Claims (10)
- Holding plate (1, 1') for a vacuum cleaner bag, with a base plate (2, 2') at which an inflow opening (4) is provided, the opening being closable by way of at least one pivotable closure element (3) which is biased by way of a spring (18) into a closed position, wherein the pivotable closure element (3) is formed integrally with the base plate (2, 2') and is connected by way of a film hinge (9) with a retaining section (10) arranged at the base plate (2), characterised in that the retaining section (10) is pivotably held at the base plate (2, 2') by way of a further film hinge (11).
- Holding plate according to claim 1, characterised in that the retaining section (10) is fixed to the base plate (2, 2') by clipping or detenting.
- Holding plate according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the spring (18) is constructed as a leaf spring or helical spring, wherein a bending axis of the spring is oriented at an angle, preferably a right angle, to an axis of rotation of the closure element.
- Holding plate according to claim 3, characterised in that the spring (18) is plugged into or onto a receptacle or holding means at the base plate (2, 2') or the closure element (3).
- Holding plate according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an annular collar (7, 7') projecting from the base plate (2, 2') is provided around the closure element (3).
- Holding plate according to claim 5, characterised in that the annular collar has a cut-out in which the retaining section is fitted, wherein a wall section prolonging the annular collar is formed at the retaining section.
- Holding plate according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one retention means (13, 13') at which the retaining section (10) is fixable when folded over is formed at the base plate (2, 2').
- Method of producing a holding plate (1, 1') for a vacuum cleaner bag, comprising the following steps:- producing a plastics material blank with a base plate (2, 2'), in which an inflow opening (4) is formed, and a closure element (3) formed integrally with the base plate (2, 2');- folding over the closure element (3) over the inflow opening (4) provided in the base plate (2, 2'), wherein prior to or during the folding over a spring (18) is mounted so as to bias the closure element (3) into a closed position, and- the spring (18) is biased during folding over of a retaining section (10) and/or the closure element (3),characterised in that the spring (18) is inserted into a receptacle at the plastics material blank before the retaining section and/or the closure element is or are folded over.
- Method according to claim 8, characterised in that the closure element (3) is connected by way of a film hinge (9) with a retaining section (10) connected with the base plate (2, 2') and the retaining section (10) is folded over together with the closure element (3).
- Method according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the plastics material blank is formed as a substantially flat plate-shaped member and the closure element (3) and/or the retaining section (10) is or are folded over through approximately 180°.
