Abstract

The assembly has a bucket for receiving a set of waste storage tanks (1) to be empty. A locking unit locks one of the tanks with the bucket in a reversible manner. The bucket is mounted on another vehicle (9) in a removable manner. The latter vehicle moves the tanks, that are full, towards a water unloading zone (50). A tilting unit (6) tilts the tank locked with the bucket, to empty the tank outside the bucket by a waste receiving opening (10) or by another opening of the tank, by tilting the tank with respect to the bucket and/or by tilting the bucket. An independent claim is also included for a method for collection and evacuation of waste.

Description

The invention relates to a collection and removal of waste, including household waste, in urban or peri-urban areas.

A problem is to be able to reach the hearts of cities to collect waste, especially household waste, and to evacuate them periphery, towards a site of unloading (discharge, reprocessing, selective sorting if not to realize upstream ...), this:
  • by interfering as little as possible with dense urban traffic (cars, trucks, 2-wheeled vehicles, pedestrians ...),
  • by limiting the carbon impact linked to these collections and the removal of waste,
  • by meeting the requirement of quantity of waste to collect and evacuate,
  • and also limiting the use of energy or available energies to perform collection and evacuation.

  • une cuve de stockage des déchets, la cuve présentant au moins une ouverture de réception de ces déchets ;
  • un premier véhicule sur lequel est disposée de manière amovible la cuve ;
  • une benne pouvant recevoir simultanément une pluralité de cuves à vider, la benne comprenant des parois respectivement latérales et de fond ;
  • des premiers moyens de transfert de la cuve depuis le premier véhicule dans la benne, et inversement ;
  • des moyens de verrouillage, ménagés sur une paroi de la benne, pour verrouiller de façon réversible la cuve à la benne ;
It is within this framework, and to provide elements of answer to this problematic that is proposed a set including at least:
  • a waste storage tank, the tank having at least one opening for receiving the waste;
  • a first vehicle on which is releasably disposed the vessel;
  • a bucket that can simultaneously receive a plurality of tanks to be emptied, the bucket comprising walls respectively lateral and bottom;
  • first means for transferring the tank from the first vehicle into the body, and vice versa;
  • locking means, provided on a wall of the bucket, for reversibly locking the tank to the bucket;
  • a second vehicle, heavier and larger than the first vehicle, on which is removably mounted the bucket, when it contains several full tanks, to then move to a waste unloading area; and
  • first tilting means for tilting the tank, then locked to the bucket, to empty the tank outside the bucket, either through the receiving opening or through another opening of the tank and this by tilting:
    • * of the tank vis-à-vis the bucket,
    • * and / or skip.

  • le premier véhicule et la cuve soient adaptés pour que sur ce premier véhicule ne puisse être montée qu'une seule cuve, et ;
  • le second véhicule et la benne soient adaptés pour que sur ce second véhicule ne puisse être montée qu'une seule benne, et ;
In the same context, it can be further recommended that:
  • the first vehicle is provided with a power source that supplies energy to the first tank transfer means exclusively, and / or that:
  • the first vehicle and the tank are adapted so that on this first vehicle can be mounted only one tank, and;
  • the second vehicle and the bucket are adapted so that on this second vehicle can be mounted only one bucket, and;
  • the bucket and the tank are adapted so that the bucket receives several full tanks to be emptied and transported via the second vehicle.

To promote the response to the requirement of quantity of waste to collect and evacuate and limit the use of energy or available energy to perform collection and evacuation, it is recommended that the bucket comprises at least one passage in at least one of the side walls of the bucket, to transfer the tank in this bucket, on the bottom, via the first transfer means.

Furthermore, it will be preferred that the first transfer means comprise:
  • a support of the tank mounted on the first vehicle movable between a position, advanced on the vehicle, filling waste tank with said receiving opening and a position, retracted cantilever vis-à-vis the vehicle , transfer from the tank to the bucket, and
  • second tilting means mounted in part on the first tilting means and on the bucket, for tilting the vessel, in the retracted position cantilevered.

Thus, in the retracted cantilevered position, the tank can rock itself by gravity and preferably then rest on the ground (or even preferably in the bucket, if an opening in a side wall has been provided for let it pass). It will limit the use of energy or energy available to maneuver the tank, without impeding its handling or transfer.

