Description

ENERGY GATHERING COVER USED FOR COOKER, PAN SUPPORT
AND COOKER BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of cooker, and in particular, to an energy gathering cover used for a cooker and a pan support.
Background and prior art
FIG. 1 shows a pan support in the prior art. This type of pan support and a pan support that has a similar structure have the following disadvantages. 1. About 20% to 30% flame energy is consumed in the form of radiation. 2. Flames contact a large amount of low temperature air in the surrounding, where the low temperature air flows from bottom to top, and then takes away heat around the flames to form a cooling effect, which greatly reduces the temperature around the flames, and ultimately reduces thermal efficiency to a certain extent. 3. The large amount of radiated heat will heat up function knobs and other components, easy to cause scald accidents. It can be said that, how to overcome the foregoing disadvantages is a technical problem o be resolved urgently in this field. In recent years, a solution adopting an energy gathering cover is proposed, which overcomes the foregoing disadvantages to a certain extent, but the energy gathering cover solution in the prior art still has a series of problems, and needs to be further improved. The outstanding technical problems are as follows: 1 . An energy gathering cover in the prior art is generally an inseparable part of a pan support; therefore, the energy gathering cover is not easy to clean or replace, and is not capable of being removed conveniently in special cases when it is not suitable to use the energy gathering cover. 2. For easy air supply for combustion, through holes are generally disposed on the body of the energy gathering cover in technical solutions in the prior art, and part of flame energy is lost through the through holes.
Unless there is sufficient evidence to support, the existing technologies described herein do not imply that persons of ordinary skill in the art that is related to the present invention know these existing technologies before the application day. DISCLOSURE OF THE PRESENT INVENTION. PROBLEM; SOLUTION;
ADVANTAGES
Starting from the disadvantages and shortcomings as described above and taking the prior art as discussed into account, an object of the present invention is to further develop an energy gathering cover of the kind as described in the technical field, a pan support of the kind as described in the technical field and a cooker disposed with the pan support of the kind as described in the technical field, in such way that the effect of the energy gathering cover preventing flames of the burner from radiating energy outwards is better than that of an energy gathering cover in the prior art.
The major purpose of the present invention is to provide a new type of energy gathering cover used for a cooker, a pan support and a cooker disposed with the pan support, in order to resolve the foregoing problems. The object of the present invention is achieved by an energy gathering cover comprising the features of claim 1 as well as by a pan support comprising the features of claim 8 as well as by a cooker comprising the features of claim 15. Advantageous embodiments and expedient improvements of the present invention are disclosed in the respective dependent claims.
The present invention provides an energy gathering cover used for a cooker, including an inner ring and an outer ring, where the outer ring is disposed around the inner ring, and a space is formed between the outer ring and the inner ring. The inner ring and the outer ring are both in a ring shape, where the ring shape is not limited to a circular shape, but is extended to be a ring structure. The energy gathering cover is disposed around a burner. The energy gathering cover is configured to prevent flames of the burner from radiating energy outwards, and reduce the cooling effect. The energy gathering cover adopts a double-layer structure with an inner ring and an outer ring, and a space is formed between the outer ring and the inner ring, so the effect of the energy gathering cover preventing flames of the burner from radiating energy outwards is better than that of an energy gathering cover in the prior art.
Optionally, through holes are disposed on the inner ring, and the outer ring shelters the through holes in a horizontal direction. The through holes are configured to provide the burner with air required for combustion. Meanwhile, because the outer ring shelters the through holes in a horizontal direction, energy radiated outwards by the flames of the burner through the through holes is reflected back by the outer ring. Thereby, the technical solution resolves the problem that, in the prior art, energy is easily lost from a gas supply channel when air required for combustion is provided for the burner.
Optionally, in a direction perpendicular to a horizontal plane, a bottom end of the outer ring is higher than a bottom end of the inner ring. In this case, air may easily enter the space formed between the outer ring and the inner ring from the outside of the energy gathering cover, thus providing the burner with air required for combustion.
