Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bordnetzkomponente für ein Datenübertragungssystem in einem Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere für ein Ethernet-Übertragungssystem bzw. BroadR-Reach-Technologie.
  • Moderne Datenübertragung in einem Kraftfahrzeug erfordert Sonderleitungen, die an die Kraftfahrzeuganforderungen angepasst und im Übertragungsverhalten optimiert sind. Standardlösungen aus dem Consumer-Bereich sind nur bedingt durch das stark EMV-belastete Bordnetz heutiger Kraftfahrzeuge tauglich.
  • Für die High-Speed-Datenübertragung (HSD) sind beispielsweise Sternviererkabel (Quad-Leitungen) bekannt, die zwei symmetrische Aderpaare in einer Mantelleitung aufweisen. Die einzeln isolierten Adern sind in Form eines Sternvierers angeordnet und gemeinsam verseilt. Um die Adern ist dann eine gemeinsame Schirmung angeordnet. An einem Stecker werden dann die Adern an Aderanschlusskontakten angeschlossen und die Schirmung des Kabels mit einem Schirmblech im Stecker kontaktiert. Derartige Bordnetzkomponenten sind dazu geeignet, Datenströme nach LVDS- (Low Voltage Differential Signal) zu übertragen, aber auch nach USB-, Ethernet-, GVIF- (Gigabit Video Interface) oder IEEE 1394-Spezifikation. Eine weitere Technologie zur Übertragung von Daten über Aderpaare ist die BroadR-Reach-Technologie der Firma Broadcom.
  • Derartige Datenübertragungssysteme sind relativ kostspielig und aufwendig.
  • Der Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, eine Bordnetzkomponente für ein Datenübertragungssystem in einem Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere für ein Ethernet-Übertragungssystem bzw. BroadR-Reach-Übertragungssystem, zu schaffen, das einfacher im Aufbau und in der Montage ist.
  • Die Lösung des technischen Problems ergibt sich durch den Gegenstand mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Hierzu umfasst die Bordnetzkomponente für ein Datenübertragungssystem in einem Kraftfahrzeug ein Kabel mit Adern und einem Stecker mit Aderanschlusskontakten zum Kontaktieren der Adern, wobei die Adern eine elektrische Isolierung aufweisen, wobei um die Adern eine gemeinsame Schirmung angeordnet ist, die von einem gemeinsamen Kabelmantel umgeben ist, wobei das Kabel genau drei Adern und eine elektrisch leitende Beilauflitze aufweist, wobei die Beilauflitze mindestens abschnittsweise die Schirmung kontaktiert und mit einem Aderanschlusskontakt des Steckers kontaktiert ist. Hierdurch kann auf eine aufwendige Kontaktierung der Schirmung an einem Schirmblech des Steckers verzichtet werden. Die Schirmung kann dabei als kostengünstiger Folienschirm ausgebildet sein, so dass auf aufwendige Geflechtschirmungen verzichtet werden kann. Der vermeintliche Nachteil, dass im Bereich des Steckers keine Schirmung mehr existiert, ist vernachlässigbar, da dies bei den gemäß Ethernet festgelegten Datenraten und Signalformen sowie in einem Kraftfahrzeug üblicherweise vorkommenden Anzahlen von Koppelstellen zu keiner funktionellen Einschränkung führt. Die Datenübertragung erfolgt dabei über ein Aderpaar, wohingegen über die dritte Ader eine Versorgungsspannung und über die Beilauflitze die Masse zur Verfügung gestellt werden, d.h. das Kabel weist genau drei Adern auf.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist die Beilauflitze mit den drei Adern verdrillt im Kabel geführt, was Vorteile im Übertragungsverhalten hat.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist der Durchmesser der Beilauflitze gleich dem Isolationsdurchmesser der übrigen Einzeladern, was insbesondere die Verdrillung vereinfacht sowie vorteilhaft für die Symmetrie der Leitung aus mechanischer und elektrischer Sicht ist.