Also for the same purpose (limitation of use / consumption of energy and ancillary devices, excluding vehicle (s), or even bucket), it is recommended:
  • the first transfer means are established between the tank and the first vehicle exclusively, and / or,
  • that the first locking means and the first tilting means are established between the tank and the bucket, exclusively.

Still to limit the use / consumption of energy, it is further advised that the first and second tilting means of the tank operate in the same direction and intervene, for the tilting of the tank, respectively at the location of two walls opposite sides of the bucket.

Thus, we can engage the (each) tank in the bucket on one side, and switch in the continuity at the opposite side of the coast, thus avoiding energy expenditure to change direction and / or complex mechanisms.

In this regard, it is advised that the transfer of the tank from the first type of vehicle in the bucket takes place exclusively via the first transfer means established between the tank and the first type of vehicle and rolls the tank in the bucket.

If emptying the tank outside the bucket occurs by tilting the tank vis-à-vis the bucket, and preferably by the receiving opening of the tank, it will also be preferred that the first means of tilting of this tank are rotatably mounted movable towards the top of one of said side walls carrying the first locking means, to tilt the vessel over this wall, during its emptying, the first locking means thus preventing the tank from fall out of the dumpster.

Thus, it will just lift the tank at the time of emptying and tilt, preferably in the continuity of its first tilt that made it "down" the first (type) vehicle. We limit the energy required for these maneuvers.

D'ailleurs, on recommande:

Moreover, we recommend:
  • that the first transfer means of the tank place the tank in the bucket,
  • and that displacement means, at least partly carried by the first vehicle, move the tank placed in the bucket, between the first (type of) vehicle and a portion, carried by the bucket, first tilting means.

Regarding the dumping dump again, it is also proposed to provide traction means fixably separable to the tank (then disposed in the bucket) and driven by a power source which is provided the second (type) of vehicle , thereby mechanically actuating the pivoting of the first tilting means of the tank.

In order to use only the energy (necessarily available, even if limited) available on the vehicles, and especially the second largest, by limiting power peaks, it is proposed that the first switching means:
  • be driven by an energy source of the second vehicle,
  • and include means for selecting a single tank to empty, among several tanks then arranged in the bucket.

According to a comparable consideration, it is proposed that preferably the first tilting means are arranged between the bucket and the second vehicle and are driven by a power source of the second vehicle, exclusively.

Another simple and relatively energy-efficient way of transferring the tanks to the bucket, by optimizing the transport of the tanks towards the bucket, consists in providing:
  • that second tilting means are mounted in part on the first vehicle (to tilt the tank) and / or between the tank and the bucket,
  • a lifting platform pivoted on the first vehicle tilts the vessel via the second tilting means,
  • and that the bucket and the tank are adapted so that the bucket receives several full tanks which are superimposed in the bucket via the elevator platform.

In order to optimize the collection and disposal of waste, particularly with regard to limiting the carbon impact, it is recommended that the first vehicle include a hopper for collecting and loading waste into the tank, the hopper possibly being associated with compression means collected waste, mounted movable vis-à-vis the tank then disposed on the first vehicle, to compress the waste.

Thus, the tank will not have to be moved from the first vehicle to be filled because it will be filled directly on the first vehicle through the hopper. In addition, its capacity for receiving waste can be optimized if the compression means are provided, thereby responding all the better and easily to the requirement of amount of waste to collect and evacuate.

In addition to the aforementioned assembly, is also concerned a method of collecting and discharging said waste.

  1. a) on collecte des déchets dans une cuve montée de façon amovible sur un premier type de véhicule ;
  2. b) le premier type de véhicule déplace la cuve pleine vers une benne adaptée à recevoir une pluralité de cuves pleines ;
  3. c) on transfère la cuve depuis le premier type de véhicule dans la benne ;
  5. e) on charge la benne, qui contient alors plusieurs cuves pleines, sur un deuxième type de véhicule plus lourd et volumineux que le premier ;
To move towards the satisfaction of the above problems, it is proposed that:
  1. a) waste is collected in a tank removably mounted on a first type of vehicle;
  2. b) the first type of vehicle moves the full tank to a bucket adapted to receive a plurality of full tanks;
  3. c) the vessel is transferred from the first type of vehicle into the bucket;
  4. d) repeating at least once steps a) to c),
  5. e) loading the bucket, which then contains several full tanks, on a second type of vehicle heavier and bulky than the first;
  6. f) approaching and immobilizing, near an unloading area, the second type of vehicle carrying the bucket; and
  7. g) tilts the tanks to empty them on the unloading area, out of the bucket.

