Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Mikrofonanordnung mit verstellbarer Richtcharakteristik für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit zumindest zwei MEMS(micro-electro-mechanical-systems)-Mikrofonkapseln, einer Windschutzeinrichtung, mittels der die zumindest zwei MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln gegen nicht akustische Windeinwirkungen schützbar sind, und einer elektronischen Steuervorrichtung mit einer Auswerteeinheit, die an die zumindest zwei MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln angeschlossen ist, und einer Steuereinheit, mittels der die Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung verstellbar ist.
- Im Betrieb von Kraftfahrzeugen treten häufig störende Nebengeräusche auf, die z.B. auf Windeinwirkungen zurückgehen bzw. ihre Ursache in Windeinwirkungen haben.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Mikrofonanordnung mit verstellbarer Richtcharakteristik zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei der ein optimales Tonsignal auch dann zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann, wenn störende Windeinwirkungen auftreten.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Windschutzeinrichtung für jede der zumindest zwei MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln zweiteilig aus einem ersten Windschutzelement und einem zweiten Windschutzelement ausgebildet ist, zwischen denen jeweils eine Schallkammer angeordnet ist, dass mittels der zumindest zwei von den MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln gemessenen akustischen Messsignale in der Auswerteeinheit der Mikrofonanordnung ein für Windrichtung und -intensität charakteristisches Windsignal errechenbar ist, und dass die Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung mittels der Steuereinheit der elektronischen Steuervorrichtung in Abhängigkeit vom charakteristischen Windsignal einstellbar ist. Der Störeinfluss, der auf Windeinwirkungen zurückgeht, wird erfindungsgemäß minimiert. Mittels der beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln, die Bestandteil der Mikrofonanordnung sind, kann eine jeweils optimale Ausrichtung der Mikrofonanordnung vorgenommen werden, wobei hierzu das von den beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln stammende Messsignal in das charakteristische Windsignal umgerechnet wird, welches dann bei der Ver- bzw. Einstellung der Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung berücksichtigt wird.
- Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Mikrofonanordnung werden die beiden Messsignale der MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln elektronisch zu einer Nierencharakteristik geformt, wobei hierbei rein analog, nicht digital gearbeitet wird.
- Das erste Windschutzelement und das zweite Windschutzelement der Windschutzeinrichtung der erfindungsgemäßen Mikrofonanordnung sind vorteilhaft aus unterschiedlichen Textilgeweben ausgebildet. Im Zusammenwirken mit den Schallkammern und dem ersten und dem zweiten Windschutzelement wird hierbei die Windenergie signifikant abgebaut, ohne dass die Akustik störend beeinflusst wird.
- Vorteilhaft ist das erste Windschutzelement jeder MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel unmittelbar an einem Schalleintritt in diese MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel angeordnet.
- Das zweite Winschutzelement deckt zweckmäßigerweise Schalleinlässe in die den MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln zugeordneten Schallkammern ab. Entsprechend kann das zweite Windschutzelement auch als Sichtschutz fungieren. Die erfindungsgemäße Mikrofonanordnung kann vorteilhaft als Zylindermikrofon ausgebildet sein.
- Beim Betrieb der erfindungsgemäßen Mikrofonanordnung wird der Wind hinsichtlich seiner Stärke und seiner Richtung detektiert. Das erfasste Resultat wird dazu verwendet, um die Richtcharakteristik des Nutzsignals der Mikrofonanordnung über die Steuereinheit der elektronischen Steuervorrichtung zu steuern, bis hin zu einem omnidirektionalen Charakter bei starkem Wind. Hierdurch kann die Windbeeinflussung der erfindungsgemäßen Mikrofonanordnung erheblich reduziert werden.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer Ausführungsform unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert.

Figuren 1 bis 4 im Folgenden erläuterte erfindungsgemäße Mikrofonanordnung 1 mit verstellbarer Richtcharakteristik kommt zu vielfältigen Zwecken und Anwendungen in Kraftfahrzeugen zum Einsatz. Eine Verstellbarkeit der Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung 1 ist vorgesehen, um stets ein Tonsignal optimaler Qualität zu kreieren. - Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel hat die Mikrofonanordnung 1 ein zylindrisches Gehäuse 2 mit einer Zwischenwand 3, an der zwei MEMS(micro-electro-mechanical-systems)-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 angeordnet sind. Innerhalb des Gehäuses 2 sind die beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 an einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Randbereichen angeordnet.
- Jede der beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 ist mit einem Schalleintritt versehen, oberhalb dem jeweils ein erstes Windschutzelement 6, 7 der jeweiligen MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 sitzt. Die in
Figur 1 rechts und inFigur 2 oben dargestellte Gehäusehälfte 8 ist mit einer Zwischenwand 9 und darauf angeordneten Stegen 10, 11, 12, 13 so ausgestaltet, dass oberhalb jeder MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel 4, 5 bzw. oberhalb jedes ersten Windschutzelements 6, 7 eine Schallkammer 14 bzw. 15 ausgebildet ist. - Stirnseitig wird das Gehäuse 2 der Mikrofonanordnung 1 durch eine Wand 16 geschlossen, in der zwei Schalleinlässe 17, 18 ausgebildet sind, von denen der Schalleinlass 17 in die der MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel 4 zugeordnete Schallkammer 14 und der Schalleinlass 18 in die der MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel 5 zugeordnete Schallkammer 15 führt.