  • Dabei kann der Durchmesser der Beilauflitze auch geringfügig kleiner gewählt werden, so dass dieser beispielsweise zwischen 80 - 100 % des Isolationsdurchmessers der übrigen Adern liegt.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist die Beilauflitze eine Kupferseele auf, auf der eine elektrisch leitende Beschichtung aufgebracht ist, wobei der Gesamtdurchmesser inklusive der elektrisch leitenden Beschichtung den gleichen oder einen geringfügig kleineren Durchmesser (80 - 100 %) aufweist, als die Isolierung der übrigen Adern. Wie schon zuvor ausgeführt ist dieser Aufbau vorteilhaft für die Symmetrie der Leitung aus mechanischer und elektrischer Sicht. Die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung kann dabei beispielsweise Zinn oder Zink sein. Hierdurch wird zum einen Kupfer eingespart und zum anderen verbessert dies auch die Verdrillung, da der Querschnitt der Kupferseele in den Einzeladern und der Beilauflitze gleich ist. Die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung kann auch ein elektrisch leitender Kunststoff sein, was kostensenkend wirkt und ermöglicht, in den drei Einzeladern sowie der Beilauflitze vom Verdrillungsverhalten her ähnliches Material einzusetzen.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist der Aderanschlusskontakt für die Beilauflitze im Stecker auf den Durchmesser der Beilauflitze abgestimmt. Darunter ist zu verstehen, dass der Aderanschlusskontakt zum Anschließen größerer Durchmesser geeignet sein muss, da der Durchmesser der Beilauflitze größer als die Kupferseele der Adern ist. Dies hat eine ungewisse Unsymmetrie im Stecker zur Folge.
  • Alternativ kann die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung der Beilauflitze am Aderanschlusskontakt des Steckers entfernt werden, so dass alle Aderanschlusskontakte gleich aufgebaut werden können. Dies verursacht etwas mehr Aufwand bei der Montage, vereinfacht aber den Aufbau des Steckers.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist der Stecker ein Schirmblech auf. Der Vorteil der Stecker mit Schirmblech ist deren mechanische Stabilität. Somit kann ein üblicher HSD-Stecker benutzt werden, dessen Schirmblech aber nicht kontaktiert wird. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass entsprechend die Buchsen eines Steuergerätes nicht angepasst werden müssen, in die die Bordnetzkomponente eingesteckt werden soll. Alternativ kann das Schirmblech durch ein Kunststoffteil gleicher Geometrie ersetzt werden. Somit können vorteilhafterweise Einzelteile eines vorhandenen Stecksystems weiter verwendet werden. Bei Neukonstruktionen kann jedoch auch durch geeignete Werkzeuggestaltung das Kunststoff-Umgehäuse so gestaltet sein, dass daran einstückig aus Kunststoff die Geometrie des vormaligen Schirmblechs ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die Fig. zeigen:

  • In der Fig. 1 ist schematisch ein Querschnitt eines Kabels 1 in einer ersten Ausführungsform dargestellt. Das Kabel 1 umfasst drei Adern 2-4 und eine Beilauflitze 5. Die drei Adern 2-4 und die Beilauflitze 5 sind von einer gemeinsamen Schirmung 6 umgeben, die als Folienschirm ausgebildet ist. Um die Schirmung 6 liegt ein isolierender Kabelmantel 9, der auch einen mechanischen Schutz darstellt. Die Adern 2-4 weisen jeweils eine Isolierung 7 und eine Kupferseele 8 auf. Die Beilauflitze 5 ist ebenfalls aus Kupfer. Die Kupferseelen 8 der Adern 2-4 weisen beispielsweise eine Querschnittsfläche von 0,14 mm2 auf. Die Adern 2-4 selbst weisen beispielsweise eine Querschnittsfläche von 0,35 mm2 auf. Die Beilauflitze 5 weist dabei die gleiche Querschnittsfläche auf, wie die Adern 2-4, also beispielsweise auch 0,35 mm2. Die Schirmung 6 liegt dabei an den Adern 2-4 und der Beilauflitze an. Die Adern 2-4 und die Beilauflitze 5 sind in dem Kabel 1 in Längsrichtung verdrillt. Dabei können jeweils zwei Adern und eine Ader und die Beilauflitze 5 paarweise verdrillt sein oder aber alle drei Adern 2-4 und die Beilauflitze 5 sind alle gemeinsam verdrillt, wie bei einer Quad-Leitung. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass der Durchmesser der Adern 2-4 gleich dem der Beilauflitze 5 ist, lassen sich diese sehr einfach miteinander verdrillen. Dabei liegt die Beilauflitze 5 an der Schirmung 6 an. Dabei sei angemerkt, dass zwischen den Adern 2-4 und der Beilauflitze 5 mittig ein isolierender Füller angeordnet sein kann, der insbesondere der mechanischen Stabilität dient sowie der Führung der Adern 2-4.