Again to transfer in another simple and relatively low energy consuming way the tanks to the bucket, optimizing the transport of these tanks to the bucket, it is further advised that the transfer of tanks from the first type of vehicle to the bucket comprises an elevation and / or tilting of at least one of the tanks.

Still for energy management, it is recommended:
  • supplying energy (a priori electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic) the first means of transferring the vessel, for their operation, exclusively from a power source which is provided with the first vehicle (), and / or,
  • supplying energy (idem) the first tilting means, for their operation, exclusively from a power source which is provided with the second vehicle.

Another recommendation in this context is that step c) comprises a transfer of the tank from the first type of vehicle in the body through exclusively first transfer means established between the tank and the first type of vehicle and making roll the tank in the bucket.

Yet another recommendation in this framework is that:
  • to supply energy, said power source of which the first vehicle is provided is smaller than that provided with the second vehicle,
  • and, to collect the waste in the tank, we choose the first type of vehicle so that can be mounted only one tank.

Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an embodiment, given as a simple illustrative and nonlimiting example, and the appended drawings, among which:
  • the figure 1 is a perspective view of a first vehicle carrying a tank, according to a first embodiment of the invention;

Will now be presented in conjunction with the figures 1 and 2 , a collection and disposal of household waste according to a first embodiment.

Un passage latéral 310 relie la trémie et l'intérieur de la cuve, côté ouverture 10.As illustrated in these two figures, the assembly comprises a first vehicle 3 on which is mounted a tank 1 for collecting waste, a priori household waste. The first vehicle 3, otherwise called collection vehicle, is a relatively light and compact vehicle to limit the inconvenience caused by the circulation of the first vehicle 3 in the heart of a city. In this example, this collection vehicle 3 is equipped with a clean energy and low energy motor, such as an electric motor, hybrid or compressed air, so as to limit the environmental impact and energy cost. Thus, it is recommended that the propulsion engine 30 of the vehicle 3 be clean energy, and therefore not internal combustion. The first vehicle 3 will also preferably comprise a hopper 31 for loading refuse and means 32 ( figure 3 ) of compression of this waste which compresses the waste conveyed by the hopper 31 before bringing them to the tank 1. A lateral passage 310 connects the hopper and the inside of the tank, opening side 10.

This embodiment illustrates a first vehicle adapted so that on it can be mounted only one tank, which is preferred.

This waste storage tank 1 has, in this embodiment, a cylindrical profile. It is mounted removably vis-à-vis the collection vehicle 3 via a support 41. It comprises an opening 10 for receiving waste that can be arrived by the hopper 31. This opening can also serve, in this embodiment, to empty the tank 1. One could imagine that the tank has several openings, including one to fill it, one to empty it, this second opening 110 can be placed on the side of the tank (see figure 11 ) or the opposite. Favorably, the tank 1 will be mounted horizontally on the support or cradle 41, that is to say in a direction where its longest side is substantially parallel to the ground and to the longitudinal axis 3a of the vehicle 3 and of its support 41. Its opening 10 is oriented towards the front (AV) of the vehicle, its fixed bottom 100 to the rear (AR), where the tank is loaded and unloaded, here longitudinally.

The assembly also comprises a bucket 2. This bucket 2, otherwise called container, comprises (here four) erected walls 21, 22, 23, 24 (the so-called front wall 21 not being represented on the figures 1 , 2 , for the sake of clarity) and a horizontal bottom 25, the walls and the bottom defining the volume of the bucket. In this example, the volume of the bucket is about 40 m 3 . It comprises several (here three) compartments each receiving a tank 1. The bucket 2 further comprises passages 26 formed on the front wall 21, to transfer the tanks from the first vehicle in the 2. These passages 26 may be closed, in a preferred embodiment, by doors 260 (see FIG. figure 9 ), or hatches, which are selectively closed to open and close access to the passage. These doors may for example be pivotally mounted relative to the bottom 25 or with respect to one of the side walls.