Optionally, in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, a top end of the outer ring is not lower than a top end of the inner ring. Especially when the top end of the outer ring is higher than the top end of the inner ring, the air in the space may go across the top end of the inner ring to flow to the burner, thus providing the burner with air required for combustion. It can be seen that, to a certain extent, the technical solution overcomes the problem that, in the prior art, energy is easily lost from a gas supply channel when air required for combustion is provided for the burner. Optionally, a cross section of the inner ring and a cross section of the outer ring are both in a shape of a circle, a rectangle, a regular polygon, or an ellipse. The cross section herein refers to a section of the inner ring or the outer ring in a direction that parallels the horizontal plane when the energy gathering cover is being used. When the energy gathering cover is being used, an upper surface of a cooker parallels the horizontal plane.
Optionally, in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the inner ring is capable of moving with respect to the outer ring. In this case, a user may adjust the relative position between the bottom end of the outer ring and the bottom end of the inner ring, or between the top end of the outer ring and the top end of the inner ring as required, so as to obtain the optimal use effect.
Optionally, a top end of the space is sealed, thus preventing flame energy from going across the top of the space and being lost. The present invention provides a pan support, disposed with the energy gathering cover according to any of the foregoing description, where the energy gathering cover is detachably disposed on the pan support. Because the energy gathering cover is detachably disposed on the pan support, the energy gathering cover is easy to clean and replace, and is possible to be detached in special cases.
Optionally, the pan support further includes a pan support main body portion and at least two support claws, where the pan support main body portion is placed on a cooker panel, the support claws are disposed on the pan support main body portion, the support claws are disposed around the energy gathering cover, and the energy gathering cover is capable of being taken out of a bottom of the pan support main body portion. In this way, taking the energy gathering cover out of the pan support is easily implemented. The support claws are configured to support cookware.
Optionally, the pan support further includes at least two support claws, where each of the support claws is disposed with a recess portion in a direction towards a burner, and the recess portion is used for the energy gathering cover to be placed in.
Optionally, at least one of the support claws is detachably or movably disposed on the pan support. In this case, the energy gathering cover is capable of being removed from the pan support conveniently.
Optionally, the support claw detachably or movably disposed on the pan support is disposed on the pan support in a screw, bolt, clamping, or hinge manner. Optionally, the pan support further includes a pan support main body portion, where the pan support main body portion is placed on a cooker panel, and the support claws are disposed on the pan support main body portion. The pan support main body portion preferably adopts a structure of a rectangular frame. Optionally, the pan support further includes a pan support main body portion, where the pan support main body portion is placed on a cooker panel. Support claws are disposed on the energy gathering cover, and the energy gathering cover is clamped on the pan support main body portion. In this way, another specific solution is provided for the energy gathering cover to be detachably disposed on the pan support.
The present invention provides a cooker, disposed with the pan support according to any of the foregoing description. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

In order to make the objectives, solutions, and beneficial effects of the present invention more comprehensible, the present invention is further described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. First, it should be noted that, in detailed description of the preferred embodiments, same or similar features have the same reference numerals.
Embodiment 1
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 show an energy gathering cover 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The energy gathering cover 1 includes an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3, where the outer ring 3 is disposed around the inner ring 2, and a space is formed between the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 2. A cross section of the inner ring 2 is a circular shape, and a cross section of the outer ring 3 is also a circular shape. The inner ring 2 is connected to the outer ring 3 through a connecting mechanism 5, where the connecting mechanism 5 is placed in the space. Several through holes 4 are disposed on the inner ring 2, where the through holes 4 all face the outer ring 3. That is, the outer ring 3 shelters the through holes 4 in a horizontal direction. Because the outer ring 3 shelters all the through holes 4 in a horizontal direction, energy radiated by flames of a burner outwards is reflected back by the outer ring 3 after going through the through holes 4.
