Claims (6)

  1. Karbonitrierungsverfahren von Stahlteilen, insbesondere von Teilen, die für die Herstellung von Kraftfahrzeugen verwendet werden, aufweisend abwechselnde Schritte einer Aufkohlung (C1-Cn) und einer Nitrierung (N1-Nn-1) bei konstanter Temperatur, denen ein Schritt eines Temperaturanstiegs vorausgeht, und gefolgt von einem Schritt eines Härtens (T), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen abschließenden Nitrierungsschritt (Nn) aufweist, der von einem Temperaturabfall unmittelbar vor dem Härten (T) begleitet wird, dadurch, dass der Temperaturabfall bis zu einer Temperatur von zwischen 900 °C und 800 °C ausgeführt wird, dadurch, dass der Temperaturabfall mit einem Temperaturgradienten von zwischen 10 °C/min und 1 °C/min ausgeführt wird und dadurch, dass der Schritt des Temperaturanstiegs eine Phase eines einfachen Temperaturanstiegs (M) umfasst, gefolgt von einer anfänglichen Nitrierungsphase (Ni) unter Fortsetzung des Temperaturanstiegs, und die anfängliche Nitrierungsphase (Ni) ab einer Temperatur von zwischen 700 °C und 750 °C und bis zu einer Temperatur von zwischen 860 °C und 1000 °C durchgeführt wird.
  2. Karbonitrierungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abschließende Nitrierungsschritt eine Temperaturstufe (Nn2) aufweist.
  3. Karbonitrierungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der anfänglichen Nitrierungsphase (N1) der Temperaturanstieg mit einem in Bezug auf die Phase des einfachen Temperaturanstiegs (M) verringerten Temperaturgradienten ausgeführt wird.
  4. Karbonitrierungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die anfängliche Nitrierungsphase (Ni) eine Temperaturstufe (Ni2-Ni3) aufweist.
  5. Karbonitrierungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die anfängliche Nitrierungsphase (N1) unmittelbar von einem ersten Schritt einer Aufkohlung (C1) gefolgt wird.
  6. Karbonitrierungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die anfängliche Nitrierungsphase (N1) mit einem Temperaturgradienten von zwischen 3,5 °C/min und 10 °C/min ausgeführt wird.