Preferably, this bucket will be placed outside a major urban concentration area so as not to hinder traffic in this area. For example, one can place such a bucket 2 on the outskirts of the city center, the collection vehicles 3 conveying the full tanks to or from this bucket 2, by round trips.

The collection and disposal of waste also comprises first transfer means 4 of the vessel 1 on the bucket 2, locking means 5 for reversibly locking the vessel 1 to the bucket 2, and first means 6 tilting of the tank 1, then locked to the bucket 2, to empty the tank 1 outside the bucket 2. The locking means 5 are provided on a wall of the bucket and on / each tank.

It is recommended that the / each first vehicle 3 be provided with a power source, such as the engine 30 or an auxiliary source 300, which supplies power to the first means 4 for transferring the tank, exclusively.

These transfer means 4 make it possible to transfer the tank 1 transported by the first vehicle 3 onto the body 2. They comprise, in this example, the support 41 which is mounted on the first vehicle 1, and the second means 42 of tilting of the tank 1 which allow to tilt the tank 1 relative to the support 41 between the first vehicle 3 and the bucket 2. The support 41 of the tank 1 is mounted to move on the first vehicle 3 between a rearward position (AR), for the tilting of the 1, and a second advanced position for the loading of waste in the tank 1 via the hopper 31. The rear position (AR) is preferably reclosed cantilever vis-à-vis the vehicle for the transfer of the tank to the bucket. As for the second tilting means 42, they are mounted, in this embodiment, partly on the tank 1, the bucket 2, the first vehicle 3, and the first tilting means 6. In this particular example, the second means tilting 42 are in the form of guide pins 421 (mounted on the first tilting means 6) flowing in guide rails 422 (mounted on the body 2), and a cable (mounted on the first vehicle 3, not shown in these two figures) connected to a fastener (mounted on the vessel 1, not shown in these two figures).

Thus, these transfer means 4 make the tank 1 pass from a horizontal position, when it is on the support 41, to a position erected in the body, by means of the second tilting means 42.

As for the locking means 5, they allow to lock the tank to the bucket reversibly. In this example, the locking means are in the form of "hooks" vertical 51 formed along an upstanding wall 23 of the bucket 2 and cooperating with a retaining bar 52 formed on the first tilting means 6.

Thus, we will prefer:
  • that the first transfer means 4 are established between the tank 1 and the first vehicle 3 exclusively, and / or,
  • that the locking means 5 and the first tilting means 6 are established between the / each tank 1 and the bucket, exclusively.

The second means 42 of tilting are mounted in part on the first tilting means and on the bucket 2, to tilt the tank, from the retracted position cantilevered on the support 41.

In this example, the first switching means 6, otherwise called berces, are individual. In other words, each tank 1 comes to cooperate with different tilting means 6. Thus, in this example, the assembly comprises three "first tilting means 6", that is to say three bays.

We now present, in relation to Figures 3 to 6 , four successive phases of the transfer of the vessel 1, from the first vehicle 3, to the bucket 2, according to the first embodiment of the invention.

Dans cette phase, le support 41 soutient la cuve 1 dans le véhicule de collecte 3.Prior to the transfer of the tank 1 full of waste from the first vehicle 3 to the bucket 2, the first vehicle 3 approaches and stops near the bucket 2. It is placed vis-à-vis a passage 26, and therefore a cradle 6. In this phase, the support 41 supports the tank 1 in the collection vehicle 3.

Once the collecting vehicle 3 is thus positioned, the full tank 1 is transferred by retreating it, in a first step, cantilevered with respect to the support 41. To do this, the tank 1 is translated by a mechanical action that moves back lateral arms connected to the support 41, so that support, which is then in position rear recoil. The figure 3 illustrates this first time. During the translation, here substantially horizontal, of the support 41, the first tilting means 6 cooperate with the tank, in this example by means of three bars 611 housed in hollow ears 11 formed on the tank 1. The side bars 611a, 611b slide horizontally in rails 422 fixed on the bucket.

