Claims (10)
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken, die mindestens einen Behandlungsbehälter (2)umfasst, welchereine Behandlungsflüssigkeit (4)umfasst, in der ein Arm (3) zumindest teilweise eingetaucht ist, der an einem seiner Enden mindestens einen Werkstückträger (6) trägt, der eine untere Seite (6b) und eine obere Seite (6a) aufweist, die die zu behandelnden Werkstücke (5) in ihrer Position halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er um eine Achse (X) drehbar montiert ist, die sich einerseits außerhalb des Behälters (2) und andererseits auf einem tieferen Niveau als der Rand am oberen Ende (2c) des Behälters (2) befindet.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die allgemeine Form des Arms (3) nicht geradlinig, sondern konkav ist, entweder in Form eines C, oder aus mehreren Abschnitten, die nicht aneinandergereiht sind, besteht.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (3) zwei Endstellungen aufweist und dass in einer der Stellungen der Werkstückträger (6) derart außerhalb (EXT) des Behälters (2) gehalten wird, dass die allgemeine Ebene (P) des/der Träger(s) (6) parallel zur durch die Oberfläche der im Behälter (2) enthaltenen Flüssigkeit (4) gebildeten Ebene (PL) verläuft, wobei die untere Seite (6b) des Trägers (6) dem Boden des Behälters (2) gegenüberliegt, so dass der Überschuss an Flüssigkeit (4) nach der Behandlung gut aus den behandelten Werkstücken (5) auslaufen kann.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (3) zwei Endstellungen aufweist, und dass in einer der Stellungen der/die Werkstückträger (6) derart gehalten wird, dass die allgemeine Ebene (P) des Trägers (6) so positioniert ist, dass die obere Seite (6a) des Werkstückträgers (6) dem Boden (2b) des Behälters (2) gegenüberliegt.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (3) im Wesentlichen die Form eines C aufweist, dessen eine Ende (31) an der Rotationsachse (X) befestigt ist und dessen anderesEndteil (32) den Werkstückträger (6) trägt, der dazu eingerichtet ist, durch die Drehbewegung des Arms (3) in das Bad eingetaucht zu werden.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (3) um die Achse (X) mit einer Amplitude von mehr als 90° und weniger als 180° schwenkt.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsachse (X) durch die Wirkung eines Motors (10) in Rotation versetzt wird, der sich auf einem tieferen Niveau als der obere Rand (2c) des Behälters (2) befindet.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) in seinem oberen Teil einen Fortsatz nach außen (EXT) aufweist, der sowohl den Motor (10) als auch die Achse (X) schützt und mit dem auch der Überschuss an Behandlungsflüssigkeit (4) eingesammelt werden kann, wenn der Werkstückträger (6) außerhalb des Behälters (2) gehalten wird.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkstückträger (6) auf Gleitschienen (7)abnehmbar gehalten sind, die an jenem Ende (32) des Arms (3) befestigt sind, das dem mit der Rotationsachse (X) verbundenen Ende (31) gegenüberliegt.
- Einrichtung zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (6), an denen die Werkstücke (3) befestigt sind, durch einen Transportarm (3) von einem Behälter (2) zu anderenBehältern (2) überführt werden, welche eine Behandlungsanlage bildend aneinandergereiht sind, wobei die Transportarme durch eine Achse miteinander verbunden sind, um in einer einzigen Querbewegung sämtliche Träger (6) von einer Stellung zur nächsten zu verschieben.
