  • dispensing assemblies In machines for making infusions in general and in particular for making espresso coffee, several types of dispensing assemblies are used which, according to the type, can use rigid capsules, pellets or pods.
  • the pod which is made of a material that is permeable to water, is placed in an infusion chamber which is crossed by a stream of water, which by filtering through the pod extracts its aromas, thus obtaining the desired infusion.
  • adapted extraction means are not provided, for example if the expulsion of the pod occurs by gravity, as a consequence of the sticking of the pod to the walls of the infusion chamber the pod cannot be expelled and thus replaced with a new capsule.
  • the aim of the present invention is to provide a dispensing assembly that does not suffer the above mentioned drawbacks, overcoming the limitations of the background art.
  • an object of the present invention is to provide a dispensing assembly that is structurally simple and that can be actuated easily.