In a second step, and as illustrated in figures 4 and 5 , the vessel 1 is tilted, always preferably cantilevered with respect to the support 41, by gravity in a first direction α which is, in this example and this angle of view, counterclockwise, so as to to straighten it. The tilting of the tank and the recovery of the tank are also performed by the second tilting means 42 which guide the descent / fall by gravity of the tank 1 and which then allow to recover, when it came into contact or in the vicinity of the bottom 25 of the bucket 2. In this example, the guide pins 421 circulate in the rails 422, divided into a horizontal portion and a vertical portion, so as to guide the descent by gravity of the vessel 1, then the cable 423 (operated by the power source 30 or 300) pulls the tank 1 at its base through the fastener 424 to straighten it. The tank 1 is then erect, vertically. This straightening through the cable 423 can be achieved by a return of the support 41 in its advanced position, the cable being fixed to a traction means connected in this example to the support 41. As a result, the cable pulls the base of the 1 in its direction of pivoting and righting, thus placing the vessel 1 on moving means 8 (here wheels located under its fixed bottom, full 100). It should be noted that this cable, otherwise called rigid rod, is mounted detachable vis-à-vis the tank. In a variant of the invention, one could imagine moving means mounted on the vessel 1 and also on the first vehicle 3, in the form for example of an arm.

In a third step, and as illustrated in figure 6 , the tank 1 is raised in the bucket 2 by the displacement means 8 associated with a mechanical action from the collection vehicle 3 (in this case a recoil of the first vehicle and more particularly of the support 41 mounted on the first vehicle 3 ), until the tank 1 is placed in position to be reversibly locked to the locking means 5 carried by the wall 23 "dorsal". Thus locked to the bucket 2, the vessel 1 is in position to be tilted and emptied, in a second direction β, out of the bucket. The second direction is, here and preferably, also the counterclockwise direction, the first sense α and second sense β then being identical. In a variant of the invention, the first vehicle can be placed at a distance from the bucket, this distance being relatively small, so as to "participate" in the forces exerted on the bucket to move it back into the first tilting means and / or the locking means. For example, one can place the first vehicle at a distance of less than two meters from the bucket, so as not to be too far for the removal of the tank in the bucket.

During a reverse process, that is to say when it is desired to transfer a tank from the bucket to the collection vehicle, the procedure is the reverse of the transfer of a tank from the collection vehicle to the dumpster. In other words, the steps are carried out in the opposite direction when it is desired to transfer a tank from the bucket to the collection vehicle. So :
  • the tank transfer means have placed the tank, preferably on its fixed bottom 100, in the bucket 2,
  • and displacement means 8, at least partly borne by the tank and / or the first vehicle (thrust means such as cable or rod 423 or support 41) have moved the tank placed in the bucket, between the first vehicle 3 and a portion (611a, 611b) carried by the bucket, first tilting means 6.

Will now be presented in conjunction with the figures 7 and 8 , a second embodiment of the collection and disposal of waste.

In this embodiment, the assembly comprises a storage tank 1 'which has a parallelepiped profile and is mounted on a support 41' of a first collection vehicle 3 '. The assembly also comprises a bucket 2 'which has three erect walls 21', 22 ', 23', and a passage or a front opening (e) 26 'provided (e) to facilitate the transfer of the tanks 1' from the first collection vehicle 3 'to the bucket 2'. An erected face of the bucket 2 'is thus open. At its summit the bucket is also open here.

There is, on the first vehicle 3 ', a hopper 31 of waste loading, or means 32' of compression of this waste through the side passage 310 '.

As the whole of the first embodiment, the one concerned here also comprises transfer means 4 'in the form of the support 41' mounted movable in translation and rotation on the first vehicle 3 ', and second tilting means 42'. In this example, the second tilting means 42 'are partly mounted on the tank 1' (via guiding pins 421 '), on the bucket 2' (guide rails 422 'in which the pieces may circulate). guide 421 ') and on the support 41' (retaining hook 423 ').

In addition, this assembly also comprises means 5 'reversibly locking the vessel 1' in the bucket 2 ', these locking means being formed in part on the bucket 2' and on the tank 1 '.

Finally, the assembly comprises first means (not shown in these figures) of tilting of the tank 1 'which are placed partly on the bucket 2' and partly at a distance from this bucket.

