Claims (15)

  1. Ensemble soupape comprenant un support de soupape (2), qui présente plusieurs modules de support de soupape (2a) alignés dans un sens d'alignement (5) par des surfaces de jonction (8) tournées les unes vers les autres, lesquels supportent respectivement au moins une unité de soupape (3) pouvant être actionnée de manière électrique, laquelle est abritée de manière encapsulée dans un espace de réception (27), isolé de l'extérieur, du module de support de soupape (2a) concerné, sachant qu'un canal de transmission de signaux (64) s'étendant à travers les modules de support de soupape (2a), composé d'espaces de transmission de signaux (64a) communiquant les uns avec les autres des modules de support de soupape (2a) alignés se trouve à l'intérieur du support de soupape (2), lequel canal de transmission de signaux reçoit une ligne de transmission de signaux (63) réalisé aux fins de la transmission de signaux électriques, sachant que l'espace de réception (27) et l'espace de transmission de signaux (64a) sont réalisés de manière séparée l'un de l'autre dans chaque module de support de soupape (2a) et sont reliés l'un à l'autre par au moins un trou de mise en contact (71), à travers lequel l'unité de soupape (3) est mise en contact électrique avec la ligne de transmission de signaux (63), caractérisé en ce que les trous de mise en contact (71) sont fermés de manière étanche aux fluides respectivement par un moyen d'étanchéité (73), sachant que les espaces de réception (27) séparés de manière étanche aux fluides des espaces de transmission de signaux (64a) sont aérés conjointement en permanence au moyen d'au moins un canal de décharge de pression (74) traversant le support de soupape (2) dans le sens d'alignement et menant vers l'atmosphère.
  2. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal de décharge de pression (74) se compose de sections de canal de décharge de pression (74a), communiquant les uns avec les autres, des modules de support de soupape (2a) alignés, lesquelles débouchent en direction des deux surfaces de jonction (8), orientées de manière opposée l'une par rapport à l'autre dans le sens d'alignement (5), du module de support de soupape (2a) respectif.
  3. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les espaces de réception (27) sont installés directement dans l'extension du canal de décharge de pression (74) de sorte qu'ils forment respectivement une section longitudinale du canal de décharge de pression (74).
  4. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 3 en lien avec la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque section de canal de décharge de pression (74a) se compose de l'espace de réception (27) et de deux sections d'extrémité de canal (74b, 74c) d'une part communiquant respectivement avec l'espace de réception (27) et d'autre part débouchant en direction d'une des deux surfaces de jonction (8), orientées de manière opposée l'une à l'autre dans le sens d'alignement (5), du module de support de soupape (2a).
  5. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'étanchéité (73) servant à fermer de manière étanche les trous de mise en contact (71) sont réalisés sous la forme de bagues d'étanchéité (73a), lesquelles entourent de manière étanche respectivement une section de communication (69, 70) électrique, traversant le trou de mise en contact (71) associé, de la ligne de transmission de signaux (63) et/ou de l'unité de soupape et se trouvent en contact étanche par ailleurs avec le module de support de soupape (2a), sachant que les bagues d'étanchéité (73a) sont disposées de manière appropriée respectivement à l'intérieur d'un trou de mise en contact (71).
  6. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les bagues d'étanchéité (73a) reposent au niveau de la surface de délimitation périphérique des trous de mise en contact (71) tout en assurant l'étanchéité.
  7. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que sont réalisés, dans chaque module de support de soupape (2a), des canaux de fluide de support de soupape (57) débouchant dans l'espace de réception (27) de celui-ci et se trouvant en liaison fluidique avec l'unité de soupape (3) se trouvant dans celui-ci, sachant qu'au moins quelques-uns desdits canaux de fluide de support de soupape (57) débouchent également en direction des deux faces de jonction (8), orientées de manière opposée l'une à l'autre dans le sens d'alignement (5), du module de support de soupape (2a) et communiquent avec un canal de fluide de support de soupape (57) du module de support de soupape (2a) respectivement adjacent en formant un canal de fluide de passage de support de soupape (58) traversant le support de soupape (2) dans le sens d'alignement (5).
