Claims (11)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage pour produit alimentaire, en particulier un produit de confiserie, comprenant les étapes consistant à :- fournir une première feuille (2) de matériau d'emballage, qui présente une première partie destinée à recevoir ledit produit (2a) et une première partie périphérique (2b) entourant ladite première partie réceptrice ;- fournir une seconde feuille (4) de matériau d'emballage, qui présente une seconde partie destinée à recevoir ledit produit (4a) et une seconde partie périphérique (4b) entourant ladite seconde partie réceptrice ;- placer ledit produit (P) sur ladite première partie réceptrice ou ladite seconde partie réceptrice ;- accoupler ladite première feuille (2) à ladite seconde feuille (4) de manière que lesdites première et seconde parties réceptrices (2a, 4a) définissent conjointement une cavité fermée (C) dans laquelle ledit produit est logé et de manière que lesdites première et seconde parties périphériques (2b, 4b) soient mises en contact l'une avec l'autre de manière à former un rebord (6) entourant ladite cavité (C) ;- former, sur ledit rebord (6), une zone d'étanchéité (60) qui ferme hermétiquement ladite cavité (C) ; et- plier ledit rebord (6) le long d'une ligne de pliage ("s") de manière à définir une partie rebord proximale (6a) et une partie rebord distale (6b) raccordée à ladite partie proximale par le biais de ladite ligne de pliage, ladite partie distale étant repliée vers ladite cavité, contre ladite partie proximale, par ladite ligne de pliage,ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il produit ladite zone d'étanchéité à une distance minimum prédéterminée (H) desdites première et/ou seconde parties réceptrices, qui est telle que, après ladite étape de pliage, ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) se retrouve située dans ladite partie distale (6b) dudit rebord plié (6), et ne soit pas traversée par ladite ligne de pliage ("s").
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite distance est supérieure ou égale à la valeur de la largeur de ladite partie proximale (6b) dudit rebord plié.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) a un développement longitudinal prévalent et s'étend le long d'un trajectoire fermée qui entoure lesdites première et seconde parties réceptrices (2a, 4a).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) a une largeur inférieure ou égale à la largeur de ladite partie distale (6b) dudit rebord plié.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étape de formation de ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) prévoit les étapes suivantes consistant à :- fournir un moyen d'étanchement (54) configuré pour presser l'une contre l'autre, et chauffer, lesdites première et seconde parties périphériques (2b, 4b) afin d'obtenir ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) ;- placer ledit moyen d'étanchement (54) sur lesdites première et seconde parties périphériques (2b, 4b) afin d'obtenir un espace entre ledit moyen d'étanchement et lesdites première et/ou seconde parties réceptrices ;- prévoir, dans ledit espace, un moyen (56) conçu pour protéger le produit (P) de la chaleur produite par ledit moyen d'étanchement (54) ; et- obtenir, par le biais dudit moyen d'étanchement, ladite zone d'étanchéité (60).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit moyen conçu pour protéger ledit produit comprend un corps de refroidissement (56).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étape de fourniture desdites première et/ou seconde feuilles de matériau d'emballage (2, 4) comprend l'étape de formation desdites première et/ou seconde parties réceptrices (2a, 4a) en la forme de la surface externe de la partie dudit produit (P) correspondant.
- Emballage pour produit alimentaire, en particulier un produit de confiserie, comprenant :- une première feuille (2) de matériau d'emballage, qui présente une première partie destinée à recevoir ledit produit (2a) et une première partie périphérique (2b) entourant ladite première partie réceptrice ;- une seconde feuille (4) de matériau d'emballage, qui présente une seconde partie destinée à recevoir ledit produit (4a) et une seconde partie périphérique (4b) entourant ladite seconde partie réceptrice ;lesdites première et seconde feuilles (2, 4) étant accouplées l'une à l'autre de manière que lesdites première et seconde parties (2a, 4a), destinées à recevoir ledit produit, définissent conjointement une cavité fermée (C) dans laquelle ledit produit (P) est logé, et lesdites première et seconde parties périphériques (2b, 4b) soient en contact l'une avec l'autre de manière à former un rebord (6) entourant ladite cavité (C) ;
ledit rebord (6) comprenant une zone d'étanchéité (60) qui ferme hermétiquement ladite cavité (C) ; et
ledit rebord (6) étant replié sur lui-même le long d'une ligne de pliage ("s") définissant une partie rebord proximale (6a) et une partie rebord distale (6b) raccordée à ladite partie proximale par le biais de ladite ligne de pliage, ladite partie distale étant repliée (6b) vers ladite cavité (C) contre ladite partie proximale (6a), par ladite ligne de pliage,
ledit emballage étant caractérisé en ce que ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) se retrouve placée dans ladite partie distale (6b) et n'est pas traversée par ladite ligne de pliage ("s"). - Emballage selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ladite zone d'étanchéité (60) a une largeur inférieure ou égale à la largeur de ladite partie distale (6b) dudit rebord plié (6).
- Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre l'étape d'étanchement dans un procédé selon les revendications 1 à 7, comprenant :- des moyens de support (14), qui sont configurés pour supporter lesdites première et seconde feuilles (2, 4) accouplées l'une à l'autre et identifier un siège ou une zone (18) sur lequel/laquelle placer ladite première partie réceptrice (2a) ou ladite seconde partie réceptrice (4a), et une surface de contraste (22, 44) sur laquelle placer ledit rebord (6) formé par lesdites première et seconde parties périphériques (2b, 4b) en contact l'une avec l'autre ;- un moyen d'étanchement, comprenant un élément de pression (54) qui comporte un bord de chauffage (54a), et un moyen pour actionner ledit élément de pression (54) dans une position opérante, ledit bord de chauffage (54a) pressant ledit rebord contre ladite surface de contraste (22) afin de souder lesdites première et seconde parties périphériques (2b, 4b) l'une à l'autre,ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ledit bord de chauffage (54a) s'étend le long d'une trajectoire fermée dont la forme et/ou la longueur sont telles que, dans ladite position opérante, ledit bord de chauffage (54a) entoure ledit siège ou ladite zone (18) à une distance donnée de celui-ci/celle-ci,
ledit dispositif étant, en outre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps (56) servant à protéger ledit produit (P), placé au sein dudit bord de chauffage (54a), qui comporte une cavité (56a) conçue pour recevoir ladite seconde partie réceptrice (2a) ou première partie réceptrice (4a), et un bord (56b) entourant ladite cavité (56a), qui a une largeur telle permettant une insertion dans l'espace compris sur ladite distance allant dudit bord de chauffage (54a) audit siège ou à ladite zone (18) afin de recouvrir ladite première partie réceptrice (2a) ou seconde partie réceptrice (4a) depuis ledit bord de chauffage (54a). - Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit corps comprend un ou plusieurs conduits agencés autour de ladite cavité (56a), et des moyens d'alimentation étant associés auxdits conduits pour garantir la circulation d'un fluide de refroidissement par les conduits.