To transfer the bottom tank, the front portion of the support 41 ', that is to say the part closest to the front of the first vehicle 3', in a first direction α 'directed towards the rear, is tilted. so as to slide the tank full by gravity. This descent of the tank is controlled by the second tilting means 42 ', which can also serve as a brake to slow down the fall and avoid altering the tank or the support. In parallel with this tilting of the support to the rear, the second tilting means 42 ', and more particularly the means provided on the tank and on the bucket 2', guide the tank to its location in the bucket. When the tank is partly or totally in contact with the bucket, the locking means 51 'of the tank and the bucket are made to cooperate by a mechanical action coming from the first vehicle 3'. It may be a retreat of the first vehicle so as to push the tank 1 'to the upright wall 22' of the bucket opposite the opening 26 '.

With regard to the upper tank ( figure 8 ), it is transferred from the first vehicle 3 'to the bucket 2' by a vertical translation upwardly of the support 41 ', or by a lifting plate 410', so as to place the tank vis-à-vis its location in the bucket 2 '. Subsequently, the upper tank is pushed by a portion of the second tilting means 42 ', in this case the hook 423' to place it at the bottom of the bucket and to lock reversibly to the bucket 2 ' through the locking means 5 '. It should be noted that this thrust phase of the tank in the bucket can be guided by guide pins 421 'of the vessel which slide in second guide rails of the bucket.

So :
  • the second tilting means 42 ':
    • * partly mounted (mark 420 ') on the first vehicle (3') make it possible to tilt the tank,
    • * and / or, partly (pins 421 ', 422') between the tank 1 'and the bucket 2' can then guide the tank along the bucket,
  • the lifting platform 41 'pivotally mounted on the first vehicle tilts the vessel via these second means (420') of tilting, and
  • the bucket and the tank are adapted so that the bucket receives several full tanks which are superimposed in the bucket via the elevator platform.

Les moyens 420' peuvent être des vérins.The means 420 'may be cylinders.

It is furthermore recommended that the first tilting means 6 'be arranged between the tipper 2' and the second vehicle 9 'and be driven by an autonomous energy source 300' of the second vehicle.

We present now, in relation to the figure 9 , an embodiment of the transfer phase of a bucket on a second vehicle, according to a first embodiment of the invention.

As illustrated on this figure 9 , the assembly comprises a second vehicle 9, heavier and bulkier than the first vehicle 3. This second vehicle makes it possible to move the bucket, then containing one or more full tanks, to an unloading zone 50 ( figure 10 ). Because this second vehicle does not circulate or little in urban areas with high concentration of vehicles and pedestrians, its relatively larger size than the first vehicle is not a problem. In order to mount the bucket 2 on the second vehicle 9, the latter comprises third tilting means 91 in the form, in this example, of a crane formed on the rear part of the second vehicle and which comes to pull the bucket, by via a hook 911 of the crane connected to an ear 912 of the bucket. Once this transfer has been made, the bucket can be, for example, reversibly attached to the second vehicle by second locking means 500 ( figure 10 ), this allows to move to the unloading area without risk of overturning thereof.

Subsequently, in relation to the Figures 10 to 13 , various embodiments of the emptying phase of the full tanks of a bucket, preferably through the openings 10, in an unloading zone.

Once the bucket is routed to the unloading zone 50, the empty tanks are emptied.

  1. a) on a collecté des déchets dans une cuve montée de façon amovible sur un premier type de véhicule 3 ou 3' ;
  2. b) ce premier type de véhicule a déplacé la cuve pleine vers une benne 2,2' « multicuves » ;
  3. c) on a alors pu transférer la cuve depuis le premier type de véhicule dans la benne ;
  4. d) on a pu réitérer au moins une fois les étapes a) à c),
  5. e) benne pleine, on l'a chargé sur un deuxième type de véhicule 9,9' plus lourd et volumineux que le premier;
For this, it was thus proceeded as follows:
  1. a) waste was collected in a tank removably mounted on a first type of vehicle 3 or 3 ';
  2. b) this first type of vehicle has moved the full tank to a 2.2 'multi-bucket bucket;
  3. c) it was then possible to transfer the tank from the first type of vehicle in the bucket;
  4. (d) at least once, steps a) to c) could be repeated,
  5. e) full dump, loaded onto a second type of vehicle 9.9 'heavier and larger than the first;
  6. f) approaching and immobilized, near an unloading zone 50, this second type of vehicle 9.9 'carrying the bucket; and
  7. g) the tanks were tipped to empty them on the unloading area, outside the bucket.