In a direction perpendicular to a horizontal plane (that is, in a direction perpendicular to a cooker panel), a bottom end of the outer ring 3 is higher than a bottom end of the inner ring 2, a top end of the outer ring 3 and a top end of the inner ring 2 are of equal height, and the height h of the outer ring 3 is smaller than the height H of the inner ring 2, as shown in FIG. 5. Because the bottom end of the outer ring 3 is higher than the bottom end of the inner ring 2, air is capable of easily entering the space formed between the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 2 from the bottom of the outer ring 3, passing through the through holes 4, and providing the burner with air required for combustion. FIG. 5 shows the air flow.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and other embodiments may be obtained if certain technical features are modified and replaced. For example, in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the top end of the outer ring may be higher than the top end of the inner ring; in this case, no through holes need to be disposed on the inner ring, and thus, air in the space is capable of going across the top end of the inner ring to flow to the burner, so as to provide the burner with air required for combustion; and the top area of the outer ring may prevent flame energy from radiating outwards through the foregoing air channel. For another example, the cross section of the inner ring and the cross section of the outer ring may be in the shape of a rectangle, a regular polygon, an ellipse or another shape. For another example, the specific structure of the energy gathering cover may be as follows: in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the outer ring is capable of moving with respect to the inner ring. For another example, a top end of the space formed between the outer ring and the inner ring may be sealed.
Embodiment 2
A pan support according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, as shown in FIG. 2, disposed with the energy gathering cover according to Embodiment 1 , where the energy gathering cover 1 is detachably disposed on the pan support. The pan support further includes a pan support main body portion 6 and four support claws 7. Each of the four support claws 7 is disposed with a recess portion in a direction towards a burner, and the recess portion is used for the energy gathering cover 1 to be placed in. As shown in FIG. 2, an outer ring 3 is placed inside the four recess portions. One of the four support claws 7 is a detachable support claw 8, where the detachable support claw 8 is capable of being removed from the pan support main body portion 6. The detachable support claw 8 is fixed on the pan support main body portion 6 through two screws. Each of the other three support claws 7 is disposed on the pan support main body portion 6, but is not capable of being removed from the pan support main body portion 6. The pan support main body portion 6 is placed on a cooker panel.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and other embodiments may be obtained if certain technical features are modified and replaced. For example, the number of support claws may be two, three, or more than five. For another example, the number of detachable support claws may further be two or more. For another example, the detachable support claw may further be disposed on the pan support main body portion in a clamping manner, where the clamping herein should refer to any technical solutions in the prior art where two components are capable of being connected to and fixed to each other only depending on their own structures, and the two components are capable of being detached after they are connected to and fixed to each other. For another example, the detachable support claw may further be replaced with a movable support claw, where the movable support claw is disposed on the pan support main body portion, not capable of being removed from the pan support main body portion, but is capable of moving with respect to a connection point between the movable support claw and the pan support main body portion, and thus the energy gathering cover is capable of being taken out from the same place where the movable support claw is moved. Specifically, the movable support claw and the pan support main body portion may adopt a connection method, such as a hinge, to implement the foregoing moving function. For another example, the support claws may further be disposed on the energy gathering cover, and the energy gathering cover is directly clamped on the pan support main body portion. That is, the energy gathering cover is not only capable of being disposed on the pan support main body portion conveniently, but is also capable of being removed from the pan support main body portion conveniently. For another example, a following technical solution may further be adopted: the support claws are still disposed around the energy gathering cover according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, but the energy gathering cover is not only capable of being taken out of the bottom end of the pan support main body portion, but is also capable of being disposed in a space formed by the support claws from the bottom end of the pan support main body portion.
It should be additionally noted that, the present invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments, but should include all implementation methods determined according to the contents revealed by the claims of the present invention with reference to the specification. Therefore, any simple modifications, equivalent replacements or embellishments according to the technical essence of the present invention without departing from the contents of the technical solutions according to the present invention should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
