BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of cookers, and in particular, to a pan support for a cooker.
Background and prior art
An existing pan support is shown in FIG. 1. The pan support and pan supports having the similar structure have the following defects: first, about 20% to 30% of the flame energy is consumed in radiation; second, a great volume of low-temperature air exists around the flame, and the low-temperature air flows from bottom to top and then takes away heat around the flame, which causes the cooling effect and lowers the temperature around the flame to a great extent, and finally reduces the thermal efficiency to a certain degree; and third, the heat radiated to the outside heats means such as an operation knob, which is easy to cause burn accidents. Therefore, it is a technical problem to be solved in this field to overcome the above defects. In recent years, a solution of adopting an energy collection hood is proposed, which overcomes the above defects to a certain degree. However, the existing energy collection hood solution still has a series of problems and needs to be further improved. Among them, one of the most prominent technical problems is that the existing energy collection hood is generally an inseparable part of a pan support, so the energy collection hood is not easy to clean and replace, and the energy collection hood cannot be removed even under special circumstances where the energy collection hood is not suitable to be used.

BEST WAY OF EMBODYING THE PRESENT INVENTION
To make the objective, solution, and beneficial effects of the present invention clearer, the following will describe the present invention in details with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments. Moreover, in the following detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiments, the same or similar features have the same reference numerals.
The present invention provides a pan support as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5. The pan support includes an energy collection hood 1 . The energy collection hood 1 is detachably disposed on the pan support, that is, the energy collection hood 1 can be easily removed from the pan support. As shown in the figures, the energy collection hood 1 has a circular ring structure, that is, the cross section of which roughly has a circular shape (the thickness of the energy collection hood 1 is ignored).
As shown in FIG. 5, a gap is disposed between the energy collection hood 1 and a cooker panel. The gap is used for providing secondary air for burning.
As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the pan support provided in the present invention further includes a pan support main body portion 2 and four support claws 3. Each of the support claws 3 has a recess portion 4 in a direction towards a burner. The recess portions 4 are used for the energy collection hood 1 to be placed in. The pan support main body portion 2 is placed on the cooker panel and all of the support claws 3 are disposed on the pan support main body portion 2. To be more specific, the pan support main body portion 2 adopts a rectangular frame structure. One of the four support claws 3 is a detachable support claw 5, which is detachably disposed on the pan support main body portion 2. To be more specific, the detachable support claw 5 is fixed on the pan support main body portion 2 with two screws. The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention; modifications and replacement may be made to some technical features to obtain other embodiments. For example, when in the working state, the cross section of the energy collection hood may also be roughly a rectangle, a regular polygon, or an ellipse. FIG. 6 shows the situation that the cross section of the energy collection hood is roughly a square shape. For another example, the number of the support pawls may be two, three, or more than five. For another example, the number of the detachable support claws may be two or more. For another example, the detachable support claw may be disposed on the pan support main body portion in a clamping manner. Here, the clamping should be understood as all technical solutions in which two means can be interconnected and fixed with each other by using their own structures and at the same time, can be separated after they are fixed together. For another example, the detachable support claw can be replaced by a displaceable support claw. The displaceable support claw is connected to the pan support main body portion and is not detachable from the pan support main body portion; however, the displaceable support claw can move relative to the joint between it and the pan support main body portion, so that the energy collection hood can be taken out from the place where the displaceable support claw has moved. To be more specific, the displaceable support claw and the pan support main body portion can adopt connection types that achieve the above displacement function, such as hinge connection. For another example, the support claws can be disposed on the energy collection hood and the energy collection hood is directly clamped on the pan support main body portion, that is, the energy collection hood can be conveniently placed on the pan support main body portion and conveniently removed from the pot strand main body portion. For another example, the following technical solution can be adopted: each of the support claws is still disposed around the energy collection hood similar to the embodiments shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5, but the energy collection hood can be taken out from the bottom of the pan support main body portion and placed into the space, which is enclosed by the support claws, from the bottom of the pan support main body portion. The present invention further provides an embodiment of a cooker, which is disposed with the pan support described in the above. A partial structural view of the cooker is shown in FIG. 5.
It should be noted that the present invention is not only limited to the embodiments described in the above and it should be understood that it covers all the possible situations determined by the claims and the disclosure of the specification of the present invention. Therefore, all contents without departing from the technical solutions of the present invention, and any simple changes, equivalent replacements, and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