- Auf der Außenfläche der Wand 16 ist ein zweites Windschutzelement 19 angeordnet. Die beiden ersten Windschutzelemente 6, 7 und das zweite Windschutzelement 19 sind aus unterschiedlichen Textilgeweben ausgebildet. Zwischen den beiden ersten Windschutzelementen 6, 7 und dem zweiten Windschutzelement 19 sind die beiden Schallkammern 14, 15 angeordnet. Durch diese Anordnung wird Windenergie signifikant abgebaut, ohne dass die mit dem Wind einhergehenden akustischen Signale störend beeinflusst werden.
- Mittels der beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 wird der Wind hinsichtlich Stärke und Richtung detektiert, wobei die beiden von den MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 gemessenen akustischen Messsignale einer Auswerteeinheit einer in den Figuren nicht dargestellten elektronischen Steuervorrichtung der Mikrofonanordnung 1 zugeführt werden. In der Auswerteeinheit der elektronischen Steuervorrichtung sind die beiden erfassten akustischen Messsignale der beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 in ein für die Windrichtung und die Windintensität charakteristisches Windsignal umwandelbar bzw. umrechenbar.
- Zu der in den Figuren nicht dargestellten elektronischen Steuervorrichtung der Mikrofonanordnung 1 gehört des Weiteren eine Steuereinheit, mittels der die Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung 1 in Abhängigkeit von dem in der Auswerteeinheit der elektronischen Steuervorrichtung ermittelten charakteristischen Windsignal einstellbar ist. So kann sichergestellt werden, dass unter Berücksichtigung von aufgrund von herrschendem Wind vorliegenden Störeffekten stets eine optimale Ausrichtung der Mikrofonanordnung vorliegt.
- Die Auswerteeinheit und die Anordnung der beiden MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln 4, 5 der Mikrofonanordnung 1 sind so ausgestaltet bzw. ausgewählt, dass aus den Messsignalen der MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln elektronisch auf rein analogem Wege, d.h. nicht digital, eine Nierencharakteristik formbar ist.
- Die beiden ersten Windschutzelemente 6, 7 sind aus einem Textilgewebe hergestellt. Auch das zweite Windschutzelement 19 ist aus einem Textilgewebe hergestellt, wobei für die beiden ersten Windschutzelemente 6, 7 und das zweite Windschutzelement 19 unterschiedliche Textilgewebe zum Einsatz kommen. Durch die beiden ersten Windschutzelemente 6, 7 und das zweite Windschutzelement 19 im Zusammenwirken mit den beiden als Schallzwischenräume wirkenden Schallkammern 14, 15 wird die Windenergie reduziert, ohne dass die Akustik störend beeinflusst wird.
Claims (6)
- Mikrofonanordnung mit verstellbarer Richtcharakteristik für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit zumindest zwei MEMS-(micro-electro-mechanical-systems)-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5), einer Windschutzeinrichtung (6, 7, 19), mittels der die zumindest zwei MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5) gegen nicht akustische Windeinwirkungen schützbar sind, und einer elektronischen Steuervorrichtung mit einer Auswerteeinheit, die an die zumindest zwei MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5) angeschlossen ist, und einer Steuereinheit, mittels der die Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung (1) verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Windschutzeinrichtung (6, 7, 19) für jede der zumindest zwei MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5) zweiteilig aus einem ersten Windschutzelement (6, 7) und einem zweiten Windschutzelement (19) ausgebildet ist, zwischen denen jeweils eine Schallkammer (14, 15) angeordnet ist, dass mittels der zumindest zwei von den MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5) gemessenen akustischen Messsignalen in der Auswerteeinheit der Mikrofonanordnung (1) ein für Windrichtung und -intensität charakteristisches Windsignal errechenbar ist, und dass die Richtcharakteristik der Mikrofonanordnung (1) mittels der Steuereinheit der elektronischen Steuervorrichtung in Abhängigkeit vom charakteristischen Windsignal einstellbar ist.
- Mikrofonanordnung nach Anspruch 1, deren Auswerteeinheit so ausgestaltet ist, dass mittels ihr aus den Messsignalen der MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5) elektronisch rein analog eine Nierencharakteristik formbar ist.
- Mikrofonanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das erste Windschutzelement (6, 7) und das zweite Windschutzelement (19) der Windschutzeinrichtung (6, 7, 19) aus unterschiedlichen Textilgeweben ausgebildet sind.
- Mikrofonanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der das erste Windschutzelement (6, 7) jeder MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel (4, 5) unmittelbar an einem Schalleintritt in die MEMS-Mikrofonkapsel (4, 5) angeordnet ist.
- Mikrofonanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der das zweite Windschutzelement (19) Schalleinlässe (17, 18) in die den MEMS-Mikrofonkapseln (4, 5) zugeordneten Schallkammern (14, 15) abdeckt.
- Mikrofonanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die als Zylindermikrofon ausgebildet ist.
