Erkennbar sind Abschnitte 21', die die Luftaustrittsabschnitte 6 der Gehäuseelemente 1' übergreifen. Ehe die Verkleidung 20 mit den Gehäuseelementen 1' in Wirkverbindung gebracht wird, werden auf die Luftaustrittsabschnitte 6 Ausblasgitter 28 aufgebracht. Claims (21)

  1. A device for air conditioning and/or monitoring building or warehouse areas, comprising a housing (1, 1') made of plastic or composite material and designed as a hollow body, which housing comprises air inlet sections (3), air guidance sections (4) and air outlet sections (6), at least one aerator roller (2, 2') which is provided with a plurality of profiled slats (15) made of composite materials or plastic and which can be driven by at least one electric motor (17), which aerator roller can be positioned inside the housing (1, 1'), characterized by a cladding (20) of the housing (1, 1') formed by a flexible plate made of plastic or composite material which can be connected to the housing (1, 1') such that one end section of the cladding (20) can be detachably connected to a housing section (22'), a contour (24) having an approximately arch-shaped cross section of the cladding (20) is formed by bending the same one outside the housing (1, 1') and after further bending of the cladding (20), the free end (26) of the same one can be detachably fixed to another housing section (27).
  2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1, 1') consists of polycarbonate, at least the slats (15) consist of a plastic having a predeterminable Shore hardness and the cladding (20) consists of polycarbonate.
  3. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that a mixture of carbon fibre composite materials can be used as composite material.
  4. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 3, characterized in that preformed air guidance elements (4, 5) are provided inside the housing (1, 1') for a targeted flow into the slats (15), such that a gap (9) for the compression of the air is formed on the side of the aerator roller and a space (10) for the relief of the air is formed outside the respective aerator roller (2, 2').
  5. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 4, characterized in that the air guidance elements (4, 5) are adjustable, such that they can be adapted to different aerator roller diameters.
  6. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 5, characterized by geometrically different air guidance elements (4, 5) in the area of the air guidance sections (4') as well as the air outlet sections (6).
  7. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 6, characterized in that the air guidance elements (5) provided in the area of the air outlet sections (6) are equipped with a profiled surface (12).
  8. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 7, characterized in that several housing elements (1') comprising aerator rollers (2, 2') designed as modules are positioned inside the housing (1), which housing elements can be driven by at least one electric motor (17) which is actively related thereto.
  9. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 8, characterized in that at least two housing elements (1') can be detachably connected to each other by means of an electric motor (17) arranged between them, in particular by means of plug connections.
  10. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 9, characterized in that the slats (15) of the aerator rollers (2, 2') are profiled in such a way that, in the longitudinal direction, a kind of twist of the slats (15) is formed.
  11. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 10, characterized in that the air outlet slats (11) on the side of the housing are designed, with respect to the cross section thereof, like an aircraft wing.
  12. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 11, characterized in that the aerator slats (15) are provided with a rounding (16) in the area of their outer surfaces.
  13. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 12, characterized in that the cladding (20), which is designed like a surface, at least comprises one section (21) having air inlets.
  14. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 13, characterized in that the cladding (20) is transparent, at least in the area of the arc (24).
  15. A device according to one of the claims 1 through 14, characterized in that the arc-shaped area (24) of the cladding (20) is provided for receiving illuminants (19) and/or security elements.
  16. A method for manufacturing a device for air conditioning and/or monitoring building or warehouse areas, at least comprising at least one housing (1, 1'), at least one associated aerator roller (2, 2') and at least one plate serving as a cladding (20), wherein the housing (1, 1'), the aerator roller (2, 2') and the cladding (20) are made of plastic or a composite material, as well as at least comprising one electric motor (17), in that the at least one housing (1, 1') is assembled from cut out plastic or composite material parts, the at least one aerator roller (2, 2') is inserted into the associated housing (1, 1'), the electric motor (17) is sheathed with wall areas made of plastic or composite material by analogy with the respective aerator roller, at least one aerator roller (2, 2') is positioned in the upper and lower section of the electric motor (17) and actively connected to connection areas (14, 18) of the same one, the plate (20) is provided with cut out openings (21) for the air intake and the air outlet and the plate (20) is detachably connected to housing sections (22', 27) of the at least one housing (1, 1') by bending the plate around the longitudinal axis thereof.
  17. A method according to claim 16, characterized in that an own housing element (1') is assigned to each aerator roller (2, 2'), wherein after a corresponding number of housing elements (1') has been put on top of another with inclusion of the sheath (17') of the electric motor, an overall housing (1) will be formed, on which the cladding (20) will be fastened.
  18. A method according to claim 16 or 17, characterized in that intake grilles (29) or outlet grilles (28) made of plastic or composite material will be placed on the cut out openings (21) of the cladding (20).
  19. A method according to one of the claims 16 through 18, characterized in that the cladding (20) is at least partially manufactured from a luminous thin film component made of organic semiconducting materials or is at least partially brought into operative connection with a thin film component.
  20. A method according to one of the claims 16 through 19, characterized in that the cladding (20) is completely manufactured as a flexible OLED screen.
  21. A method according to one of the claims 16 through 20, characterized in that the lower and the upper end area of the housing elements (1'), respectively of the cladding (20), are brought into operative connection with lower and upper end elements (30, 31) made of plastic.