  • In der Fig. 2 ist eine alternative Ausführungsform dargestellt Der einzige Unterschied des Kabels 1 im Vergleich mit der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 1 ist, dass die Beilauflitze 5 nicht vollständig aus Kupfer besteht, sondern eine Kupferseele 10 und eine elektrisch leitende Beschichtung 11 aufweist, die beispielsweise aus Zinn, Zink, einer Kupfer-Zinn- oder Kupfer-Zink-Legierung besteht. Auch elektrisch leitende Kunststoffe sind als Beschichtung der Kupferseele denkbar. Die Kupferseele 10 weist dabei vorzugsweise den gleichen Durchmesser auf wie die Kupferseelen 8 der Adern 2-4. Der Vorteil ist, dass die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung 11 kostengünstiger ist, wobei die elektrischen Eigenschaften für eine Kontaktierung der Schirmung 6 ausreichend sind.
  • In der Fig. 3 ist schließlich ein Kabel 1 nach einem Vergleichsbeispiel, das nicht unter die Ansprüche fällt, dargestellt. Das Kabel 1 ist ein ungeschirmtes Kabel 1 und weist vier Adern 2-4, 12 auf, die jeweils eine Kupferseele 8 und eine Isolierung 7 aufweisen.
  • In den Fig. 4 und 5 ist beispielhaft ein Stecker 13 für eines der Kabel 1 gemäß den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellt. Der Stecker 13 umfasst ein Gehäuse 14 mit Verriegelung 15, vier Aderanschlusskontakte 16, eine Kunststoffaufnahme 17 für die Aderanschlusskontakte 16 und ein Schirmblech 18. Dabei sei angemerkt, dass das Schirmblech 18 ersatzlos entfallen kann oder aber auch durch ein Kunststoffteil ersetzt werden kann. Die Aderanschlusskontakte 16 dienen zum Anschließen der Adern 2-4, 12 und der Beilauflitze 5 und sind als Crimpkontakte ausgebildet. Zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Kontaktes wird die Isolierung 7 der Adern 2-4, 12 entfernt und die Kupferseele 8 mit dem Crimpkontakt vercrimpt. Beim Anschließen eines Kabels 1 gemäß Fig. 1 muss daher der Crimpkontakt für die Beilauflitze 5 etwas größer gewählt werden als für die Adern 2-4. Entsprechend muss auch die Öffnung für den Crimpkontakt der Beilauflitze 5 in der Kunststoffaufnahme 17 etwas größer als für die anderen Aderanschlusskontakte 16 gewählt werden. Die Ausführungen gelten sinngemäß für die Kontaktierung eines Kabels 1 gemäß Fig. 2, wenn die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung 11 der Beilauflitze 5 nicht vor dem Crimpen entfernt wird. Wird diese hingegen entfernt, so können alle vier Aderanschlusskontakte 16 gleich aufgebaut sein und entsprechend auch alle Öffnungen der Kunststoffaufnahme 17. Bei einem Anschließen eines Kabels 1 gemäß Fig. 3 sind alle Aderanschlusskontakte 16 und alle Öffnungen der Kunststoffaufnahme 17 gleich. Das Schirmblech 18 hat erfindungsgemäß keine elektrische Funktion, sondern nur eine mechanische Stabilitätsfunktion, und kann daher auch aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sein oder gar ganz entfallen. Das Schirmblech 18 ist dabei im Wesentlichen zylinderförmig ausgebildet. Weiter sei angemerkt, dass der Stecker 13 auch als Winkelstecker und sowohl gedichtet als auch ungedichtet ausgebildet sein kann.
