seitenwand 8 teilweise aufgebrochen dargestellt. Diese Position ist besonders vorteilhaft, da eine Kontaktierung der Primärleiter 1 über deren Oberfläche oder durch Befestigungsmittel der Primärleiter erfolgen kann. Dazu kann die Seitenwand 8 entsprechende Kanäle oder Bohrungen zwischen den Adaptern 4 und den Primärleitern 3 aufweisen. Außerdem kann die Weiterleitung des reduzierten Spannungssignals zu dem Elektronikmodul 2 auf direktem Weg erfolgen, wie nachfolgend im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren 5, 6 und 7 erläutert wird. Die verschiedenen Adapter 4 dienen hier lediglich zur Veran-schaulichung von möglichen Ausführungsbeispielen. In der Regel werden in einem Leistungsschalter gleichartige Adapter 4 eingesetzt.
  • In den Figuren 5, 6 und 7 ist jeweils einer der Adapter 4 gemäß Figur 4 im Detail dargestellt. Die Adapter 4 unterscheiden sich im Wesentlichen in ihren Kontaktelementen 7, welche den Kontakt zu dem jeweiligen Primärleiter 3 herstellen. Ansonsten sind auf der jeweiligen Leiterplatte 12 der Adapter 4 beispielhaft Spannungsteiler 14 angedeutet.
  • Das Kontaktelement 7 gemäß Figur 5 umfasst eine an der Leiterplatte 12 befestigte und angeschlossene Druckfeder in Form einer Spirale, die gegen die Oberfläche des Primärleiters 3 oder auch gegen eine Befestigungsschraube des Primärleiters 3 vorgespannt ist und die Hochspannung von dem Primärleiter 3 zu dem Adapter 4 überträgt.
  • Das Kontaktelement 7 gemäß Figur 6 umfasst eine an der Leiterplatte 12 befestigte und angeschlossene Blattfeder, die gegen die Oberfläche des Primärleiters 3 oder auch gegen eine Befestigungsschraube des Primärleiters 3 vorgespannt ist und die Hochspannung von dem Primärleiter 3 zu dem Adapter 4 überträgt.
  • Das Kontaktelement 7 gemäß Figur 7 umfasst einen an der Leiterplatte 12 befestigten und angeschlossenen sogenannten spring-load Kontakt, dessen zwei insbesondere teleskopierbare Kontaktstifte 22 mittels Federkraft gegen die Oberfläche des Primärleiters 3 oder auch gegen eine Befestigungsschraube des Primärleiters 3 vorgespannt sind und die Hochspannung von dem Primärleiter 3 zu dem Adapter 4 übertragen. Die Lage der Kontaktstifte 22 ist durch Linien lediglich angedeutet.
  • Vergleichbare Kontaktelemente 7 können auch zur Übertragung des reduzierten Spannungssignals an das Elektronikmodul 2 genutzt werden. Die Kontakte zu dem Elektronikmodul sind in den Figuren 5 bis 7 mit dem Bezugszeichen 21 gekennzeichnet.
  • Die Figuren 8 und 9 zeigen eine weitere Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Leistungsschalters. In der Figur 8 ist der Wandler 17 ohne das Schaltergehäuse 1 dargestellt. Eine Aufnahme 18 ist für das Einsetzen des Elektronikmoduls 2 vorbereitet. Des Weiteren ist zur besseren Erkennbarkeit eine Vergussmasse nicht dargestellt, so dass Einschübe 19 erkennbar sind, durch die die Primärleiter 3 eingeschoben werden. Ein federnder Kammkontakt 20 ist lediglich in der Detailansicht gemäß Figur 9 erkennbar, in der auch der Primärleiter 3 weggelassen wurde. Der Kontakt wird bei der Montage des Primärleiters 3 in dem Wandler 17 dauerhaft hergestellt. Die Adapter 4 zur Reduzierung der Spannung befinden sich in der dargestellten Ausführungsform in einem Adaptersammelgehäuse 10 und sind über nicht dargestellte Leiterbahnen mit den federnden Kammkontakten 20 verbunden.

Claims (12)

  1. Leistungsschalter mit einem Schaltergehäuse (1) und mit einem Elektronikmodul (2), wobei das Elektronikmodul eine den Schalter steuernde Elektronik und eine Messelektronik zur Auswertung einer durch Spannungsteiler reduzierten Spannung eines Primärleiters umfasst, wobei mindestens ein Kontakt zum Abgriff einer Spannung an einem Primärleiter (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei innerhalb des Schaltergehäuses (1) ein Adapter (4) mit den Spannungsteilern (14) zur Reduzierung der abgegriffenen Spannung des Primärleiters (3) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (4) außerhalb des Elektronikmoduls (2) angeordnet ist.
  2. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter ein Kontaktblech (5) aufweist, welches als Kontakt für den Spannungsabgriff mit dem Primärleiter (3) verbunden ist.
  3. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktblech (5) gemeinsam mit dem Primärleiter (3) durch Befestigungsmittel (6) an dem Schaltergehäuse (1) befestigbar ist.
  4. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (4)ausschließlich durch das Kontaktblech (5) an dem Schaltergehäuse (1) befestigbar ist.
  5. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (4) über eine Leiterbahn mit dem Kontakt für den Spannungsabgriff an dem Primärleiter (3) verbunden ist.
  6. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (4) ein Kontaktelement (7, 20) aufweist, wobei der Kontakt für den Spannungsabgriff an dem Primärleiter (3) durch das Kontaktelement (7, 20) herstellbar ist.
  7. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (7, 20) eine Feder aufweist.
  8. Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (4) in einer Seitenwand (8) des Schaltergehäuses (1) angeordnet ist.
  9. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Adapter (4) in derjenigen Seitenwand (8) des Schaltergehäuses (1) angeordnet ist, durch welche der Primärleiter (3) in das Schaltergehäuse (1) geführt ist.
  10. Leistungsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer Mehrzahl von Primärleitern (3) bei einem mehrpoligen Leistungsschalter eine entsprechende Anzahl von Adaptern (4) zugeordnet ist.
  11. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Adapter (4) ein separates Adaptergehäuse (9) aufweist.
  12. Leistungsschalter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Adaptern (4) in einem gemeinsamen Adaptersammelgehäuse (10) angeordnet ist.
