Le crochet comprend une extrémité libre dont la découpe intérieure (21) est adaptée au diamètre des tubes (3) pour permettre une rotation autour des tubes mais sans jeu excessif. Par sa forme, l'extrémité libre du crochet contribue à générer la liaison pivot avec le tube (3) et à faciliter la pose, ainsi que le démontage si nécessaire. Le crochet comprend également une deuxième extrémité dite de verrouillage, terminée par un pied plié à angle droit par rapport à l'axe du crochet et présentant deux ailettes (22, 23). La platine comprend deux ailettes creuses 24, 25, de mêmes diamètres que les ailettes du pied du crochet. Le crochet est solidarisé de la platine de la manière suivante : le pied du crochet est inséré dans les ailettes creuses de la platine, puis les ailettes du pied du crochet sont déplacées par une rotation du crochet vers l'intérieur des ailettes creuses 24, 25 de la platine où les ailettes 22, 23 du pied du crochet sont mécaniquement immobilisées dans les ailettes creuses 24, 25 de la platine. Le crochet peut être déverrouillé et enlevé simplement par une rotation inverse. La figure 6 et la figure 7 présentent deux autres modèles de montages possibles de plafond suspendu avec des dalles disposées cette fois à des niveaux différents. Les figures 4 à 7 mettent en avant la multitude de montages de plafond que le dispositif permet de réaliser à partir de notre dispositif standardisé. La figure 8 représente un modèle de suspente avec son crochet de sécurité (7), son principe anti-retour (7a) qui garantit le maintien du tube dans le crochet notamment au démontage des dalles et les écrous de réglage (8). La figure 9a représente le dispositif d'accroché au plafond avec ses systèmes de réglages à deux niveaux.