  • In der Fig. 6 ist schematisch die Verschaltung einer Bordnetzkomponente 20 bestehend aus Kabel 1 und Stecker 13 mit einem Steuergerät 30 dargestellt. Das Steuergerät 30 umfasst ein Gehäuse 31, das mit der Fahrzeugmasse 32 verbunden ist. Weiter umfasst das Steuergerät 30 eine Buchse 33 und einen Mikroprozessor 34, der einen positiven Versorgungsspannungsanschluss und einen negativen Versorgungsspannungsanschluss aufweist, der mit der Fahrzeugmasse 32 verbunden ist. Dabei wird der der Beilauflitze 5 zugeordnete Aderanschlusskontakt 16 mit dem negativen Versorgungsspannungsanschluss verbunden, so dass dadurch die Schirmung 8 (siehe Fig. 1, 2) mit der Fahrzeugmasse 32 verbunden ist. Die diagonal gegenüberliegenden Adern 2, 4 dienen der Datenübertragung vom oder zum Mikroprozessor 34 und die Ader 3 dient zur Spannungsversorgung und ist mit dem positiven Spannungsversorgungsanschluss des Steuergeräts 30 verbunden.
  • Der Vorteil ist, dass der Kabelaufbau sehr einfach ist und die Montage zwischen Kabel und Stecker vereinfacht ist, wobei bedarfsweise auf vorhandene HSD-Stecker zurückgegriffen werden kann. Die Verdrillung der Adern im Kabel sowie die Entdrillung am Stecker kann dabei mit den vorhandenen Automaten durchgeführt werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Bordnetzkomponente (20) für ein Datenübertragungssystem in einem Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere für ein Ethernet-Übertragungssystem, umfassend ein Kabel (1) mit Adern (2-4) und einem Stecker (13) mit Aderanschlusskontakten (16) zum Kontaktieren der Adern (2-4), wobei die Adern (2-4) eine elektrische Isolierung (7) aufweisen, wobei um die Adern (2-4) eine gemeinsame Schirmung (6) angeordnet ist, die von einem gemeinsamen Kabelmantel (9) umgeben ist, wobei das Kabel (1) und eine elektrisch leitende Beilauflitze (5) aufweist, wobei die Beilauflitze (5) mindestens abschnittsweise die Schirmung (6) kontaktiert und mit einem Aderanschlusskontakt (16) des Steckers (13) kontaktiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Kabel (1) genau drei Adern (2-4) aufweist, wobei die Beilauflitze (5) mit den drei Adern (2-4) verdrillt ist, wobei über zwei Adern (2, 4) die Datenübertragung erfolgt, die dritte Ader (3) mit einer Versorgungsspannung verbunden ist und die Beilauflitze (5) mit Masse verbunden ist.
  2. Bordnetzkomponente nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Beilauflitze (5) gleich dem Durchmesser der Adern (2-4) ist.
  3. Bordnetzkomponente nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beilauflitze (5) eine Kupferseele (10) aufweist, auf der eine elektrisch leitende Beschichtung (11) aufgebracht ist, wobei die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung (11) den gleichen Durchmesser aufweist wie die Isolierungen (7) der Adern (2-4).
  4. Bordnetzkomponente nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aderanschlusskontakt (16) für die Beilauflitze (5) im Stecker (13) auf den Durchmesser der Beilauflitze (5) abgestimmt ist.
  5. Bordnetzkomponente nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung (11) der Beilauflitze (5) am Aderanschlusskontakt (16) des Steckers (13) entfernt ist.
  6. Bordnetzkomponente nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stecker (13) ein Schirmblech (18) oder ein ein Schirmblech (18) ersetzendes Kunststoffteil aufweist.
