Claims (6)

  1. Capsule (1), destinée à contenir des boissons, sous forme de poudre, telles que du café et autres, qui comprend un corps de capsule (2), qui est munie, dans une région supérieure, d'une membrane de recouvrement (4) et, dans une région inférieure, d'un fond fermé (3) et d'un élément de filtrage (5), adapté pour être agencé sur le fond de ladite capsule, ledit élément de filtrage (5) étant muni d'un ou de plusieurs orifices (8), ledit élément de filtrage (5) étant adapté pour définir une bague de pré-infusion (15), dans laquelle s'amasse le café, avant de passer à travers les orifices (8) dudit élément de filtrage (5),
    caractérisée en ce que
    ledit élément de filtrage (5) est profilé de façon à avoir des parties inclinées (6) aux bords et une partie centrale en relief (7), de façon à définir une sorte d'élément convexe, l'élément de filtrage (5) étant aussi muni de bords en relief (12), qui sont adaptés pour s'appuyer contre la surface intérieure du corps de capsule (2).
  2. Capsule selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    ledit élément de filtrage (5) est muni d'un réceptacle sensiblement convexe, qui est adapté pour être agencé au fond de ladite capsule (1).
  3. Capsule selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    ladite bague de pré-infusion (15) est définie en tant que région sur ledit élément de filtrage (5), au-dessus dudit élément de filtrage et en contact avec celui-ci.
  4. Capsule selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    ledit élément de filtrage (5) définit une chambre de post-infusion (11) entre ledit élément de filtrage (5) et le fond de ladite capsule (1).
  5. Capsule selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    ledit fond (3) de la capsule est adapté pour passer d'une configuration convexe à une configuration concave à titre de conséquence d'une boisson sous pression dans la chambre de post-infusion (11).
  6. Procédé, destiné à préparer une boisson sous forme de poudre, tel que du café et autres, au moyen d'une capsule (1), selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'il comprend les étapes, consistant à :
    - injecter de l'eau chaude dans le corps (2) de la capsule, perforant la membrane (4) de la capsule ;
    - effectuer une pré-infusion du café, comme suite à ramassage du café dans une position au-dessus dudit élément de filtrage (5), en contact avec les régions inclinées (6) dudit élément de filtrage (5) ;
    - filtrer la boisson sous forme de poudre, qui est présente dans ladite capsule (1), par ledit élément de filtrage (5), prévu au fond de la capsule ;
    - ladite boisson s'amassant entre ledit élément de filtrage (5) et ledit fond de la capsule, dans une région de post-infusion (11) ;
    l'augmentation de la pression de ladite boisson amenant le fond (3) de ladite capsule à augmenter de volume, passant d'une configuration convexe à une configuration concave, de façon à heurter un élément de perforation, afin de permettre la perforation dudit fond de la capsule et l'écoulement résultant de la boisson.