Regarding the transfer of the / each tank from the first type of vehicle 3,3 'to the bucket, it will therefore favorably include an elevation and / or tilting of at least one of the tanks.

In this regard, the first 6,6` tilting means of the / each tank 1,1 ', then locked to the bucket 2,2', will empty it, outside this bucket, on the zone 50 located in the urban periphery, by tilting:
  • * of the tank vis-à-vis the bucket ( Figures 10-12 )
  • * and / or bucket ( Figure 13 ), the / each relevant tank can be fixed on the bucket.

And, in the mode of Figures 10-12 these first means 6 of tilting of the tank will be favorably mounted mobile in rotation towards the top of one of said side walls (here that 23 opposite the openings) carrying the first locking means, to tilt the vessel over this wall when its emptying, the first locking means then preventing the tank from falling out of the bucket.

As already noted, this emptying will take place either by the opening 10 receiving, or by another opening of the tank dedicated to it.

Figures 10 to 13 emptying the tanks is done by a tilting of these tanks 1 in the second direction β to empty them out of the bucket. In the embodiments of Figures 10 to 12 , we can notice, considering the point of view of the vats, that the second sense β is the same as the first direction α while on the figure 13 , we note that the second swing direction is opposite, considering the point of view of the tanks, the first sense. However, in the figures presented, the first and second senses are identical.

As illustrated on Figures 10 to 12 , the first means 6 tilting of the tanks 1 swing over the upright wall 23 of the bucket 2 which carries part of the locking means 5. This tilting is performed about a substantially longitudinal axis to this wall, c ' that is to say around an axis whose direction is that of the wall 23. In a variant of the invention, it is further possible to use retaining means of the vessel, for example fixed to the base of the vessel. this tank, so as to further prevent its tilting over the wall 23.

In the embodiment of the figure 10 these tilting means are rotated by means of traction means 61 formed on the body of the second vehicle 9 and connected to the tilting means by means of connecting means such as straps 612. It should be noted that each cradle 6 has its respective traction means, these traction means can also operate independently or not from each other, thus emptying all the tanks at the same time or empty them one by one. The fact of emptying one by one can have the advantage of avoiding a tilting of a mass too large at once and therefore a possible tilting of the vehicle, however, this has the disadvantage of being slower. According to the variants of the invention, the traction means 61 can be driven by an energy source of the second vehicle 9.

In the embodiment of the figure 11 , the traction means of the embodiment of the figure 10 are replaced by lifting means 62 such as a crane that can lift the full tanks, these tanks are always connected to the tilting means 6 and locked to the bucket 2 by the locking means 5. In this example, the crane raises the full tanks one by one at their base, via connecting means 621 which connect the crane arm to the tanks.

In the embodiment of the figure 12 the tilting means further comprise means 63 for selecting a tank 1 to be emptied out of the plurality of 2. In this example, these selection means 63 are in the form of hydraulic cylinders 631 vertically translating selection carriages 632, these carriages 632 then selectively moving close to the first tilting means of the invention. a tank, the tank tilting when the cylinder descends by carrying with it the carriage and thus the tank. It should be noted that the movement of the carriages can be controlled manually, in particular by a user who chooses one of the carriages which must move by means of a control panel, or automatically. According to the variants, the selection trolleys can operate simultaneously or successively, allowing emptying several tanks simultaneously or emptying them successively.

The figure 13 represents the emptying phase of the tank in an unloading zone according to the second embodiment of the assembly. As illustrated in this figure, it is not the tanks 1 'which are tilted directly by the tilting means 6' but the bucket 2 'which is tilted, indirectly driving the tanks tilting. We could also imagine embodiments in which the bucket is tilted in part and the tanks are also tilted in part, so as to share the rocking movement between these two elements. In this example, the two superimposed tanks 1 'are emptied simultaneously outside the bucket 2' through an opening on one side of these tanks. It should be noted that, unlike the first embodiment in which the tanks are transferred and emptied at two opposite walls of the bucket, the tanks of the second embodiment are transferred and empty at the same wall of the bucket. Of course, one could also provide embodiments in which the tanks would be transferred and then empty at the location of two separate walls but not opposite.

An embodiment could also be provided in which the third tilting means and the first tilting means are merged.