  8. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les modules de support de soupape (2a) disposent respectivement d'un corps de base (6) présentant les surfaces de jonction (8) orientées de manière opposée l'une à l'autre dans le sens d'alignement (5) et un couvercle de fermeture (7) mis en place au niveau d'une surface de montage (12), détournée des surfaces de jonction (8), du corps de base (6), délimitant conjointement avec le corps de base (6) l'espace de réception (27) du module de support de soupape (2a), sachant qu'aussi bien le canal de transmission de signaux (64) que le canal de décharge de pression (74) s'étendent à travers les corps de base (6), qui présentent par ailleurs des canaux de fluide de support de soupape (57) se trouvant en liaison fluidique avec l'unité de soupape (3).
  9. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de réception (27) de chaque module de support de soupape (2a) est formé au moins en partie par un espace intérieur de corps de base (27a) réalisé à l'intérieur du corps de base (6), lequel espace intérieur de corps de base présente une ouverture de montage (28), tournée vers le couvercle de fermeture (7), pour l'unité de soupape (3).
  10. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de réception (27) de chaque module de support de soupape (2a) est formé au moins en partie par un espace intérieur de couvercle de fermeture (27b) réalisé à l'intérieur du couvercle de fermeture (7), lequel espace intérieur de couvercle de fermeture présente une ouverture de couvercle (13) tournée vers le corps de base (6), à l'aide de laquelle le couvercle de fermeture (7) est placé par anticipation contre la surface de montage (12) du corps de base (6), sachant que le couvercle de fermeture (7) est configuré de manière appropriée de manière à présenter une forme de capot pourvu d'une paroi de couverture (14) et d'une paroi périphérique (15) encadrant l'ouverture de couvercle (13), s'étendant sur le pourtour latéralement.
  11. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de réception (27) de chaque module de support de soupape (2a) est réalisé en partie dans le corps de base (6) et en partie dans le couvercle de fermeture (7), sachant qu'il se compose d'un espace intérieur de corps de base (27a) réalisé dans le corps de base (6) et d'un espace intérieur de couvercle de fermeture (27b) réalisé dans le couvercle de fermeture (7), sachant que l'unité de soupape (3) est reçue, par une section partielle inférieure (38), dans l'espace intérieur de corps de base (27a) et dépasse, par une section partielle supérieure (39) dépassant hors du corps de base (6), à l'intérieur de l'espace intérieur de couvercle de fermeture (27b).
  12. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de soupape (3) dispose d'un dispositif de soupape principale (43) et d'un dispositif de soupape de précommande (44) pouvant être actionné électriquement, servant à l'actionnement fluidique du dispositif de soupape principale (43), sachant que les canaux de fluide de support de soupape (57) se trouvent en liaison fluidique au moins en partie avec le dispositif de soupape principale (43).
  13. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de transmission de signaux (63) se compose de segments de transmission de signaux (63a), alignés en établissant une liaison électrique, des modules de support de soupape (2a), qui sont reçus dans les espaces de transmission de signaux (64a) des divers modules de support de soupape (2a) et qui sont reliés de manière électrique, en passant par le trou de mise en contact (71) au moins au nombre de un respectivement associé, à l'unité de soupape (3), pouvant être actionnée électriquement, du module de support de soupape (2a) associé.
  14. Ensemble soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que respectivement un joint d'étanchéité intérieur (83) encadrant tout autour le canal de transmission de signaux (64) et un joint d'étanchéité extérieur (82) encadrant à une distance donnée le joint d'étanchéité intérieur (83) sont disposés entre des modules de support de soupape (2a) adjacents dans le sens d'alignement (5), sachant que le joint d'étanchéité extérieur (82) est placé de manière appropriée directement de manière adjacente par rapport au bord extérieur (84) des surfaces de jonction (8).
  15. Ensemble soupape selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le canal de décharge de pression (74) s'étend dans la zone se trouvant entre le joint d'étanchéité intérieur (83) et le joint d'étanchéité extérieur (82), à travers le support de soupape (2).
